When it works, the tracker is good. The tracker itself randomly shuts off and on or completely clears a day's info, for no reason I can find! Then, no problems for a week or two and does it again. In the settings, the ap will tell me it needs to be updated, but won't update unless I uninstall and reinstall it. Other than that, it does exactly what I need it to do.

Very disappointed with Link Self app and fitness band. The band switches itself off even though it hasn't run out of battery. When this happens it gives the wrong time when it switches back on and loses the steps that it's already recorded. For example, I have done over 9,000 steps according to Samsung health on my phone but Link Self just says I've done 1800. Earlier in the say it said I'd fone 5000 before it switched off this afternoon.

Initially pretty good, however it disconnects from my bracelet more often than I'd like, and then cant seem to reconnect unless I restart my phone. Became a pretty annoying thing and so the alarm function doesnt work which is less than optimal among other things

Terrible, it doesn't sync to your watch. No matter what you try, restarting watch, restarting Bluetooth, restarting app, restarting phone, forget it. It won't sync and doesn't keep your fitness or sleep records. Absolute garbage!

Been using it from November 2019, suddenly it started going off even when the battery is still full. And worse of all, today I decided not up update all the steps and than I disconnected it to restart and it suddenly refuses to connect. I'm really unhappy with all this..

I have no problems with how the app and its features work, but the text alert notification with 'Linkself knows more about your health' whenever my phone is turned drives me crazy to the point that I want to uninstall! Please fix it... please...

I haven't used the app for a month now it doesn't register anything even though I've continuously worn the arm device. I can't sync at all so I'm downloading the app again, how I can get a result, that was a difficult pairing first time (new) so hope it works now.

Not happy. This app was great but now it chews through my battery. I have change the settings so it's not running in the background yet it's still one for hours each day. If this isn't fixed I will sadly have to delete it. Kinda need my phone to be charged... deal breaker

the app is fine. It's just that it keeps turning off the bluetooth connection to your headphones if you're listening to music, super annoying!

My band constantly unlinks. When I first purchased the fitnes band it was great and updated my records regularly. I have had to uninstall and reinstall the app to relink my band. It had now wiped all my records.

CHOO CHOO why is there no option to turn off sounds!!!! Why can you not export the data??? There is so much potential in accessible health data collection but this app does everything it can to get in your way.

Work well for several months, lately it won't sync with phone and says Bluetooth in not on, but it is! Would not r recommend it to anyone.

FIRMWARE UPDATE IS NOT WORKING/ So far so good. Your contact emails are useless, the one here does not reach you, suggestions in the app says incorrect contact information. Would you be kind enough to fix CONTACT, THANK YOU FOR NOT BOTHERING TO READ COMMENTS. VERY PROFESSIONAL.

App was working fine. Then last week it started draining my phone battery. Had to delete it. Now I can't use my watch to the fullest. What's wrong with your app?

All basic function to work with trackerwatch are available. The sync with Google Fit is not present.

Excellent way to keep up with health care. Blood pressure readings, BPM, steps, calories burnt and more!

Does the developer read these reviews and comments? Please fix the crashing! I also took a paid version the problem of crashing is still happening to both the regular and Linkself Pro!! Or give an alternative app that can support!

App is currently not registering blood pressure heart rate or blood oxygen levels up until the latest update it was working please fix the app I've also sent an email off to the developer as well.

Keeps using too much resources. I only want to manually link to watch, not have the app continually running.

I like that its simple and easy to use, although I'd like it to feed data to Google Fit. When will this feature be available?

This app used to work. Now I can't even link my band to it. Makes the band useless to as I can't even change the time on it, because I can't link it to the app...

Rubbish. Inaccurate info. Doesnt recognise sleep during the day. So no good for shift workers.

Device and app keeps disconnecting whilst the Bluetooth is working normally..

upgrade yesterday, 11th November, now NO display of heart rate, blood pressure etcetera. and NO email address to send this Suggestion.😵

I removed the app because it caused my phone to whistle like a train. Is there a way to stop the app from doing that? It's vexing to the max!
