I use this app when walking both at night and during the day, especially at intersections and crosswalks, because they are certainly not a guarantee that anybody will look out for you. I either hold the phone in my hand or clip it to my belt. A very simple and straightforward way to stay noticed and all the safer.

Great for walking at night and has an easy widget to quickly turn on your custom color when needed. My only minor gripe is that if you have more than 1 widget, you have to close the app to switch to other widget color. Otherwise, it just reloads the last widget color used. Still giving a 5 star though!

I've kept this on my phone for years because I used to love it. I've started using it again for running after sunset, but I can't figure out how to get it to fade instead of blink (so it doesn't feel like a strobe light when I look down at my phone), or to fade into a different color (e.g. red to yellow). Was this removed as an option, am I misremembering, or am I simply doing it wrong?

I like that light comes from both ends. I like that I can choose colors. But it drains my battery so quickly (blinking mode) I don't finish my jog in darkness sometimes. I bought a few jogging light items so I'm uninstalling this. I'd like to suggest a screen lock, a few unintentional taps & the app is off

Easy to download and use immediately. Works really well. Only thing that is not completely intuitive is how to return to the app while flashing in front only because no rear illumination then. But you will figure it out! (Tap back button lower right.)

Need a quick solution to be seen at night? Always have your smartphone with you but not that stupid expensive light you bought especially for those occasions? This is it. Your phone is your light. You can configure the colour of the light, if it flashes, the frequency of flashing, the brightness, and even if you want your camera's flash to flash also. Your light now is as good as your smartphone's brightness. For all the above, I highly recommend this app.

I downloaded this app to use my phone as a safety device when walking in dark and rainy conditions. The Flash setting is very great, and it also flashes the screen at the same time. So it's actually highly visible on both sides of the device.

This is super handy for walking my dog at night. It definitely helps drivers to see you and move over a bit (hopefully). I wish I could add an image like a peace sign to the flashing display to thank them for moving over. But it's simple and works great

love the customisation. It would be better if the interval can have a preset for the blinking flashlight rather than manual tapping to set the speed

'Downloaded it for walking back after sunsets at the beach in Maui. The cars at the cross walk were not stopping, until I started using this! A Lifesaver!

Great safety app for jogging. You can configure it to turn the display off to save power. It stops the camera flash if you lock the screen though. I'll probably hit back sometimes and turn it off by accident... could happen in a stressful situation on blind corners or mountain roads. It would be nice to run the camera flash in background while the screen is locked.

This is almost exactly what I've been looking for, as I walk a lot at night and figure my phone should be able to enhance my visibility with some kind of flashing light. This does exactly that. Suggestion for improvement: The settings allow for changing the speed of the flashing, which is great. However, no matter what the speed, the LED/screen is always on for the same amount of time it is off. I'd like to be able to independently change the duration of the flash, and the duration of the pause. This would allow me to conserve battery by having a short flash and a longer pause (e.g. 200ms flash, 800ms pause). I think this would make this app perfect.
