LINE Official Account

This app is worse than @Line. The notifications are slow and the app is harder to use. For example, pictures cannot be taken and send straight from the app. It must be taken, saved on the phone then added to the person u want to send to. Why not make it like @line, it was quick and easier to use.

The app supposed to be a better alternative from Line@ but in fact, it is worse. It doesn't support many things: 1. Several checking pictures to send 2. Timeline post sharing option 3. Always loading and display a message late despite the network speed 4. Limited broadcast 5. Always fail to send a long message in a chat room 6. Supposed to be lighter but it took long to respond made it seems like it's actually heavier

App is not being logged in from years... Reinstalled today hope they had fixed it but naah it's still same

This is practically just the app vers from the web vers of Line@ lmao. Asked to migrate from Line@ to this app with the thoughts the app will be much better. But turns out it's much much worse. So I don't get the point on why we have to migrate to this... -Can only choose 1 pic each time from gallery. -difficult to copy paste. Can't use my clipboard. - if internet connection suddenly off, it'll back to main page. All your current writes will be gone.

App is unbearably slow, previous line@ can handle the task better. Just to open incoming chat and make a reply is laborious. Writing a new post is a tedious and long-winded process as well, where you need to click several seemingly unneeded buttons. In previous app, you just need to click write -> post. As simple as that. I fail to understand why you should break something that has been working well with unnecessary features.

Overall a pretty awful app. The design is really really bad it makes a webpage made in the 90's looks like a masterpiece. Very slow response to inputs and also, I can't effin order the pics from 1 to 9 when posting on my timeline. I have to upload it 1-by-1 so the pics are in order. I don't mind the migration and all that bull but at least make the app aesthetically and functionally better than Line@. Truly disappointed with this app. Also the website version for this isn't even remotely better

I cant see how this app is better than line @. Its very laggy, n to publish photo in timeline u have to click one by one and wait forever for the app to just upload a photo. It really makes the user become inefficient to just complete a task. And i cant use my clipboard in this app, seriously selling stuffs a lot of copy & paste, and they give you only 4 slots of quick replies. Seems like u gonna lose a lot of users, line!

app is slow compared to line@. And if I want to see next picture inside a chat, I have to go back, then select next pictures. You can imagine if there are many pictures inside a chat, and I have to select one by one to review them. It is not possible to simply swipe left and right to see prer/next pictures

The message or each page comes very slow. Sometimes I received notification, but once switch to Line OA app no messages. Had to close the app and re-open in order to see that particular messages. I also missed a few customers because the message didn't come true till I re-open the app to check.

Give back the line@! There are so many bugs here. I have to wait sometimes until the new message pops up. Also where can i change the language setting? I think it's set to my google play country setting but i want english! The chatroom design also annoys me, why is it so bad? The margin is too close to the sides it looks unprofessional. The picture preview is ugly. Let me send pictures more than one at a time!!! I need that feature. (Update) Bye im moving to whatsapp business!!!! 👋

Great app to communicate with your customers.

Does not work properly with Thai language when reply in inbox (Samsung GalaxyNote 8). I cannot edit message. I tried both use Backspace or word overwrite. It will create wrong character, not the one that I want. All I can do is just delete all and type it over again and careful not to type it wrong again.

Such an incomplete app. Cannot change notification sound for each account. No "read" notificarion. Cannot send multiple pictures at the same time. Unreasonable princing scheme. No wonder why a lof of account stop using it. Line is so polupar no one can compete. Fortunately, they will destroy themselves.

Is a bad app The appearance is ancient and unstable. Camera cannot be used in App. Selecting a picture is also very difficult. Want to see old pictures in chat, can't do You know that this application was made for business, it's crazy that I have to wait to wait for this app to rotate. I can't update. The incoming inbox message is not notified, even when I am using the app. Many functions are still required to be done on PC web version, for example, card based message. Super inconvenient considering that this is a paid service.

It takes very long to open the app and load messages. Sometimes it appears no new messages have been received. Then, 24 hours later, chats with unread messages appear from days before. The app is unreliable. Better to use the regular Line App x2.

Horrible language management. I don't know why but this app choose to set itself to chinese language, even if my phone, my google account and also my personal line account are set to the english language. I have found no way to change the app language so far, leaving it unusable to me without the personal assistance of somebody speaking chinese every single time I need to do something on the app.

This is the worst messenger apps, trying to make a broadcast message and it really took me a long time! It seems like always freeze when i type the text message. It feels like im typing with a super outdated and old program!! Why the hell you make us to use this app if the apps is not ready?? Just give me back ke old Line@! This is the worst app ever

Disappointed. 1. Could not backup messages from line@ so I lost most of them 2. Can't see entire friends list in chat like line@ 3. Still can't send group messages. Can only send individually or broadcast. 4. Can't block people and see previously blocked list. 5. Can't simply delete people. 6. When someone joins my account I want see them in my friends list. I can only see them if they send a message. Only good thing is can now send files. Please make these adjustments and you will get 5 stars

Crashes, lags big time. Major failure! During my first three hours of use. Had to force stop twice. Unable to share time-line posts to customers. Past messages and chats are now un-searchable. Video broadcast quality is so poor I basically embarrassed myself in front all of my customers. You guys REALLY eff this up. Literally improves a whole lot of nothing and for charging more $$ for messages?! Oh, yay more stickers... Thanks but no thanks. Bring back Line@

If we are forced to be using this application, why don't you make it better than LINE@. It loads extremely slower than LINE@ and is not users friendly in most of the features and areas. I cannot find the language and texts setting. Does it even exist? All in all, what a disappointment. Make this a better version of LINE@ replacement and I will be pleased.

This app needs A LOT of improvements. There's always a bug that makes you can't schedule the timeline post. There's no help center inside the app and the help or manual guide is useless. You'll find nothing about this error.

This app is full of errors and bugs. Just wanted to post some broadcast, when i click add photo nothing happened . Very slow loading page. For line corporation, you should test your app properly before launch it. It needs a lot improvement

Needs more upgrades like when broadcasting it goes to the people in the spam list that's a useless waste of broadcast especially its counted even if i pay extra. Also reporting the user option when they send inappropriate messages or inappropriate photos only option for this is spam list... Hope they can fix this soon.
