Most everything is awesome. However, you can't set it to join rooms on the app. You have to log in through actual internet. Once you do that, you can't use the app anymore. Thinking of just deleting app since I have the website. If you fix, I'll keep app downloaded.

Line@ is great, but currently after changing to the Samsung A50 the chat box won't go above my keyboard. Makes me not able to read my text while I'm typing and is very inconvenient and time consuming. I believe that this is an error due to lack of development for newer devices. Please fix this error asap.

Line@, how we can click "x" button on the post you delete, we can't click them by any means. Please make it happen, because it can also reduce the post we posted and make the interface easier, also since nowadays people usually posted a video, can you guys make us attach video for maximum 5 minutes with faster loading without destroying the quality. Also talk about quality, please don't destroy it, people still complain about it. Overall is okay, thank you ! Please respond it ASAP !

You should check the capability before adding any feature on your app. After a mandatory update, it lost the core funtion of a chatting app. It causes so much inconvience for those normal users who might use other older devices for just chatting with friends.

Hi, I'm currently using Samsung S10+. The text field seems to be blocked by the keyboard, I've tried this on Line, Facebook chat, and Instagram Dirrect message and it is all fine, my old device was iPhone 6 and this issue never appear. Will give 5 star for the changes. I really love this app btw(Line@ at). Please respond to this. Thanks a lot

Notification arrived late or never come until you opened app itself. Bad pop-up notification, it can make my phone screen burnt. These problem happened for long time and it seems Naver Line ignore our feedback. When did the last time this application been updated in PlayStore? We are paid customers who use official account, would you please improve to make it more friendly?

Keeps crashing, navigation in the app and their web app is a mess. If they would stick with a basic chat app it would be fine, but they keep bolting on functions without ever thinking of a usable UI flow/integration in their applications, this one is a milestone of inusability. I hope this company seizes to exist in the foreseeable future.

DEFINITELY STAY AWAY if you are using this for a business, and you expect to be able to keep logs, then be warned that @LINE managers will delete the entire contents without warning or any reasonable explanation. I was given only "it seems you have accessed this account on another device (which I did not do), therefore, all your content will be deleted on this device!" This app so annoying and take so much time to use cause of delay and lagging, this app often error and the notification sometimes didn't appear in our phone, we should open the app first than the message or any notification just appeared. please fix this app, even previous version more better than this new version.

Last year i still can use this app even if it's so slow to open/reply the message, it's quite uncomfortable to use this app, even then i still use this. Now i can't even open the app. this message always appeared "an error has ocurred. please try again". I tried to uninstall and now i can't even login to my account. So tiring

The app was pretty good until you completely wiped an account my friend and I have been working on for over a year and left us with no way to log into the account anymore or contact anyone on that account. Congrats on ruining something decent 🙄

Please fix the chatbox problem that occurred in the Samsung Galaxy S10 line. The chatbox won't go up when you type, so you'll have to type blind without seeing what's being typed. It's been more than 2 months and still no update to fix this problem.

It's very friendly user for business needs and I think it's convenient because we can connect and respond the chat from many accounts. But I'll definitely gave you 5 star if you add "Reply" option in chat.

Notification for 1 on 1 chats arrived late and even never comes according to my experience with one of the sellers. Have been occurred for some time.
