Similar to others here, I found the account establishment process to be flawed: the system won't recognize my credentials immediately after they've been set up. It might be that the server needs more time, but if so there should be a message saying that. It's scary because account establishment requires personal info. I've uninstalled and will not try again unless there is clear evidence that the app has been fixed.

As most of the reviews have already explained registering yourself is a pain. The sad part is the representative already know how much of a pain the login process is. I recommend getting on a computer and registering there. Once you have created a username and password for yourself then you can log into the app. Let's hope using the app gets easier from here

With the website, I use a securely generated (complex) password on my laptop which my browser automatically remembers for me. With the app, it wants me to re-login every time I open the app. So I end up having to go to my laptop to find out the password. But now that I'm logged in on my laptop, there's no point in using the app. Uninstalling.

I have been trying to set up information for almost 30 minutes. The security is absolutely insane. I should not have to verify this much information just for dental benefits!!!!!!! Entered the access code that was sent to the phone only to be continually told that the number was not valid. Will be uninstalling.

Was told it's like carrying your dental card wherever you go. Of course when you actually go to the dentist it isn't working. So I go to the website. No ID card there either. So far the least user friendly insurance I've had. As other users started registration also a pain.

Worst app ever! Having to relog in every time even thought I give 30day authorization, and blank white screens with nothing loading but if your struggling do not worry the log out function works.

I don't recommend this. My Co. just switched Dental providers to LF and no cards were distributed to employees. (benefit dept is a joke). Tried to log onto site to get cards through App. "installed" App, but does not show in list of my apps. Tried to call for help - 30 minute wait.

Can't even log in, so what's the point? I can login on desktop site just fine, so why can't I with the app? That's weird... that's suspicious...

Able to download the app successfully on Android phone. However the app will not let you login. Then downloaded the app on an Apple phone and it will not let you set up account or register it etc. Here's a suggestion... Fire the app creator and get someone that knows how to test your software before making it available to public.

Shows my dental card, over two years of claims, lists the benefits, and can locate a Dentist. It used my two-factor authentication the first time, and then I was able to register my device. Thanks!

I want to save my dental insurance card but can't screen shot and samsung notes isn't supported, but I unfortunately picked always use as an option and it won't let me pick another option to save it as.

Just received my cards and I cannot sign on. Won't take my email. Keeps saying that it is invalid. I see why this app has a 2.1 rating about to delete. No good when you are new.

Can't get logged in. My previously saved credentials don't work and I can't register as a "first time" user. I'm getting off this merry-go-round.

I've been trying to get this to download for three days and it just keeps showing its installing. Every other app downloads just fine. Is this compatable with the galaxy S8?

I tried registering to get information & the app didn't accept my email. Kept saying enter valid email. Unable to register, therefore unable to get information.

App does what it says. Did not experience the issues others are having, but the app does move slowly.

Will not install on my Google pixel. Unable to access on desktop as well.

Logs you in, even goes through 2FA verification, then doesn't display your account. Terrible app.

received marketing piece to download app. tried twice, wouldn't work - just says pending download.

Cannot log on. Saying my login info is not correct but van sign with the laptop. Junk.

seriously?! I can't even get in this app to register let alone use it!

App is great, but people who runs the business are not. Filing a dental claim but the Claims Reviewer seems either stupidly ignorant, does not know to read or the company just do not want to pay for the claims.
