You cannot pay rent with the app. It just sends you to the website in your browser. The reason I'm giving 1 star is because I was sent an email saying that this was a new way to pay rent and it clearly isnt. It's just a useless app
App is unstable. Constantly shows "not responding" pop ups withing seconds of opening it.
Does Not Work. I am unable to advance past the message that states I need approval. We need this app to book amenities and use outdoor space as part of the Phase 3 Reopening. Who can we contact to troubleshoot?
This app has made me very frustrated. This app doesn't work . I've installed it many times and still can't see the actual A app to open . Absolutely terrible.
The app doesn't allow me to push next so that it can send me the activation code. The inability to obtain an activation code renders the app useless.
I wish I could give this app 0 stars. When you try to pay rent, it just takes you to the property's resident portal webpage to login. Uninstalling now.
You should have it send activation code to email. I no longer haved access to my phone and cannot use the app on any of my other devices

This company which manages The Deco has been such a great company to me and enjoy staying in their building! They are completely remodeling The Deco and I am very satisfied with their professionalism and attention to detail to me and their tenants!!

Doesn't allow me to go past the verification screen so I've been unable to use this app. The field where I'm supposed to enter the verification code isn't active. Clicking on it does nothing so I'm just stuck at the 'enter your verification code' screen basically rendering the app unusable.
