Link Bubble

I love brave. And I would love this app. Please fix the bug that causes the 'Welcome to the Link Bubble' page to load every time one opens a page. It's frustrating and likely not too hard to fix. Pretty please! 🙏

Was a big fan of this app. Now the "one time" pop up for the brave browser appears every time it is opened. On the verge of uninstalling and walking away from what was a great working and unobtrusive tool.

Not updated for a long time, seems abandoned by the developer. Has some problems with modern phones/Android versions that make the app pretty much useless.

Good UI design and out of the box thinking. However, the display bugs make it of limited value. Some sites display with the side bar covering the screen, which makes it impossible to view the text. Scrolling is really funky, it jitters if trying to scroll slow, and it sometimes goes hyperspeed without cause. If not for these issues I would like it.

Since the latest update link bubble fails to load links and closes. Im a big fan of link bubble and plan to try the brave browser and I would like to see this issue resolved as quickly as possible. I have already submitted a few error reports. Thank you for your time and product I have every confidence your team will resolve the issue.

Can become annoying especially if you've signed into a website and you have several articles you are linked to and want to comment on. Each linked articles doesn't recognized you've signed into an account. You should also be able to temporarily disable it when it's taking you through a loop and causing more problems than solving.

If this app doesn't work with you check your permissions settings as it has a special permission to create pop up windows which is disabled by default on my phone. It may also require draw over other apps permissions and perhaps accessibility settings. Works great after I have made these changes and is far more stable and useful than the similar app flynx.

New update changed default open with chrome, to open with brave, which even after I installed it it still sends me to the app store, I had to change it back manually. I purchased the pro before it was free so I think it's amazing. Great app does what it does beautifully. I just hope for the ability to control bubbles default size. I would like the bubbles to be a little smaller and perhaps a little lighter on the phone as sometimes the bubbles stutters and they are hard to catch in order to close

This app used to be amazing, and I was happy to be a paid costumer. However, one of the best things was that I was able to easily "share" it to other apps, so that if I wanted for eg to continue on another browser I could. Now however, they removed all other browsers from their share menu, and only point me to the app store for their other browser. If this current change soon I'll just dump it....

I love the Brave browser and was excited to see this app. That said, I have been disappointed. The concept is great but links, specifically direct links to images on sites like imgur and Reddit, take an abnormally long time to load. These same links load quickly in the Brave browser. Additionally, the "Open In Brave" icon takes me to the Google Play store where I can download the official Brave App. The problem is that I've already installed it and set it as my default browser. Despite that, this app does not detect it. To open a browser in Brave now I've got to copy the link to my keyboard and manually open it. I have hope these issues will be fixed in the future and the app will be as nice as the browser, but at the moment it runs very poorly on my S7 and I will not be using it until it receives an update.

Sometimes can be buggy, webpages don't show up, but the system thinks it's there, so finger presses are being sent to a website you can't see. Copy and pasting doesn't seem to work a lot. No translate option. I think it's a good idea, but I think someone else could make a better job of it.

Annoying little problem. Have reinstalled 4 times. Fix this please. The developer has not been replying, this is a very annoying issue, the app keeps crashing all the time. I can provide a bug report, logcat, whatever you need. The developer is sleeping. Hasn't bothered to reply. This used to be an awesome app. You have ruined it. Congrats.

Neat product, great functionality, but leaving a bubble active (even if not expanded) can potentially, and quickly, eat through your cellular data plan. In less than one day for me, one active link bubble sucked up 1.19 GB of data. EDIT: Background cellular data can be disabled in \\Settings\Apps\App info\App data usage

I recently reinstalled Link Bubble on my Note FE. The problem is that every time I open a link with Link Bubble, it creates 2 bubbles, one with the page I want to open, the second with the Brave welcome page. It also expands that second bubble instead of loading in the background. If I open Link Bubble itself, instead of following a link, it creates a bubble for the Brave welcome page and, again, expands it. I’ve double checked all of the settings and I have “auto expand” turned off. I also can’t find anything that looks like it would cause this “welcome” bubble to always open. It didn’t behave like this before I reinstalled it.

The app has been great for a while. But now the home button hides the bubbles, and there's no option to turn off that feature. I find the "feature" incredibly annoying, and would much appreciate the ability to toggle the hiding of the bubble. The only way to bring it back is to either open them via the task switcher, or through the notification shade, both of which pull you out of the current app. Please allow the option to choose whether to hide the bubbles or not. Thank you.

Not offering me a refund and your chief tech officer closing down my forum thread was totally uncalled for! I have reported your unscrupulous business behaviour to Google. Hopefully, they will investigate. Link Bubble should've stayed with the original founder. Sad really!

Love this brower, been using for a few yrs. Had a issue recently though, I'm using LG V20 on Nougat, the browsers doesn't seem to appear until I touch the respective bubble once, resulting in after closing one bubble, a empty screen appear instead of seeing the next browser like how it did on my old handset. Still love it nonetheless, so gave it a 5 star

I really wanna love this app. It has great function but just recently too unstable. It crashes way too often and sometime I lose the site I was looking at, making this "opening links in advance, read it later" service this app provides almost worthless.

My only complaint with this app is that when dragging the bubble around (from the side, tapping it to open, dragging to share or close) it is EXTREMELY laggy. Granted I have a phone that isn't brand new, but the SD 801 processor should not be struggling this much. If the bubble dragging was optimized better, it would be a total 5 star app, no question

Keeps opening app welcome page on clicking each link... This is happening in miui9.2 on mi max 2 and also on Android 7 on Samsung galaxy j7 Max... Has become unusable now. I have the paid version. Please help fast.. am already using Flynx but prefer link bubble

I've moved to Flynx. This app was great but is now very buggy and has not had an update in months. It appears the developers have abandoned this app to focus on their Brave browser which I would also not touch given their lack of support for this paid app.

Two windows pop up every single time. One for the link I want opened and a "welcome to link bubble." Pages aren't loading at all anymore. Tried uninstalling and installing to no avail. Used to love using Link Bubblr to open links while going through Twitter but it essentially does nothing now.

Great app, never knew I needed it. However, it keeps having this issue that when you delete a tab the following tab's content does not appear unless you hide the tab and then open it again. It has been like this since android 6.0. Worked great before that.

Loads the welcome to brave page in a separate bubble every time I open a link. Very annoying. Previous versions did not have this bug.

Works ok but pictures do not load at all. Please fix this. It renders this app nearly useless if i cant see any pictures on a website.

This used to work great but for a while now it has been really bad. I primarily use this on reddit so I don't have to exit out of reddit for half of the links. However with sites like imgur or Twitter, 90% of the time when it says it's done loading and I open the bubble imgur won't have the picture or the first in an album showing and Twitter may have the same problem of not showing attached images or will say I didn't have access or Twitter took to long to respond. It usually works if I reload the page once or twice but that kills the utility of the whole app. Hopefully this gets fixed because I can't find any alternatives to this app

An excellent concept, but still find the app to quirky to use as my regular browser. Copy/paste don't work, so I cannot use a password manager. Also, the option to open in the Brave browser does not work, even with Brave installed. I still continue to use the Brave browser by itself but link bubble has a ways to go.

I *love* this app. Don't get me wrong. I have both it and the Brave browser installed, and am just about to delete FireFox and use them exclusively. But... The team needs to anchor the link bubble somewhere OTHER than on top of the share bubble!!! I've lost count of the number of links I've lost because I ACCIDENTALLY moved my finger as smidge when trying to open a link, and had the share panel come up instead. There are only two exits from the share panel. SHARE, or lose the link! Please fix!

I really like the app but recently whenever I opened, my phone crashes and I need to reboot it. That happens only using this app, I don't know why.
