It would be nice to get push notifications on all of the activities that my child experiences during the day: diaper change, snacks, lunch. I know it's captured in the daily report but real time notifications would be nice.
Kind of app that will make you cry. Is the kind of React/JS app that you make while following an Internet tutorial. Failing to scale UI, failing to refresh, UI design made by the developer (functional and not user friendly), threads crashing, many many console log events, etc... Good idea, not the best execution...
Please fix parent messaging. On Android and apple, cannot see what I am typing as the app does not resize and the keyboard covers the text box. Also the enter button should not send, but should go to next line.
The message box is covered by the keyboard. Everything I type has typos as a result of not being able to see what I am typing.
Horrible. I get notifications, yet the app won't refresh to open them. It rarely works. Very frustrating.
New messaging feature does not sit above keyboard on android. Keyboard covers the input box which makes it almost impossible to edit text.
I have been trying all morning and cannot login with my email and it is not sending email to reset my password. Anybody had the same issue?
App is getting better over time but still has inconsistent features across pages.

The app is generally good but the messaging feature needs a lot of work and can be frustrating to use. It's a great concept but poorly executed. The keyboard covers the text box so I can't see what I am writing and it has been freezing, not responding or not sending when I switch between 2 kids. Our school uses the chat feature to initiate pick up and so it's a daily annoyance.
Attachments claim I do not have a pdf reader. Installing the Adobe pdf reader and other 3rd party pdf readers does not fix the problem. Worked last month but now all attachments won't load. Samsung S8.
App crashes regularly. After the last update, I don't get real-time notifications when child is dropped off/picked up. Would love to be able to view the daily report as events are occurring (so I can see when baby is napping, when baby is eating, etc.). I have another baby app that has that functionality, but my daycare only uses this one.
Why can't I zoom in on pictures. It's a pretty basic function that should be there.
Is there a way to get pick up notifications? We get drop-off but not pick up notifications.
I would give it zero stars if I could. It crashes repeatedly every single time I open it. Every. Single. Time. Repeatedly.
Constantly crashes when I click on a notification. Sends multiple emails through out the evening with unknown changes. Using Samsung w/ Galaxy S7.

Tends not to open..and it won't let me download my daughter's pictures
