LINE Launcher

After the latest update I now cannot use the "Icon DIY" when changing icons, which is frustrating if anything. Also, app keeps crashing all the time -- for instance, when I'm in the app drawer, the launcher "refresh" and I'm back at the home screen. Another thing, I cannot create a shortcut from a website to the homescreen, which has worked once before. Overall, I love this launcher, have been using it for years, but these bugs makes me want to go back to the default, and it's upsetting.

I've been using this app for the last two years and loved everything about it -- until my phone upgrade this week. Unfortunately the app just isn't really compatible with something about the new Samsung software, and it continuously restarts & refreshes itself every few seconds, making it impossible to do anything on the home screen. I would love to see this fixed because I deeply miss the customizability it offered.

This could be the best phone launcher ever. I really like the customizable options and looks. HOWEVER, many times when I hit home button, the screen goes blank while it processes apps and widgets. This can take 20 seconds. I have a Note 10 so maybe this launcher is still not 100% compatible with the newest version of Android. I will try again later, as I like what this launcher COULD BE. But for now, only 3 stars. I am hoping the developer will work out the bugs.

Used to be a great launcher, but lately it's been horribly unstable with so many things. Home screen icons won't change, wallpaper won't change, apps just can't be uninstalled in the menu, lots of white screens and bugs of all kinds. Very frustrating. Also, looks like the feedback is mostly ignored. I'd say it's time to switch to something else.

I've also been using this launcher for years and I've loved it to bits, but with the latest Android update the launcher has continuously reset every time I close my phone screen. After 4 times of this, I've decided to just not touch my app setting and configuration until this issue is resoved. If this is not fixed, I will have to uninstall, which I hope doesn't happen, because I love the customization variety.

I've been using this launcher for years but like everyone else, I've been experiencing so many bugs! I have icons disappearing from my pages, widgets disappearing, even the app drawer disappears and I have to re-add it multiple times a day just to access all my other apps. It's been really frustrating and I think I'm going to have to try a different launcher. I'm going to miss the super cute themes, but it's just not worth it

This app used to be a lot better and still is one of the best costume UI/UX themes apps there is. Very easy to use regardless of any design experience you have compared to other theme apps like nova. But featured themes seem to be outdated (they've had the "spring themes" featured for a long time now). Also DIY icons isn't working anymore. Even though the app was "updated" back of July of this year (2019) problems that been happening for the past two years still exist. To sum up: it could be better but unless you're someone that's proficient in UI/UX, it's actually the best option you have. Please fix the issues users are having it's been too long. *** Also for users who are experiencing lost of apps on your LINE launcher home screen: go to the launcher's preferences either by scrolling up from the bottom of the home screen or the icon for it> advance settings>select "restart dodol launcher". This happens every time you reset/turn back on your device because I think they haven't accommodated to the latest android versions

I love line launcher and wouldn't think of getting any other app for this function. Its the best! I've been having problems with the refresh to home screen, like a lot of people have already mentioned! I had to switch back to my phones stock application. When they fix this issue, I'll be happy to come back but until then.........DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS!

Used to be amazing. I've used it on 4 phones. Now it suddenly constantly refreshes and hangs, rendering my phone inoperable. Updating it didn't fix the issue. I even tried to uninstall and reinstall. No use. I contacted the designer but they were exactly zero help. Very disappointing. Update: now the apps in all the custom folders I've made are all disappearing and cannot be re-added. Also, auto backup feature hasn't worked in months. Ridiculous.

This app was fantastic up until the latest android update. My homescreen was blank when my phone turned back on after the update. I added all of my apps and icons back on to the homescreen, only to have them disappear again moments later. This glitch is making it virtually impossible to use my phone. Please fix it! I've been using this launcher for years now, but it looks like I'm going to have to find a new one that has a functioning homescreen.

I love this launcher because it offers the best customizable options. I've been using it for years no matther how many times I changed my phone. However, the launcher is absolutely unusable at this point because it randomly removes all the shortcut icons on your home screen ever since the android update. Please please please fix the problem soon so I can keep using the app.

Once upon a time this app was great. Now it's annoying. It removes the apps and widgets from my home screen which is the opposite of what the app should be doing (it usually occurs when plugging my phone in to charge). I have to add those apps/widgets back on, and recustomize everything... DAILY. Not okay.. Please fix this, I'd really like to continue using it but it's basically useless in this state. Also, please add a search bar to find themes and icon packs.

I don't know what's wrong with this app. Literally. You can't search it up on playstore, you have to search for it through google or your settings, won't make icons anymore, bugs bugs bugs. You can't even do shuffle anymore. This is really dissapointing. But because it doesn't effect my usage of phone, i'll rate it 2 stars. *please* read the reviews.

My entire layout disappeared after the latest update and I can't restore from backup. My phone is completely unusable now. It will take me hours to manually remake my layout in another app. Very upset. Please fix this, I love this launcher and have been using it for many years. I don't want to have to find an alternative, but I guess I'm forced to do so after this catastrophe.

Please, please, please fix the bug that came with the last update! The home page keeps refreshing every 2-3 seconds making it extremely annoying and hard to get to newly downloaded apps! I've been using this launcher for years and have tried to uninstall and reinstall it to see if the problem goes away but it's still there.

I have been using Dodol/Line Launcher for several years. It has been a great app! March 19, 2019 a security update was installed on my Samsung Galaxy S9+ and the launcher stopped working. I was hoping that the programmer would correct the issue and I'd be able to continue to use it. However, I just noticed that Line Launcher hasn't been updated since December 12, 2018. If it works for you, then use it. It's a great app and totally free. Nova Launcher seems identical for $4.99.

Have been using this app for years.. Now, after the recent update, I can't uninstall anything anymore, it's put a black line at the bottom of my phone where the navigation buttons are and it keeps popping up with these intrusive permission requests. Don't fix something that isn't broken and take it back to the way it was.

Update: They fixed it! Thank you so much! I LOVE this app don't get me wrong but with the new update to my phone (not the app) every time I turn an app off it completely resets everything on my phone. I have to readd all my widgets to the front page and reorganize my apps bc everything is reset. It's getting a little frustrating to have to do that every time. I would give 5 stars if it stopped resetting!!!

Loved this app so much and used it to customize everything about my phone but now it no longer seems to be working. Themes would spontaneously reset, getting rid of all icons and widgets on my home screen no matter how many times I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It seemed to occur after the last Android update so not sure if it was that or an update of the LINE launcher app itself. It's a shame they can't fix this. I had to just uninstall the app. 😢

I've been using this app for more than 5 years. However I'm experiencing what everyone is mentioning in the recent reviews, that is, every once in awhile (approximately 15 minutes) the layout resets and everything is blank and gone. Even after rebooting my phone and reinstalling the app it still faces the same problem. Please fix this.

Amazing app! Just with the new security update with the Note 9 it doesn't. The icons disappear after adding them to the home screen. And the app drawer doesn't start organized after you turn the screen off. I hope you fix it, I can't find anything that's as good as yours.

ive loved this app for years but lately i have a few issues D: I tried updating but it didnt fix it. 1, with the phone boost widget, after a bit it always resets to the default trash can look no matter what theme i pick. 2, iconDIY doesn't work anymore! Upon hitting apply, it takes me to a blank white screen and doesnt apply the icon. finally, when going to change wallpaper, it never loads recommended ones anymore and therefor not the gallery option either. but i can do it via gallery at least

NEEDS TO BE UPDATED I'm not sure if the company is still running but the app needs an update, I've been using it for years and recently had problems while using this app, I can't delete apps, can't see icons, can't use widgets, phone rejects calls and notifications, can't set wallpapers, it keeps randomly resetting to default settings just to mention a few, I love this app but with new phones updates some features stop working so it desperately needs an update since we haven't had one in years

Not good! Having given 5 stars because the developer had fixed the never ending problems whereby the home screen kept turning into a blank screen and then back to the normal homescreen every few seconds. However that problem has plagued us once again and hence only 1 star. Hopefully the Developer will finally fix this bug once and for all, and I will give it 5 stars again. It is a lovely app but it is extremely annoying to keep having this problem.

I have been using this launcher for years. However, now I am experiencing issues with badge (notification) numbers appearing next to apps that don't actually have any new notifications. I also no longer have the option to display favorited or recent apps in my notification bar. I have contacted the developer of the app about these issues to which they replied, "I will look into this". Unfortunately, it has been a year since I have contacted them and nothing has been done to resolve these issues.

PLEASE FIX THIS BUG!! I've been using this launcher for so long, I can't even remember how many years it's been. It was working perfectly until the recent Android update, and now it resets EVERYTHING every 2 minutes! All my folders undone, all my home screen customizations undone, and I can't use other launchers because I don't know how they work! Please fix this quickly! Most of your users are uninstalling because they have no choice!

I've been using this app for over 3 years now and haven't had any issues until I recently updated my phone. Now it completely wipes the setup I had previously every time I turn off my phone! I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but the same issue persists. I really hope it's fixed because I really love this launcher!
