There is a new bug that is making the game unplayable. It tries to reset high fives after completion, then an error message appears. I have to hit X button about a dozen times for the message to go away, only for it to reappear 2 seconds later. I am unable to click on players to see their profiles. I also cannot watch ads to get rewards. Please fix this.

The game is fun and all but there's this constant error pop up that shows up every 5 seconds and it's annoying, especially since the game is already laggy as is. Also, every time I enter a square other than the NYC Times Square or Treasure Island, it's completely vacant. It has happened so often that I'm beginning to think this is some kind of glitch.

Hi,I'm new to this game. Wished I played this before, I fond of playing games like these. But after the update, the game takes too much time to load and keep saying "error" something like that. I had to keep pressing the "ok" button for it to disappear, I'm getting annoyed by it, so I hope you fix it. Also, make some more mini games other than fishing in treasure world or pet racing. Make games that doesn't require you to buy something. Make way for people to make more gems and game money. TY❤

I was a veteran player who recently wanted to re-live the nostalgia of the game, but came back disappointed. I understand resources are limited, but the PayToWin system is not getting the game anywhere but downhill. Suggestions: 1. Try to bring back the mini games from the same developer, it's win-win, no? 2. Implement more time limited events like Atelier. 3. Colour code other player's planet, we waste too much opportunity to find one specific colour.

Lmao, I can't even log into my account after the update. Nice one. Another complaint is, the VIP cost too much money. Why would the VIP rank resets every month??? I find it extremely absurd. At first, the game wad fun but now it's just a huge burden and not pleasing. The contents keep on repeating and it's get boring. I don't find any reason for me to continue playing this game. 1 star for the effort tho. Tried to log in again, but I can't even reset my pw, disappointing

This game is pretty cute but pleease bring back the og mini games.. They not just give us rewards but they also let us do more in the actual game! And also idk why the fishing was changed to have less fish and not give any rewards when u complete a book, like wha am I gonna do with a badge? It should switch back the rewards to gems again since it's pretty useful, and not like this when u know u wont get anything good apart from the occasional chest or so.. and even the chest items are repetable

idk if people are experiencing the same thing, but an error pop up has been happening on my app for sooo long now, its gotten really really annoying. it goes away after a while but its still unpleasant nonetheless. i hope they fix this asap or i would be utterly disappointed since i've been playing since the game first launched

I'm giving this a three star since when you start playing you get free tickets, the clothe designs are good but the huge problem is that this game is a huge pay to win. I also keep on getting errors every second which is Hella annoying. most of the good gachas are cash and you can't even get cash easily. the only way to play the gachas free if you get a ticket. I would not recommend this game

I love this game!! I originally joined just to play during the Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle event, but ended up staying. It's a cute and addictive game. The occasional errors and how expensive stuff is are the only things that bother me. Besides that, it's a good game~!🌸💕

I was a player since year 1 of this game. I had a huge account and spent money on it for years. I got locked out and they were no help. I could never retrieve my account again. This seems fraudulent to me. They were refusing to let me into my account in a sense or do anything about it. I spent 100.00s that Line owes me. It seems I am not even the only one they are doing this to. I think my account is deleted now and thats depressing. I made a new one. I wont put any $ into it.

Error Code [AD--1001] keeps popping up every 2-3 seconds, which makes the game unplayable. I updated, reinstalled, restarted the game... nothing seems to work. I cannot even watch videos anymore either!

I actually played this game for a month and i dont have any complains about it. Not until now, i know its money to play game. But, as a player who dont use real money when playing a game, you lost motivation to play it whenever theres nothing else to do after you've done the guide, the day-to-day gift, the gift each day, etc. Especially now there's a pet event and you can't join since you dont have a pet to ride.

I'm not able to open app because the app has many erros. I can't open the game sometimes. When I can open the app, I can't see anything just a blank white screen. When I can open the app, I can't move my character around. I can't verify or backup my new account. I can't link my account to other Line apps. I play on OnePlus gaming phone. If there is any email to support I would love to email because I think this game is cute and I want to try to play it.

It keeps giving me an error when i join the game, i had to reinstall the game. But when i put my email and password, it does not work. All my progress is gone, please fix this.

I'll bring it back to 4 stars once someone fixes that I can't open up the app...when I open it it closes, what's going on? I installed it once and i wanted to install again but everytime I get on it, it would re-download and it would constantly say "broken files" I enjoy the game it's just, it wont work Edit: years later I re-installed it and it's definitely working now ^^ I love this game and it's very time consuming and fun.

Hi, I have been playing this game for so long and nowadays there are too many bug, I logged out from my avatar today to log into my alt, but it told me that I have reached my maximum login attempts, even though that was my first time that day, and I tried to login back to my avatar but also denied.. I didn't even make a single mistake inputting it and now I'm in trouble, please fix it immediately.

Almost an 8 year user. I now only login once a day to increase points for free vip (at 59%) and I must say they basically got rid of any fun mini games/tools and replaced them with more real money demanding uses. Everything that's new that comes requires money sadly and no there isn't any events or games that give the premium curency (maybe once in a blue moon). The amount of active users has gone down tremendously. Needs many quality of life updates. Toxic people are common, many net errors.

I've been playing this game since I was 19 I think. I'm 27 now. You can get free items without paying money by saving up your gems or playing everyday by collecting your calender gifts. You can also gamble your money on this game and it does give you nice things you can use to create a cute room. Even 10$ a month will get you cute things on the gacha. It's better played on the phone when you don't have to much internal storage so it can load everything properly. I'm obsessed with the game. :)

I Rlly like this app, why not 5 stars since i like it sooo much? Well there are a few flaws, i wish there are like a trading item, for clothes ya dont use or got duplicate, interior aswell! Or even, we can delete it right? atleast give our money back when we want to delete it -_-, that one is for clothes, BUT we cant delete interior stuff that we got duplicate or not using it in the game.

too much grinding, it's either pay 2 win or just relentless grinding. Also very laggy and takes at least a whole minute to load a character's/pet's profile. This game is bad. Sometimes also uses the heavy traffic/unstable connection.

Every time I attempt to play an Error pops up [AD--1001] every 2 seconds. Before, it was manageable every 5 seconds. Since I updated it I can't attempt simple tasks. PLEASE FIX THIS 😓 I LOVE THIS GAME!!!!

Please fix AD--1001 error code, I had this a looooottt lately, the screen error code appeared too much, I can't even play properly, especially when I try to play the beauty and the beast event, I missed some points just because the error code appear.

Its very good but every item is expensive especially the gacha...its quite hard to gain cash and it also cost too much, some players are students who can't afford such stuff or knows how to get some cash from the game, but the game is good, the visuals are amazing, the clothes are perfect and all in all its great but being great can also cost too much.

Sad. I can't accept any of the free gifts that you get for watching videos. Every time I click on it it either immediately kicks me out of the app or plays the video then kicks me out. I updated it. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but I still keep getting booted out of the app. Any suggestions please? Help me and I'll give you a better review. Thank you ☺️

Keeps showing me a pop-up ever it says error and ad--1001 and please try again later. There are no problems with my phone so I'm guessing this is a game glitch. Please fix it.

It's great but I would appreciate if they are generous to us free-to-play players because a lot of us don't have any money. Iam one of them but so far I've been playing for one and a half month I have rare items and most of them are animated. I think still they have to be generous.

Trash ! How tf yall have this app around for 10 yrs and it's not even playable like fix it yall already deleted people's accounts that actually put money into this garbage just to have them start over and can't even enjoy it ! It's so messed up that barely anything wants to load and I don't wanna here its my phone because I got the newest phone 👎👎👎👎👎
