The app always closes down on me and it won't open until I uninstall it and reinstall it again. The quality of the calls is from average to bad. I updated my rating from 3 to 1 because now I am not able to get calls, I only get q missed call notification and then a VM. And another thing, I have 3 numbers in the account and when someone calls one of the numbers for some reason it goes to the other number as well. So at the end I end up getting 2 missed calls from the same# on both of my #s.

When answering calls it automatically picks up on speakerphone. And when you push the speaker to turn off, the call still remains on speakerphone. This is random and VERY annoying.

They waited until I paid my subscription to close my account and won't give me a reason. They are thieves and crooked. Do NOT use this app. They say I violated ToS but if that's the case that means they also are in your messages and voicemails and listening to phone calls. They are crooked and thieves.

System used to work as described but around a year ago many U.S. numbers started showing up as international calls. I reported this to them in Nov, they were able to duplicate the problem but as of today still have not fixed it (this didn't used to happen). Also, the Android app won't "release" after hang up. The phone still thinks the call is ongoing and I have to force stop the app to get my phone able to receive calls again. Their only solution is to uninstall/reinstall - which doesn't help.

Sounds great, doesn't work well. 1st annoying feature - placement of screen buttons. They perfectly align with your face. During a call you will randomly call other people, add features, etc. On my phone can only use app if I'm using the speaker. 2nd annoying feature - no way to block spam calls from phone app. Also no way to forward the spam calls/texts. In reading "help" section it appears that you can log into a computer & manually enter a phone number that calls you. 3rd - vm message

I would give customer service a ZERO star rating if possible... This whole nightmare started after a customer service rep suggested to add a local number to my existing 888 number to send and receive MMS messages, as I was suddenly unable to send images via desktop app. I have successfully used this service for EIGHT years with no issues. Suddenly I have been without phone service for my small business for two weeks and customer service is absolutely clueless in regards to a solution.

Not really happy with the app. I am constantly logged out (at least once a week) and miss calls and messages as a result. Even after turning on persistent notification and making sure my phone isn't using battery optimization, the app still seems to sleep. Calls drop on bluetooth headsets, and they let you block numbers on the basic plan, but don't let you block "unknown" numbers which is a bit sad, since I get several a week. The only way to block unknown is to upgrade... Bit sleazy. If you need something for calls you don't consider important, then it would be fine, but for business with important phone calls, I couldn't recommend this. I've used it on 3 different types of phones, and on computers. Works better on computers although I can't carry one of those in my pocket..

Long time user 5+ years. The main issue I have with this app right now is that I can't open pictures that are sent to me. Every time I try to open a pic the app crashes and restarts. No matter what I do...restart my phone, close/restart, reinstall the app I still can't open the pics of any file size. I can save them but 90% of the time I just want to open the pic. Videos have always been an issue too.

I use this app for my business. It used to work fine, but, lately it's been unpredictable. Far too often, I won't receive important text messages or phone calls/voicemails until hours later (if I receive them at all). As of yesterday, the app shows that I have nine (9) new text messages, but, it's not displaying the messages. Each time I attempt to open or send a text, the app crashes. This is very frustrating for me and inconveniencing to my clients. What's the purpose of paying for this app?

Reliability Issues. Is there a server issue going on right now affecting txts on the app? The app hasn't changed since January, but for the last 24 hrs, txts aren't arriving correctly in app. If I go online, I can download them, which is the only way I can see what I'm getting. I tried deleting the app entirely with no change. Also tried a different device. I love this service overall, but it suffers multi-day issues every six months or so, which is maddening.

I like it overall. A few things could make it better. I wish I could have a separate contact list than my main phone contacts. It logs out on its own, which is disruptive because I use it for my business (the older app didn't do that). The second thing I dislike is the the text messages rearrange themselves each time I log on after I have been kicked off, and that is also bothersome.

I signed up for one year with Line2 and I have several issues with it, which were eventually fixed. I still find the line is harder to hear on line 2, whether on my cell or on the computer the sound is very low. My biggest complaint however is not being able to talk to someone to get support. Only email support is available (which is ironic since its a phone company)and sometimes there are mis-understandings and there is absolutely NO WAY to talk to someone on the phone. Even the person who signed me up, told me to call them anytime and when I tried to call I got an email response. It was very frustrating to say the least. It would be nice to have the ability to connect a physical phone with handset to the computer. And now my new cell phone signs me out of the Line2 app, so unless I check I don't get the calls.

Please find a different app. I've had it for three years. It's prone to crashing when you send messages and doesn't notify for texts or calls. It forgets my contacts every time I open it and I have to continually reimport them. Support is non existent. The few times they've responded. it's taken weeks and the issues are still unresolved. Recommended it to someone who can't access his account at all and now they're trying to bill him a second time. I un/reinstall several times a month. Nightmare

At first the app seamed like a great option. I have been a paying customer for over a year now and will be switching. Lately I have not been getting notifications or calls intermittently. The service and app are not reliable and has made my business look unprofessional to my clients. The windows app also has many issues and never stays up to date with messages. Do not get this service if your looking to rely on it for a business. Yes I have worked with support to troubleshoot the issue. It happens on both Cellular and Data.

Call quality seems hit or miss. I've had a handful of problems over the past 7 months, most of which I've been able to resolve myself. However, I really don't want to spend so much time troubleshooting an app. UI doesn't always work like you expect it to. Missing things like spam blocking, UI customization, and being recognized by Android as a phone app - so if you tap on a phone number from Google maps for example, you don't get the option to dial using Line2.

It works but there is an annoying bug. Every time after a phone call, it tends to mess with my music/video audio. For example, after the phone call, all of the audio plays from my phone speaker that is only used for phone calls. Same with my car audio, it thinks I am in a phone call. The only way to fix it is by closing the app from my multi-task viewer. Hope you can fix it soon because it is annoying.

The experience has been GREAT! I wish when you composing a new text the previous communications populates when you type in the contact name. After a few months I've ONLY get notification when I miss calls! This is SUPER frustrating because I miss business calls. "Customer Service" hasn't been very helpful but they show are taking my money every month with me getting limited access to all the features.

I have been using Line2 for 8 years now. I experience the problems start to happen since the last updated in February, 2021. It takes a long time to load the main page after login and it's not forward texting to the forwarding number when log out or offline. Another problem is. When I answere thr call, I can't hear them and sometimes the line just cut off. I lost many calls. I am thinking about leaving to the new company if this problems aren't fixed.

This app was great for the first six months. In the past month it has been the worse ever and interfering with the communication between my clients and I. The ringer doesn't work. I get some notifications of a missed call but not all. I have contacted their support and was told that I need to uninstall the app and then download again. It works for a bit but then it stops working. I am not the only one with this issue. Four of my coworkers that work from home are also experiencing similar issues.

I first started using line 2 almost 3 years ago. It was working great. After several updates it seems that the app just gets worse and worse. It can't ever remember your password login information. When using the app.. You constantly have to re-sign it in and do your password. After the last update. The line 2 app won't pop up on your phone showing incoming calls. As I am in the transportation industry. Unfortunately I will be looking for Line2 alternative.

running android 8 on a tablet. I did not give the app permission to use my contacts. I wonder, is that why it shows a totally blank, blue screen? Now nothing works after i sign in. no menu. no pop-up notice. no button to press. just blue. it is a nice blue though. As an alternative the windows app has ugly issues, but does seem to work, but only barely.

Calls are usually alright. I've had a litany of issues with this app, as I use it 5 days a week for work. Pressing notifications doesn't always open the app. If you have too many text threads, recent ones will get lost towards the bottom with 2 month old threads, and their solution is to go and clean up obsolete conversations. I'm not going to try, as I'm not sure it'll even work. More issues that won't fit in this 500 character review limit. This one star goes completely to the support team.

Normally it's ok. But for the last few weeks I can't text, it just restart when I hit send. And it's showing fictious numbers of texts and calls. Course, the number might be right, but I can't see the text or calls. Would not buy this until these issues are fixed. I've updated to the latest version 4.2.2 and I am back to the normal experience. Thanks!
