LinkedPhone - 2nd Line - Business Phone Number App

I love the ease of use for the app- it's affordable for a newly starting business. Love that I don't need to buy another phone- can just use mine and still have a separate number. However, one downside is the incoming photo messages take forever to load just see the red circle spinning.... Also, other issue is playing voicemails. Alot of times it takes a long time to download to actually hear the message because alot of times the voice transcription is way off....

The support team is very responsive! The app is a great tool for small business owners and has some good features for internal communication with staff regarding clients calls and notes. The app takes some getting used to if you want to customize the Virtual Receptionist, but once its setup it works great.

I love the layout and the ease of use. However I found a company that offered a cheaper plan to pay 1 year up front so I went with them even though their layout wasn't quite as nice. Please consider doing a discount on a yearly subscription. If that had been an option I'd probably had chosen your company over the other.

Affordable, has a lot of features. Navigating to certain areas of the app can be convoluted, and there is a noticeable delay in picking up a call

Doesn't work on our Galaxy S9 that we have. Uninstaller, reinstalled, ringer on all correct. We don't get a ring tone on either of our S9s. Not alot of support on this issue.

The app is great. It's really helped our business maintain steady communication with all employees. My only wish is that we could transfer calls between extensions. That would help tremendously.

Very useful and relatively inexpensive. The only issues I have are with marking things un-read or some other means of annotations to remind to be dealt with later or by another team member.

App works well, when getting calls I can differentiate between my personal calls and business. Calls are clear as well. No issues so far

Update: fixed Was loving it but now the most recent texts don't show up in chronological order. If a new text comes in it should automatically show at the top of the list. Instead I need to manually search through the list to find their name and open it. Sometimes I miss texts and that's a real issue. Would give it more stars if not for this issue.

Great app! Does exactly what it should and is easy to use. Customer service is responsive and eager to help.

I use this for my solo business. It makes me feel better not giving out my personal number to people. I like that you can set business hours and respond to texts from a computer too. Easy to use. Easy to set up.

Do not purchase this this app has a call screen option which does not give you option to turn off to press the button which cost problems and costing me to lose money

It's a great app/service. Just wish incoming images downloaded. Often it's just spinning forever. Also for whatever reason I can't use this number to verify for services that require a phone or text verification due to the way they are setup. Google voice does not have this same issue.

Really great updates. The developers are adding the right features specifically for business owners. Business voicemail is really excellent. In addition to audio, it's written out too! I like that the app separates my business contacts, voicemail, text messages, and phone calls from my personal stuff. The ability to write notes on each of my customers is such a great feature. The call menu options make my small company sound like a big professional company. Overall very satisfied with this app.

After using a virtual office and another 2nd line app for my small business needs, I recently switched to LinkedPhone after doing some research. Believe me when I tell you this - this is EXACTLY what I was looking for! It's professional and flexible to fit your needs and easy to set up and navigate through. Customer service answered right away and took care of my questions and problems immediately without going through numerous prompts. Wish I could give it 10 stars!

Probably the best app based alternative to having a landline in a brick & mortar office. No per person/per month charges like cloud based phone services. Easy to set up and even allows for an automated attendent. If set up correct it can make a small business without a set office location sound like a large corporation with multiple locations.

I don't receive notifications! Notifications for text messages are THE WORST (non-existent), and for voice-mail is awful, too. The only notification I get is when I get an actual phone call in real time (not even for missed calls). I was previously told to uninstall the app and then reinstall it, but c'mon, seriously? How many times do I have to do that? Once a week??

This app does not work properly. If I attempt to send a text message it sends multiple times, which is extremely unprofessional looking for my business. In addition there are times where I don't receive text messages clients have sent which creates a huge problem when it comes to scheduling, as you can imagine. Although my notifications are enabled I only receive notifications of text messages when I am in the app and they are delayed by 10-15 minutes, sometimes longer.

UPDATE. The staff at LinkedIn was very quick to work with me to change the CallerID setting. Very impressed with their customer service. I like almost everything about the app but when I call cell phone numbers it does not show the company name. I can't figure out how to change the default caller ID settings.

This is a great business phone solution with a lot of flexibility and configuration options at a very low price point. I needed a professional-sounding multi-option phone attendant solution & this one fit the bill. The robo-attendant is very impressive with how realistic it sounds - especially the female voice.

If it had the ability to record calls it would be the best on the market. UPDATE: It worked great until recently. Now it really sucks. It goes straight to their voicemail or sometimes it just never answers or other times It says that the number is not in service. It is hurting my business now and I will find another service!

Unable to verify my real phone numbers. Unable to use this app. Garbage.

Solid app. I do wish it was easier to tell when a call from the app was coming in. You can tell, but it's small text in the caller id info. Otherwise, it works. Call clarity is just like your carrier. 5 stars if they can make it easier to see when your getting a call on the app number.

This service is great when it's working, but I've had too many clients tell me that they can't reach me via phone due to this service. I also randomly have issues calling with this app. I've reported these issues numerous times and the matters disappear for a week or two and start again.

Once again we are having problems, either not receiving, notifications or the deleting of old messages. Tired of removing the app and reinstalling it. At this point our energy would be better spent with carrying 2 phones instead of this app... sent another email as I don't think my 1st one was received. We just had issues in March I believe....

Don't normally review but with this app when you receive a call it does not show the number of caller. It only shows your linkedphone number. Useless.. I ported my number over and now I am having a time trying to get it back to Google voice. Update. Linkedphone worked with me and we got things figured out. Looks like a caller ID app such as Hiya will not work with this app. Thanks for everything.

I love this app. I have set up a very professional phone system with prompts. No one can tell that we are a 2 person company. Love it!!! I got to choose the phone number and also setup the caller ID to say who is calling on the other end. Get this, you won't regret it.

This is a pass for me, I was going to use this for a business I am just starting up, I called several times, just to get a message that their always by my side, but I can't get ahold of them, so that's false! As a new business I'm looking for people to surround myself with that can support the software I pay for, I do not have time for unanswered voice mails to support, subscription canceled.

Love this app! It has saved me so much money on a business line. Highly recommend! My only complaints and reason not 5 stares given is because when an incoming call comes in, the caller ID does not show you the callers phone number. Also the voice-mail I've had trouble retrieving messages.

App works great still trying to figure out how to use voicemail. But if you have issues viewing pictures or text make sure you allow all permission on the app. I was having issues viewing pictures but it was because I had not allowed image permissions.
