It was a good app and i found some good kurtas here but the way my device is blocked everytime by constant notifications and hell lot of ads is the reason I am not giving this app more then one star. Improve this problem and rest everything is fine. And yes, constant ads nd notifications are the only reason I did order nothing from here.
The worst app ever 😫 . I get notifications every 2 minutes and even when I disable it , it ables itself and notifications are coming . I am just fed up of this app 😒. It doesn't even show the results for which I searched . It shows something else only. M phone 📱gets hang every time when a new notifications comes . Please fix this as soon as possible. Not a worth it app .👎👎
Earlier it was a good app ....and I truly loved it ....but now the quality of products have dropped....something else is written in description and something else is being sent to me.....and also during the return process I opt for the option to refund in my bank account but they than also transfer it into lr credits....and than also if you want to transfer it into your account their is no option.....what is this????.....dont shop from here....truly disappointed..😔
The navigation was not easy. It proceedee without confirmation for delivery. When the ORDERS tab was clicked, it says "There seems to be an unknown problem. Please try again" but the message repeated even after trying several times.!! First experience has not been good 😞
I repeat again there is no customer service phone number for these people....DO NOT buy from Limeroad.....highly unsatisfactory service, they only pass their decision and close the matter. Big cheats....do not have even a customer care number to contact. Returns process very tedious. They will take the product back and then say the quality check is failed and keep the money. I guess only Amazon is best and prompt in their service. This is third class company
Very poor performnce &irresponsible to the product dispatched &delivered. I order T-shirt and low quality Jumpr was delivered,I asked for replacemnt & the same Jumpr was delivred again. The level of the irresponsibilty is hilarious,the site doesn't get things straight when requested for a service😂I request for a return again for the 2nd time, this time I opt for refund. Lets hope I got my mney back. Funny shopping site. I am going to delete my account and uninstall the apps once got my refund🤣
Very good friendly app. Never seen such an all time following sales app everytime coming up with new designs. Compels you to buy. Return policy excellent. No questions asked and amount credited and return plcked up within 24 hours. Would recommend anyone for a trial.
It was a good app, until they changed their policy recently. I have taken a Gold membership, but they do not give us the offer of 'Buy 2 get 1 free'. Till January the offers were available. Time to review your policy or you will lose out on good clients.
I would like to give it Zero star. I got poor quality product. After successful pickup, they take a month to tell that the product has failed quality check, hence no refund. I told them to return the product at least, but they denied. So they took my money and kept the product also. This is how they loot the customers. There is no direct customer care number. There are other far better apps. WORST SERVICE.NEVER USE THIS APP.
Initially it was good then it started from bad to worst service. I had ordered for a M size Kurta which didn't fit me so I exchanged it to a L size. The LARGE size was identical to the MEDIUM size . I tried exchanging it again but by speaking to Customer Care . Sorry to say but it's been 3 weeks it's yet to be picked up. Another Kurta I had ordered in Grey color But I received a Brown color. Tried returning it but no way can you return. There is no such option. I am really frustrated.

Limeroad's delivery partner ECOM EXPRESS is utter nonsense. The executive calls and says they will reach in 2 mins and never turn up. They update as unable to deliver. There is no customer care for limeroad or even ecom express. They msg with contact number and pin number which never works.
Pls stop calls from the marketing person. It really irritates. Instead of more sale, people will unstall this app because of unnecessary calls. Rest everything is good. Return policy is also good.
Could not Sign up in both app and website. It is getting the email but staying in the sign-up page. So unable to save or buy things.
Worst experience. Worst app I received wrong product and no resolution was provided. Image upload section do not work at all and no reply to the mail. And there is no option to call customer care service centre. Worst service ever seen . Please don't buy anything from this app Ekdum bakwaas app h

I had always had a great experience buying things at LimeRoad. The products are unique and price is also reasonably good according to other shopping sites.
Disaster app.I ordered two dresses last week. One dress is recieved with zero hassle. Second dress shipment is cancelled on their own without my consent and they are updating on portal that customer is unreachable.rubbish..they don't even contacted me. I tried to talk to customer care but there is no one to talk with..only a computerised voice who will schedule your delivery for more delay. With so many problems i got my refund ...never going to use this again

The most poorest customer care i have come across ...never got the correct size when i place the order ..never got the delivery on time ...dont know why they service a pincode when they cant deliver for 15 days....i can send courier to any part of this country max one week ...sad very very sad ...not recommending to any one
I received different product when i request for return delivery boy said reason wasn't correct and cancelled pickup after that status not updated on app and couldn't able to correct the reason for return
Do not order product from this app. I have ordered and received wrong product with worst quality and when I returned my product they have not refund my money. This was the first time I ordered something from this app and had a bad experience ever. I would suggest everyone that do not order items from this application.

Worst shopping place. No customer support at all. Ordered placed on 20th APR and it's been more than 12 days and still waiting for product to deliver.
I cannot reach your customer care, if I send an email it bounces back. Your return pickup partner shadowbox rider has erroneously collected a parcel and initiated refund. I am now stuck up with one unwanted parcel that shows refund is already successful. Appreciate faster response and please resolve the issue. One thing is sure your return is not 'Hassel free' as you claim.
They don't refund your money after the return. They have no customer care number where you can discuss your issue with them. Worst app, worst product and worst shopping experience ever. I recommend this app/website to no one. If you want to waste your money then go for it! 😠 If it was possible, I would have given stars in negative!
