It's quick and easy to use. The reception on base is almost nonexistent, and if you don't use wifi calling it's hard to call the maintenance extension, which gets transferred to a call center. This way there's no waiting, as soon as you think of (or remind yourself) of any maintenance needed or wanting to check an event time and date, you can hope on the app and do what you need to do and you can even do it while at work. Super self explanatory and super easy to use.

The app is very useful and reliable for maintenance requests, but for me the events and announcements tab is always empty; I don't know if that's on my end or nothing is uploaded there. But over all great app for the housing area.

I put in a work request for pest control in just 2 mins, including the time to take pictures of the ants and login. I would suggest downloading. Way faster than going to the office or previous online requests system. ** after further use of the app, I started to have the same problems others mentioned, wrong personal info, no events or announcements when I know I have emails and seen flyers that say there are.

Good start! love the ease of use. THANK YOU! update: so the office dosnt seem to be getting the locations when i select them in the location drop down box. They have called and asked of the location of the issue when ive entered it into the app. The pictures seem to help them out a lot.

Overall, I like having a mobile app that allows me to see my work orders without going through a desktop sight. However, the app is slow to respond and reading some of the work orders can be irksome, especially when one work order will appear multiple times due to maintenance updates.

so far so good, no major issues. I like that I can see past maintenance requests and I can submit maintenance request myself, it's hard to explain what's going on in some cases so now I can write it out myself and submit photos with it to make communication easier and less confusing for the tech on arrival.

We love this app! It is so much easier and efficient! When we submit a work order, its amazing how fast they reach out to us! Its great that we can submit photos too! Love how it keeps track of work orders, announcements, etc! Keep up the wonderful work!

Ridiculously helpful app if you live on base! DO NOT BOTHER CALLING-the app is much more efficient. The maintenance crew members are CONSISTENTLY responsive, polite, knowledgeable and effective. I have never waited longer than 10 hours, even if the request is for something purely aesthetic.

It's a little easier to submit a work request through the app. Giving the abilty to take a picture may prove useful. It would be better if i could update personal information via the app. This would allow Lincoln to have the most current information. The event section is pointless. Don't have an event section with a web address, not even a link. Maybe put the events in there. I get emails all the time with events and announcments. But on the app, there's nothing.

Simple interface, easy, straightforward. If you have not logged into LMH websites and completed the registration, you will get stuck. I had my app downloaded and was looking through old tickets and updating my profile in under 4 min. I just hope this will stay updated and used properly.

Went to create an account, was told I was good to sign in. Went to sign in, received a message saying my acct was not verified and it was locked for 30 minutes. Checked my email and found 2 messages; one with a link to verify my account (which I was never told to expect) and the 2nd one saying my acct was locked and to click the provided link in 30 minutes. Waited 30 minutes, clicked the link, nothing loads. Tried to verify in app and there is no record of mine or my wife's phone numbers. Waste!

I followed the instructions by selecting the office for my area of housing by inputing the zip code, only. I verified my account through an email they sent me, and signed in without a problem. I really appreciate the ease of using this app to submit work requests!

Live the maintenance portion.. Easy to use. No call wait time. Allows me to add photos and audio to better help the technician have understand the problem prior to coming to my home. Which allows them to bring the appropriate parts and tools.

wasnt able to sign up at all. tried to get past the first step of registering my acct with my name and it wasnt recognizing me or my husband and neither of us got any sort of verification code sent to us and we have updated info on our forms. we havent moved or anything. i just wanted a way to send out work requests without being on the phone for an hour.

Makes making maintenance requests super easy! I do wish our office utilized the events function, though. They currently do not and it was disappointing to discover that when I got the app.

Very good layout, but while entering maintenance requests, the virtual keyboard doesn't accept SWYPE input or any kind of text prediction. Had to mash out each word letter by letter, including spaces. First world problem but mildly annoying.

I can't sign up because when it says to search your address, there's no field to tap to enter the information. Nothing on the screen is clickable except for the "X" to exit the sign up screen.

couldn't even register, step one of it is to enter where you live city/zip code/community name... everything I entered was deleted like the search was invalid... I have new Samsung Galaxy S9, so I doubt my phone is the problem... maybe beta testing the app would have been a good idea... seems like the circle continues for the organization... can the problem get fixed rather than creating a new problem?!?!

went to create account was told I already had account from my old apartment complex using the same platform and needed to just use my old password. old password never worked so I changed it. and everytime it tells me I just need to use my password to log into the account that I already have to finish my setup for the new address it tells me invalid login. if it ever works I'll update the review but I don't have high hopes right now.

App is great... sometimes the maintenance isn't. Still very convenient to put repair requests in from your phone instead of having to call or get on a computer.

Its helpful being able to submit requests for maintenance in an app that helps capture all information without talking face to face or over the phone. Due to pandemic and just having a time saving tool makes this app worth it!

Extremely easy to navigate. Has enough options to narrow it down to exactly what's wrong instead of relying on the description field.

Man I hate having to call the service line. They are great people and all but it's kind of exhausting. Now I can just put in the request without making a call. The event calendar is accessible without going to the office or fumble through fb. I love it

App is not user friendly. Had difficult logging in with correct credentials. Additionally there is no way to edit personal information.

App has been successful for me. Any issue I have I just report it and maintenance normally responds within 2 days

I just submitted a maintenance request and it was easy to use! Very efficient, I am glad that improvements are being made in regards to housing issues!

Pretty self explanatory, I really like the app and is very easy to work with the Maintenance, Show the event in our community and is completly helpful.

I just submitted a work order. It was very easy and clear. And I was able to add pictures, which is nice so the maintenance crew knows what's going on before they get here.

So far I've only use the app for maintenance issues... But concerning maintenance issues and putting in work orders the app is a lot easier to use.
