Lincoln Financial Mobile

It's basically the web version not optimized for mobile. It needs some serious work starting from ux design, to mobile speed and adding more features in general. It feels like 10 ppl, who never talked to each other, worked on this app. Really bad. Makes me question the security of my data.

Can't click log in after typing my password so..... The app is unusable..... Update, finally got in. It's literally just the website, but without the convenience of being an app native to your phone, allowing the use of your own security features to log in. Even the icon is just the stock logo half assedly slapped into the circle. Haha this is one of the worst apps I've ever seen. Still 1 star.

I've installed and uninstalled this app 3 times and still cannot get past the 1st page. It pauses there for a moment and then moves to a blank page which really looks like it's from the food network! I'm frustrated!!

Terrible application. An embarrassment! Displays a fraction of the web based functions. Stays in a white screen mode forever and requires frequent uninstall/install. Even then mostly does not function properly. How is this possible?

There's no reason for its existence. Everything in the application is also available on the website. It's not as though you can view the information offline. Which is strange since the app obviously has to download that data for you to view it and it's not something that needs to be visible in real-time. Therefore, the mobile app is just a waste of resources on your phone and in the Google Play store.

Possibly the worst financial application I've ever had the displeasure of trying to use. New update that supposedly includes bug fixes prevents me from accessing my account. Dec 2020: Latest update bricks the app, cannot even log in, let alone try to do anything in the app. Absolute garbage.. would rate -1 stars if I could!

useless. doesn't work AT ALL in android and in severe need of overhaul.. cant even login. blank or inactive password screen. downgraded from two stars since its apparent the company seems not to care about the app issues. help page tells me to use a better internet browser? really? for this app?

Fails to connect, can't even evaluate the rest of the app. The app just gives an 'error calling service' error and tries to blame the perfectly functioning network connection. Get me a version of the app I can actually connect with and I'll revise this review...

The app used to work fine since I installed it about 2 years ago. It quits working today. I typed in my user name and password and nothing happened. I power cycled my phone and it didn't help. I'm wondering what happened between today and the last time it worked.

This app is garbage! Always saying there is an issue with internet connection when I can open the desktop version just fine. Just delete this app if Lincoln Financial developers won't fix it.

i updated and the enter button for the passeord does not even work anymore. Definitely creating more bugs then fixing them. bring back the old setup so you can sign in on one page

It does not work at all. After you enter your username, youget the right image with password prompt. Enter the password,click login, login dialog expands. Nothing happens. No error message. Just the password dialog zoom ln and out.

I like the app. Allows me to see my balance quickly and I can sign in with my fingerprint. But Lincoln is deceptive. The rate of growth includes contributions made. Also not able to see growth over the lifetime of the account.

The app doesn't show anything at all for Android users. It's terrible, and the website is no better. No information is available either place. I can't believe this is the Financial Services vendor my employer chooses to work with.

A very frustrating app to utilize I have been working on seeing my current balances for roughly 30 minutes without success. Future app updates should focus on GUI modernization.

There should be an option for zero stars. This app is broken and has been for weeks. After loading it merely states our services aren't available now. Useless until fixed.

Just terrible, please get an IT team together and apply more updates to this App. The only thing it can do is pull old documents. The only form of security I see for this app is the temporary code that arrives late.

it worked for awhile, then suddenly it didn't remember the user name anymore. and the white page stayed after I logged out! it needs to improve or check what wrong with this app. This is an update to this app : hello, did you hear us?

Can't access near as much info as on the mobile browser, even though it is the exact same layout. Kind of useless really.

No information visible aside from the footer of the webpage. This app is a terrible reskin of their existing mobile site. Avoid.

Save your time loading it, app doesn't work properly. Freezes, doesn't launch sometimes. Very poor in trending history.

Like many financial institutions of a prior era, this app is straight out of 1998. Fun for a nostalgia ride, but otherwise not very useful.

I don't usually leave reviews, but this might be the most worthless application I've ever seen. Why even publish the application that's 10% complete? All you can do is login, literally nothing else.

This app is horrible, takes for ever to be able to log into the account. You guys need to fix this. It shouldn't be so hard for your clients to be able to log in their accounts.

This app is pointless. It just acts as a web browser and views the website. At least that's what it's trying to do. It doesn't actually display any information for me.

Worked so so on S8 Plus but on S20 Plus it does not work at all. I thought some of the other retirement apps were bad but this is hands down the worst I have experienced yet.
