I've been using this app for over a year for work and I have had no problems before this past week. Now every time I open the app, I get the Limeaide loading screen and then it opens to a black screen. I can't see or log anything anymore. Most of the activities are time based (ie. You must log in that you've done them each week to get the points for it). Please fix it soon so I can log my activites

App cuts off the bottom of the screen when using a larger font and screen size setting in Accessibility settings. I can't access the challenges and enter in information. Which means I can't participate and earn healthy points with my company. Very poor user experience. It's like you didn't run usability or accessibility testing for the Android app.

Constantly refreshes so you cannot log in. I was able to log in once and have my information updated but ever since I have not been able to use it. Sent message to support and received a reply to apply updates. Unfortunately there are no updates available. To this point the app is unusable and I cannot sync data for health rewards. I've cleared data, uninstalled and reinstalled but the results are the same.

Over a year after first contacting support and I'm still dealing with the same bug that doesn't let me login. Login page constantly just refreshes. I'm using the latest version and I've tried contacting support. When they realize the fix isn't on their script, they'll claim they are escalating your issue and then stop responding.

I just updated the app,Jan 1,2020, and It takes forever loading the login screen. It stays black and freezes up my Samsung Galaxy 9+ trying to do it's thing I have restarted my phone 3 times to get out of it.... Way to encourage 'well being' access on the go. I almost don't want to bother. It's no wonder I haven't bothered with the app in forever! Back to not using it I guess.

While I love Limeade and Wellness Works activities and benefits, the app is quite insufferable to deal with. It will randomly click on strange places on the page and scroll down to a random part of the page. It also has a tendency to scroll the calendar to a different date when I'm trying to comment or submit a response without me clicking on the enter icon.

Two issues.. first, Limeade is not compatible with Google Fit. Second, as others have said, app is slow and takes about 30 sec to open. Limeade support's first suggestion was to "...run an update to Android 9.0" The highest version available for my phone is 7.0, so I guess that means buy a new phone. What kind of fix is that?

Needs work. Galaxy s9, there's a drop down menu you cannot close and blocks the top third of the page. Half the time pages do not load. Finish a task, like a survey, and there's no way to ho back to the home screen. The app has gotten better over the years but still needs work.

App is very slow, freezing often, and kicking you out. Additionally, it's very annoying trying to log in. It has you put in a long, complicated password. then, a captcha system. then, after you get past the captcha, it makes you log in again. And it requires you to log in frequently.

My biggest issues are that the app takes 30+ seconds to load and that the program does not sync with Google Fit. Lots of Wear OS devices out there but no way to sync to Limeade for just steps and activities. Tried multiple work arounds going through UA Record, Strava, etc. but no luck... Just sync to Google Fit and make it easy on us.

in two days i have only gotten past the login screen once. while navigating the app i accidentally pressed the logout button and have not been able to get back in. This app is the WORST!!! UPDATE: finally reinstalled app to try again. Was able to logon after only one login screen loop. Upgraded to 3/5 stars. App operates no different than using the site on a mobile browser. When will app be able to sync with samsung health?

Nothing is more frustrating than pressing something in your app then having to wait 10 seconds for your app to realize I pressed a button... And I have a high end smartphone, would hate to see how slow your app is on an older device.... Also the app just crashes randomly. . .

Something happened with this app about 6 months ago and it's pure garbage now. Logon page doesn't work, forgot password page doesn't work, customer support link doesn't work. If you do some how get logged on, it auto logs you off as soon as you exit the app so you get to go thru the whole process of not being able to logon again.

I don't particularly care for how the app is laid out, but it's still fairly easy to navigate. Lately it has been kicking me off and making me log in after I've been in the app for a few minutes. It's really annoying to have to constantly re-log in.

Love the Whil meditations. Such a great way to learn skills do deal with many different scenarios. All the other activities keep me focused and moving in the right direction to better physical and mental health.

Garbage App. I just downloaded the app after signing up on the website. App won't let me login because it just keeps refreshing the login screen. Unsure how this app was even approved to go live. Already reached out to support and still haven't heard back (6hrs and counting).

I feel like this app has potential to be way awesome, but it is not user friendly at all and deters me from wanting to use it. Please look into updating the format so that it's easier to navigate through.

Many technical problems, TERRIBLE email support (calling me by the wrong name repeatedly, not solving issues, proposing the same solutions. Eventually they told me my phone just does that and to use the website. That took weeks of explaining and screenshots and a dozen emails? I told them I was done, didn't want any more "support." and to close the ticket and stop emailing me. Two months later I am still.getting emails and thy won't let me unsubscribe without creating an account. Insane.

Having a lot of trouble with quizzes and assessment! The assessment didn't record points after taking it the first time. Very slow loading different activities and pages!!!

I loaded the app as my company just moved to a new wellness provider which includes this app. It installed without issue, worked fine once. hasn't successfully launched since. I know I'm not alone based upon other comments.
