We couldn't try the app well before commiting to a subscription plan and my child wanted to see more, so I had no choice but to sign up for a free trial with my credit card. In just a few days into the free trial, after we decided my child has outgrown the games and she's a bit too old for them, I cannot find a place/way in the app to unsubscribe or cancel the free trial, and then next thing I knew was my card was charged already... I need to cancel the subscription and get a refund please.
My daughter loves this app but we ALWAYS have to press on the game, video or drawing thing SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO many times and sometimes they do not open at all. I have been paying for this for months and been dealing with it. I even bought my daughter a new tablet and it still didn't solve the problem. I do not want to get rid of it but if things do not change I will not keep WASTING MONEY!
So this app is great for my son. He doesn't really like it, but I do cause he is learning. I got it as a substitute during the pandemic. The only 2 problems I have with the app is the day early charge, which puts a decline on my card statement every month and I can't use this app on my son's Amazon Fire. Other than that it's great. I am Uninstalling cause of the day early $15 charge.
My 20 month old loves this. Every day she she grabs my phone to look for the app. She loves the puzzles and gets very entertained. But I just wish it wasn't 15 dollars a month. Besides the price. It is an amazing app for early age learners. My two other toddlers lives it. They love to help each other if one of them gets stuck. They also cheer for each other when they finish one project.
I like this way of teaching English. But after a week of usage on the child's tablet, the application began to slow down terribly. The application starts for a few minutes, another 5-10 minutes are needed for the icons of the games to appear, and when everything is finally loaded, the application almost does not respond to clicks when choosing a game, the game itself also takes a long time to load, although everything works fine on my phone. Tablet Lenovo m10 plus. I ask developers to fix it.
Ridiculous. I've signed up for a full month now, and it won't let me log in to veiw any of my child's updates. I've been given the run around on confirming my account, and now every time I log in it won't allow me. I've tried tons of times, and many different ways, like restarting my phone first, or waiting quite a while at various lengths for nothing. It keeps bringing me back to confirming my email, even though I confirmed my email the first time we signed up, so it's asking me to check my ema
Fraudulent. Looting money.. Be cautious. I just tried the trial subscription for two days and cancelled the subscription. But they have taken the amount of 1199INR at the end of month.
The games are fun and easy to use for my 4 year old. The app is instinctive and easy to learn and get challenging very quickly. The videos are great and the app is easy on space.

Free trial is not free 💩. How to use app without card?! If I want to try it and delet it it will cancel my subscriptions?! I think it will not. Making money on childrens this way is not good. You can create another way to fill-up your dirty pockets: time limit, content limit, ads etc. Demo version? No? Good luck and deleted
At first my son really loves playing and learning from the games & activities. But after update of the app, it began to lag and not even loading, hence we have cancelled our subscriptions.

I'm better from Vietnam 🇻🇳. I buyed unlimited for payment was completed and I am immortal. It play a lots of better games with tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE). I'm 10 years old (Grade 4) and I know about maths.
Very expensive. Very little free content. So little free content that I can't even decide if it's worth paying for or not. Stop being money hungry and start offering people the possibility to actually see the app before you force them to buy.
I just installed it, but no matter how hard I try, it throws me out of the app every time ... while it works well on the rest of the phone! where is the problem from? Thankful.
Does not have a free version of the app and as my family lives paycheck to paycheck. I really don't enjoy that and made me uninstall quickly. It does offer a MAX 10 min of a "free version" then as soon as it runs out tells you to buy the "Unlimited Version" just frustrating for lower class familys
Poor experience!! My kid just played 5 minutes and now the app is pushing to me to choose a payment plan!! that's totally nuts!!. Please leave more time open to test it, so my kid can love this app, and then buying with confidence for her. I think 1 or 3 days is ok.
Disappointed! Instead of playing with my child, you made me register, email, enroll etc. And all this in such an unresponsive UI.
My kid loves this app and I love seeing them learn new things. Had some frustrations with the subscription process but they were very helpful and resolved it.
I've been receiving emails from the makers indicating that my email is being used in this app, but there was no way to reset the password or deactivate the account from the web so I was forced to install the app
Waste of complete time. I added a card for the free trial. Unless they charge your card they will not let your kid play. With all the free apps and YOUTUBE out there this should be an easy FREE trial no money envolved. THANKS FOR NOTHING TIKTOK
My son absolutely loves this game, but the screen sometimes turns black or it will start loading and then will exit out of the app and won't start again.
My baby less than 2 years old was able to instal the app and pay for its premium subscription. How come?? Please refund the money especially that the app is not even enabled on my tab!!
Very bad cancellation policy. Don't have an active subscription and I am still charged and customer service is inpersonal automatic answers. Do not subscribe to this app!
Used to be a nice app. Quick enough to take your money but wont let you even log in. I was offered "their best discount" of three months at $0.99 and $9.99pcm after that. Only to learn others have been offered £2.99pcm for a year. Disgusted & Disappointed.
Not impressed. Games and initial appearance messy creating lots of visual noise for learner. The ability to pop back and forth on each game gets the dopamine hits going for the kids but the games are not engaging nor does the kid have to try as they give the answer and the races just go on. For 15 bucks a month it seems not worth it. Edit: Do not get to try the trial. I have tried to cancel my subscription but I can't find anyway to do that.
My daughter is nearly 4 and she and I both LOVE Lingokids! She is daily learning new things strengthening current skills and actively seeking more knowledge. I first found Lingokids when she was 2 1/2. We had begun speech therapy because she would barely speak. I was becoming desperate worried something was wrong. I found Lingokids and within the week she began using the words we'd been teaching her AND counting to 5, her favorite video was her English teacher Loni counting to 5! THANK YOU!!!
My son wanted the game and we had to enter my card details before we could even take a peek. I don't have an option whether I want to renew. 3 days left from the trial period then BAM! I will get billed for using the game if I forget! Giving us an option if we want to enter in a payment period is easy....not giving us the option is a wise money making pick pocketing
Very awesome to start, incredibly disappointed in the end. The free version allowed 3 activities when I first got it. My child loved it, enjoying our time with 3 games every night before bed. The cost of the subscription is ridiculously high, so we used only the free version. Tried to use the app today, and all the games are locked for subscription only, and I had to teach my kid how companies change there offerings to try and get people to spend too much money. Great app, too expensive.
