Convenient app when you're using it for a rental car or a service vehicle while your car is being repaired. The app only seemed to pick up tolls when I was driving through toll points about half the time. Unfortunately, the customer service is very slow. It took 2 weeks for someone to contact me about an issue - I used the in-app help feature. However, once they DID get in touch, my problem was dealt with efficiently.

Good most of the time. Failing me recently though. Over this current Easter Long Weekend 2019 the app is missing lots of trips. I have the app running but they're not being detected. It's been over 24 hours and still no trips are showing in my trip history. It's a bit upsetting because the app is usually quite good. In fact it's been letting me down over the last 8 weeks or so. Prior to that it's flawless. Fingers crossed we don't receive any Toll Payment Notices in the mail.

I thought the perfect place for this was installed to my Erisin Android car 'radio'. However it is only usable on a portrait screen and with no scroll bars you can't get to the buttons on the bottom of the screen. So I uninstalled and put it on my phone. Where upon it nailed the battery overnight. I've not had chance to use it will toll roads yet but I'll be removing it as soon as I don't need it.

Completely unreliable, if a toll is paid a different way (eg a friend using your car and an emu pass) the app will still be charge them to your account a second time. Won't allow you to dispute the tolls and forces you to contact them to undo it which can take 5 days, in the meantime they will still charge your account with no way to stop them. As soon as you've added your credit card details they will never allow you to delete them and you have no control over payments at all, user beware.

This is a great app, it makes it so easy to make payments after travelling on toll roads, especially when you dont travel on them regularly. Each time you travel it reminds you of any payments due, so much easier than having to remember to create a one off travel Absolutely love the ease of it

This is now my 2nd post about this pathetic app. The 1st was about it being a battery hog - no progress on that one; I guess they just don't get what to do to fix it. I am now receiving text messages to confirm my mobile number. At ever decreasing intervals; most annoying. Dear LinktGo developers, whatever your reasons, this isn't an answer to make peoples accounts with you more secure. I don't have to and I won't confirm my number with you. My banking app doesn't do it. Take a hint.

Works fine with late detection but it has never picked up at the time of going through the tolls. It takes a photo and matches it up later which is fine but it never works as it says it will. Would like it to be able to wait to pay all the tolls at the end of the trip.

If it worked it would be great. But it doesn't. All I want is to automatically pay my toll fees when I use a toll road, you wouldn't think that would be so difficult. Bring back toll booths, so much easier. PS. Discription says all tolls within Australia, in the app it says NSW only. Also the reply from linkt below doesn't address the fact that it doesn't work as described.

Wouldn't even give it one star. I added my sisters car when I was interstate and travelled through the citylink. The app removed her details within 24 hours. I re-added it again and heard nothing. Tried calling and staff were rude and refused to give a reference number. They just stated that my account was in the wrong state (despite nothing on the app indicating it was only for Queensland travel). So here we go.... on hold for the second time feeling unlikely to get anywhere... how ridiculous

This apps GPS never works. They take them money out of your account if you don't pay for three days even when you are waiting for a dispute. I used this app and finally thought the GPS worked and paid for the trip only to have that money refunded and get charged twice the amount. Personally I just avoid toll roads, not worth the money they charge for maybe a 10 minute shorter trip. This app is also not worth it unless you don't mind the late notice (3-5 days later) and getting jerked around.

it's an absolute rort we have paid for the roads with our fuel and road and registration taxes but yet were also forced to pay as we go. this app charges on top nearly a whole dollar every trip to add more insult to injury but it does make it easier than ringing up to pay or waiting for the toll notice and paying by card

Did the job but constantly tries to launch, and a massive drain on the battery ... 5% in 8 hours on a Galaxy S7. Had to go into Settings and Force stop to kill it. OK if I launch it pre trip, then manually kill it, then launch layer to check the trip, then kill it again. Saves having to think about each trip ... not. Edit: Also it would be good to be able to enter vehicle type with rego. I incur tolls, get invoiced and bill my client; a week later I get another bill doubling the toll to truck.

Honestly use to love this app. Had no issues with my main car. Added a second car, after a while the tolls we went through and paid via the app we also got toll notices for. Tried calling linkt and they said linktgo is a different section and we will get them to call you. No call! twice now! Both times instead of calling and helping/telling me what went wrong they just refunded the fee on the app. Still doesn't help me... as now I have to call linkt a third time to REPAY what I already have =(

Great app, just works! Use it all the time even when a bit more dear. Just love the freedom of paying as you go. Even used it for some rentals, you do need to check if rental already has a toll cover though to ensure no dramas and accidental charges.

1st time using this app and it was the best thing I did. Just done a 4 day trip going through Toll Ways in Sydney NSW and Melbourne Vic. The toll showed up on the app within 24 hours, just had to hit pay and click on send receipt Done ✔ I have since deregistered my car and the app, BUT it I ever need to drive wherever there are Tolls in Australia this is the one I will use again. Thank You LinktGo 😊 👍 👌

This is the best and most useful app I've ever had. I rarely use Sydney toll roads and have, in the past, had to go online later and pay additional admin fees of about $10. This app lets me use the toll road, advises me immediately of the total cost and I pay with previously selected credit card. No hassles at all. Seriously, I cannot fault it. Awesome!!

Very happy with it. Much cheaper alternative to them sending you a sheet of paper with the actual cost the use the toll road, then slapping you with a $10 Admin Fee. It's very accurate at picking up your trips and notifying you. Paying through the app is easy as. All round very good

Great ap, so much easier than trying to remember to buy a pass and works interstate as well. Even if you forget to activate to app before your trip the charge follows you because of your linked rego. Your account can have multiple regos and bills are not paid until you approve them.

This would be better of it linked to your "Linkt" account and drew down existing credit and mitigated matching fees and vehicles registered to the account. Its fine if you don't want to have an account for one off or rare transactions but for frequent travellers accessing tolls regularly its an expensive and duplicitous pain in the wallet. Maybe even a breach of consumer law double dipping and lacking sophistication in this tech age surely the app can be linked ...LinktGO fleese me is more apt.

Horrible app!!! You can't cancel/remove payment options. I have contacted them numerous times however thry kept on making charges to my account without any of my car details or anything so I don't know why they were even charging me. I had to cancel my bank card just to make them stop taking money out. Just pay online with the RTA.

The app would have been excellent however, I went along a toll road and paid for it that night to find out months later that the toll I thought I paid was in fact not covered with the app at that time. The payment was later refunded but many months later I got a fine for that toll. I would have been better if the app told me straight away that the road was not covered. I could have dealt with it straight away instead of almost a year later.

really complicated. if it misses a toll there is no account number for me in this app to pay it. so I have to wait for a notice, then open a Linkd (not linktogo) online account to pay the missed toll to avoid fines. it would be EASIER if I could pay missed tolls though the app!! duh!

Keeps asking to confirm that I still want to be registered. What is the point to do that every month. Do not rely on mobile number then. Don't send any personal data over mobile phone then (what kind of personal data u r sending btw). Even Google isn't asking you every months (it isn't 4 months, it's much more frequently) if u still use their services. There are also ways to tell if simcard was changed. So you don't really care about the personal data, you just made a bad app.

THIS DOES NOT WORK!! I paid for the first trip which came through on the app & thought, wow, this is pretty neat. Didn't mind having to pay $0.95 for the convenience. I just received a fine for not paying. I have used this app since and the toll did not appear on my app despite the app being turned on? I am now awaiting more fines. Dont waste your time!!!!
