Bought and tried Linka 3 different times. Never worked and I'm very techy and a gadget guy. Connection problems during 1st ride (3rd lock but 1st time actually receiving one that seemed like it might work) and got stuck midway during a stop (couldn't unlock). Avoid!
Just got my Linka Leo. it's way bigger than I pictured. Heavier than I expected 1.1 lbs. to feel. Doesn't have any instructions included. And doesn't have anything to attach it but 2 screws that don't line up with any bikes holes. Activation takes more than two weeks according to tech support who took five days to respond to my email. The battery lasts about 6-8 hours, not 2.5 years. Nothing about this product works as advertised. Do not buy!
App won't run starts then stops followed by a error message. Update for those of you with fold phones it weiredly, only works when phone is folded (closed) hope this helps some of you .
Seems to be crab. While the phone (Sony Xperia 10 II) indicates "connected", the app still tries to connect. For more than a minute no further progress.
App is not working... Just showing a blue screen and my lock stopped working... I have a Pixel 3 XL running Android 10.... In addition I just bought the LEO locker and afraid to happen the same and waste my money.
horrible connectivity, have to restart the app quite often and i work as a bike courier so this is quite tedious for 170euro lock Edit: after the updaate stopped connecting completely,cant even log in now
Great lock and great app..! Works like a charm, really..! I have been using this combination for over one year now...
please fix paring problem. I cant pair with my note 10. But it pairs with my old Oppo. I tried everithing even factory reset.
App is totally useless it keeps stopping before it loads . I have tried reinstalling but still fails to open
Linka Leo doesn't actually work! You can't activate your Leo lock because their system has been down for weeks! When will it be working again?!?!?
This app does not work. I cannot open it - it crashes as soon as I open it

Stopped working since Android 10 upgrade on my pixel 2.
Pretty useless since I can't even get it to link to my phone. Save your money and buy something else
DON'T BUY!!! Doesn't pair on my Android or iPhone and they don't response on my emails.

Blue tooth is a giant pain.
Crashes every time I try to open it since the latest update. Completely unusable now. Keep getting a network error message and cannot log on

My LINKA arrived today :D I've rated it 3 stars because so far it's done well locking and unlocking in thin air... Will re-evaluate tomorrow after attaching it to my bike
U need to make sure that it is charged
The app stopped connecting to my linka lock, making the lock completely unusable.
Still have not fixed phone battery drain. Must engineer a standby/sleep setting.
Great lock it really works flawlessly even in bad weather! Its so fast and convenient to use. . I have used it for over 1/2 years now. It holds its charge a long time and is very easy to recharge when needed . I liked the linka original so much that I decided to get the Leo 2 pro because I like the way the teathersense allows you to secure the bike easily to objects and an integrated GPS is a great feature to insure if the bike is stolen you can hopefully get it back!
