Not able to open the app. Every time it is showing error - Sorry for inconvenience we are facing technical difficulty at the moment. Pls try again later. Its very frustrating. Only able to open the app when I click on a notification.

Love this app literally first : it's free app i think to view profiles for every member, second: exactly as per filter it shows correct third : need to give 1 free message at starting for everyone. Last but not least : membership is slightly high as compare to other apps, need to give some more discount.

On a free account, I was able to send interest, but once I upgraded to premium, sending interest option was no longer present. Now I can only send messages, and it has become one way communication. if the other party wants to communicate or send interest back to me, they can't, they also need to upgrade to premium. Free account was a way better than upgraded account. The business flow seems non sensical, they are only looking for money. Do not Upgrade, unless you have 15-20 accepted interests

This app is total waste of money where you would not get profiles and keeps on repeating the same. Please note most of the profiles are not even genuine where the team can actually take effort to see who is married and remove profiles. There are few other issues as well. The help option is total waste where these folks take no interest in helping expect the payment stage. Would totally not recommend this app.

Unable to find relevant profiles even after editing our preferences. Totally unhappy with the app

Worst customer service. I've just received a call from their team and she is too rude to responce my questions.. Worst customer service i ever faced. I'm currently deleting the profile and This App.

The filters doesn't work properly. Too many issues/glitches. Also Chat request notification not working. Subscription money waste since most of them have got marriage fixed but account not deleted. The number viewed for those will be counted and will not be reverted even on reporting with valid reasons. Customer care number won't be responsive for regional languages all the time, only English they prefer which is bad.

Overall good navigational experience. But some categories are not explicitly clear and not helpful. For example "Viewed but Not Contacted" doesn't make any sense. Simply make it "Viewed You" and another "Viewed By You". It would be a better experience if you follow same categories as done in main Bharat Matrimony web page. Best wishes. Prof.Moorti and family.

Cannot log in. Shows as incorrect password or invalid number even if it is correct. Can't delete the account also.

Best experience and unquestionable, their support is like a friend's support. So, it is ranked 5 Stars. My support to this Lingayat Matrimony is for ever.

Not sure if it is useful for unpaid services or not. Doesn't show exact preferences what we are looking for. When webturn off email notifications, still it doesn't stop sending mail & when we click the mail it doesn't redirect to mail, it will open in a web page. Customer care executive will call you everyday for subscription, even though amount is very high to afford subscription. Waiting for improvement.

App is stuck in the loading screen. The eye catcher keeps rotating for ever. But doesn't load any profile. I tried many times closing and reopening. But no use. It was working fine in previous version.

Worst Every time someone likes you, and you respond with like and you want to chat with that person, app ask for upgrade which is very costly.

This is a buggy app where we can't save any preferences.. After hitting Save it simply keeps on buffering for hours. Anyone with no match to my profile can see and send request for me now because I am unable to save my partener preference.

Always lags. Filled with bugs. App is not responding contact customer service

I had registered 20days back and they have locked my profile without any kidnof notifications and when I called customer care they disconnected the call without giving any proper information please let us know what's the reason

I subscribed for platinum package. Executive says one thing and provides another. After subscribeing, they will not take the phone call. Worst service, no response from their executive and customer service. Waste of money. They say one and they provide one. Waste of time. Feedup calling them.

I like this because it gives appropriate information and helps us getting good matches

This is very very nice app. before you pay money it's working normally, and when you paid money after this showing technical issues. very good and great app. i thought outside brokers only eating money, i din't expected matrimony app also eating money only! Actually i don't want to give 1 rating also.

Chat option window doesn't work at all. When I navigate to chat it just keep rotating for ever. It's the way to sell premium membership. Why placing it there when one cannot access to it.

Again faced the Worst experience. Just like others this app also requested for premium membership at first step. This app isn't providing better matches for non premium members.They only want to charge for better matches. Waste of time.

Wish I could rate your app in negative. Worst app I've ever used. Entirely unstable. Resets on its own and takes you to search preference again n again. Never updates the search preference after setting the desired required preference. Fix your app first before you fix marriages
