There's definitely a big bug in this app. There's not even a single functioning feature in this whole damn thing!! I tried the most basic function of saving a ppt and IT DID NOT WORK!! First of all you have to click as many times to just finish saving it. Then it says that the ppt wil be available in "Saved". But! There's no such thing or feature as "saved" in the entire app! I searched the whole thing to find where the heck it had saved the ppt but to no avail. Such a useless piece of garbage!!

Such a useless app. No matter how many times I tried to open this using my facebook account (because I don't have slideshare and linkedin accounts) it doesn't let me enter. Instead, it just keeps on loading then suddenly stops then when you try to tap facebook one more time it will just load again and again. I though it would be so helpful for students like me but it isn't. It is so frustrating because it's my second time trying this app. I thought it would work now but the same thing happened again. I'm making this comment because I hope you already fixed this problem the next time I'll try to download this app again. Thank you for assistance and understanding.

I tried logging-in using the app through facebook and linkedin but failed, but when I tried logging-in through browser I get through. I hope you guys fixed this. I'm truly amazed with this, as it always appear when I search something school related. Wish you all the best! Sorry for the poor rating, I'll change it right away if the problen is fixed. The app has very good use in terms of availability of content. But I have had trouble with downloads. The downloads keep stopping on its own and you have to refresh until it gets to 100%. Also the app keeps freezing right after you open it so you will have to try and restart it most of the time. Please fix these bugs and ai will rate it 5🌟.

You can't create a account and are forced to singing with LinkedIn. Then if you do, you can 'save' your chosen slideshow which in the app is the same as bookmarking one for ease of reference. But you can't actually download it. Either as PDF of PNG or JPG. There is not chose the save folder option either. This app is as useful as their website. So don't bother with it.

At first, I wasn't able to directly sign in through the app even though I already have a Scribd account. The support team was really helpful. They assisted me until I was finally able to sign in through the app. As for the app itself, it's a good one except I wish there were more customizable features. For instance, a pure black theme would honestly be great. Thank you for developing the app!

Dunno why. But I'm having a problem regarding saving the slides. I don't know if others experienced the same thing but I am really frustrated about it. I am also having a hard time signing in, when I tap 'forgot password' and then reset another password then signing in again, it doesn't work that easily. It took me few more minutes just to recover my account back. I hope they could fix it, sooner. And other than that, it's still good and very useful especially in my studies.

It's really difficult , almost impossible, to get in through your email address as it keeps telling you that your password is incorrect, even after cross checking and changing it .. I retrieved my old unused FB account, logged into it, then got through somehow ... Tiresome process .. but the app is really useful !!

I love slide share. a lot of helpful content. congratulations to the developers!! 31May19- I am taking away one star from the rating because after using it for certain time I really feel that following feature must have been added to make it an efficient tool - 1. There should be a filter that filters out Ppt Vs. Pdf Vs. online ebooks. it really becomes difficult to find the relevant content when it grows back The stack. 2. Each page should have a rotation of page option.

I just joined LinkedIn and slideshare because I found a presentation that I really love and have been trying to save it to download and edit it, since it is a template for a presentation. When I log in online everything works fine, email and password wise, but when I go to save the presentation it redirects me to the app which I have downloaded 2 times. The app will not let me sign in no matter what I try and I have been trying for 6 and a half hours. I am very disappointed.

It just won't let me sign in using my LinkedIn account, I enter the details and it asks for security check. I successfully complete the image selection task and there's also a green tick in the checkbox but then it again switches me back to the enter password and mail credentials window. I'm annoyed I've even changed my password but it just won't let me iiinnnn!!!!!

Disgusting... I tried to sign up in the app but they always shows oops wrong password.. I have reset like uncountable times but it didn't sign up only.... I am not able to read the content in the app... When ever I want to see slides it always shows free trial is over but how am I supposed to sign up then???? It is very disappointing.. For whom u have made this app if we cannnot read the content n u only need money... For every month I tried to see the slides monthly review is over.....

In our technologically based society, power point presentations are slowly beginning to take over the out-dated and tedious job of scribbling on chalkboards. A power point presentation is a simple process which can be done by the non-computer oriented people as well as the experts. It involves creating slides, then projecting the slides on to a large projection screen and the presenter is in complete charge of slide transition in the presentation with a simple click of the mouse.

My slideshare app is not working. I cannot login in slideshare through any of the accounts given i have tried using fb account linkedin apple id but all in vain they show the same thing over and over. something's went wrong or try again later.. Kindly fix this issue as soon as possible.

I LOVE SLIDESHARE! It helps me with my homework. I always used SLIDESHARE whenever I have a problem with my academic studies or research and browsed SlideShare on the web however, when I'm at the end, perhaps that's what I thought, I always get to this new page and says to download their app. I was afraid of not getting much of the informations, so I decided to download their app. I WAS FRUSTRATED! I downloaded the app, opened it, and tried to sign in with my account but it won't work.

Extremely frustrating and absolutely worthless. Was forced to download so I could see if I should buy a book I had an interest. Although I kept seeing I had saved the details/pages of the book, there were no instructions, no directions, and after an hour of searching I gave up. I'm going somewhere else.

This app is very good for content. Apart from that, it is the most unresponsive app I have come across. It can't even be out in lanscape mode. The menu buttons keep hiding behind other buttons and is difficult to locate. Much much work needs to be done on this app

This is an awesome go to app. I teach high school and I can pretty much find most information and resources I need for my classes. I have found the PowerPoint presentations to be well tailored and in need of very little editing. I recommend to both teachers and students. It also appeals to persons who read from a wide range of topics.

your app is the absolute worst! I cant even download one slideshow. on the internet it keeps saying that i have already saved that slide but the app says that i havent saved anything yet. in addition when i save a slideshow, it stops immediately just by touching the screen! installing these app was a complete waste of my time.

Since I changed my phone I've been unable to sign in when I installed it again. I've not been able to use it at all I've tried everything I know to sign in yet the same thing The app will just load and stay on the same page. It's annoying, I had to uninstall it

It is very fast and give me adequate source always. But at the first stage or time, it is difficult to experience or adapt it to use. The more you practiced, the more you become familiar with it. Thanks

Undoubtedly SlideShare is the best place to get materials on various topics. Mainly study material. The mobile application of the orginal site is not well developed. A lot of things need to be added, like, upload option, views (number) of uploads etc. And I am facing problems while downloading. The downloads interrupts again and again. Like, after showing 34% the download stops, I have to resume again. Please fix these issues.

Worst experience. I was asked to download d app for browsing a particular file offline. So i downloaded this app and tried saving d file. It continually displays a dialog box to rate the app on playstore. Its like forcibly making ppl to download nd review d app. Anyway after all d hardwork i again tried saving it. It won't work. It downloads upto 10 percent or so then stops downloading. Then if i press the save button again it starts from zero. Total rip off. Dont download it.

PPTs are very much Good!! But I am disappointed with the one feature it doesn't has.. If by mistake one presses back button.. whole ppt closes and One can not jump to particular slide.. he/ she need to start the slides from beginning..!! It gives frustration when there are more number of slides.. and you closed the ppt at almost ending..

This is one of the worst app I have ever seen in my life. Stupid. It was not receiving my correct email id. Then I clicked on to the "forgot password option" but still they were not send me any kind of password. As same with Facebook option , they showed me that correct but wasn't continue on it. I recommend to everyone not to install this app. They have nothing. I'm very upset from the team of this app. Now I will purchase some other app for slide work.. Thanks.

While opening the app, it is not getting logged into any account. Either you use Facebook login or by some other login method. It is showing the loading sign and after some time it takes me back to the login page. Please SlideShare if you are reading this comment. Please do reply and help me out. Thank you !

I've always known about this application but have only downloaded parts of slides that were on images when I search for medical issues. I only managed to install the application into my phone last year and was able to download a lot of complete slides that have assisted me in my medical studies. It's a great application for students.

It keeps telling me to check my email or password everytime I try to sign in even though my email and password are correct (i checked several times). I can't log in to facebook neither...It also randomly gives me "quick" recaptchas for a long period of time even though I never really had errors on picking pictures it requested, it still gives me tests and goes on a loop for a while...after it confirms me that i'm not a robot, it goes back to the sign in part, and so it repeats...Please fix this.

There are great content on Slideshare but it's search algorithm are horrible, just showing spam book reviews, one has to Google for relevant topic and then come to Slideshare app! Pathetic! Please fix this. There's an option of clipping slides but you cannot add a whole presentation to a Read-list or something like that! Can't prepare Read later list for future references! Please add those features!
