Rubbish app. Tech support equally useless. I too had the 'wifi not working problem'. I found that turning my 'Mobile Data' off allowed me to connect to the camera. Also make sure the camera is out of 'Record Mode' before accessing. This worked for me. But all in all, complete garbage app for a half decent camera...

Absolutely effing useless. Only got the car cam 2 months ago running through my Samsung S9 Edge Plus. Refuses to connect or even find it. Cant even find it by wifi. Cant do a thing with it. Ether come out with a soft wear patch to fix it or I want my money back. Useless piece of plastic stuck to my windscreen.

Cannot connect at all, tried multiple phones and doesn't show on Bluetooth even on manual search. Camera is now in the Bin as the retailer doesn't want to know about it.

I can't connect. I've seen orher comments of people trying, I've tried recommendations. Can't say it's useful much if at all. Camera is ok. It would be nice to be able to adjust some features?

Rarely ever connects to the device properly, just gives error messages, and every time you try to delete a video it just goes "delete failed"

The device would not accept the password that was supplied so I dropped off the question marks at the beginning and end and just entered the 10 digits. Success.

Useless and not worth it. Doesn't connect.

The app does not work with the sj5000x elite on an android tablet. The app installs but will not load. Needs some work.

Worked the first time and I barely had time to change the settings and then it disconnected. Now it says connecting direct and never actually connects.

Just doesn't work. Never connects to the dash cam. No way to change settings in the dash cam since it never connects.

Does not work with Samsung Galaxy S9 plus, won't connect to camera trying all possible passwords.

Will not connect to Android phone or tablet, unable to set date and time stamp, no GPS displayed. Waste of time. NAVC-525WIFI Camera.

the lag time between camera and app is quite annoying and the preview is very laggy on my galaxy note 2 compared with cheaper brand (brica) the preview is very smooth and almost no lag time between the phone and camera

I CAN'T USE THE APP WITH SJCAM SJ5000X. Still no update.

I am using this app on Samsung grand prime ( 4.4.4) no problem what so ever. It would be nice to have batt level on display ( because my cam is most of the time on helmet ), i would like to change download folder to SD card and it would be nice to have possibility to change all parameters on camera ( like FOV). There a problem when download photo or video. It didn't show on gallery. I'm using Asus Zenfone 2 Laser. Please fix it, tq ^^

I configured my two yi cameras as WiFi clients and this app even doesn't know that such a type of connection can take place. I had to tune up my Debian for this. Shame on developers of android and this app.

When i connect the sjcam with this apps. Its always show notification no internet and it will lost connection with the cam. I try it multiple time but seem like the cam will lost the connection . Please help.me

For update problems/failures, uninstall the previous version (your camera settings will remain) and the install should work (did for me). The previous version would force-close on me ever since my Nexus 6 updated to Marshmallow v6.0.1, but the latest app update works.
