I can't even get my watch connected to the watch I tried to connect it multiple times and restarted the watch reset the watch and still won't connect I can connect to my phone but not the app fix this please

Decent, but doesn't allow fixing of sleep times. Isn't accurate, but close.

The watch itself is fine, but the connection between the watch and the app on my phone constantly drops out and I have to keep disconnecting and reconnecting the watch. I assume that this is an issue with the app judging by comments from others which is extremely frustrating and irritating. Otherwise, I would have given this full marks. These bugs seriously need fixed!

Finicky The sedentary and drink water alerts have never worked, but other alerts have gone off even when I turned them off. Bluetooth has been connected since I recieved the watch. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting the watch . I have followed directions precisely and repeatedly. I have double checked common problems with my device and all is as it should be, yet my notifications are not working. It's basically a watch and a pedometer, but my phone already did that on it's own.

For the first few weeks the app was great! For some reason my phone will no longer connect to the KW10 watch, even though it was no problem the first time. I have tried restarting the phone, the watch, and the app. The watch itself is still working but the data cannot be saved in the app. Such a pity as the watch is attractive and durable.

I keep having to turn SMS on even though I have locked and whitelisted the app on my battery optimization. This part is very annoying. I love the watch but when it comes to the health part of it I could just use my Samsung health and get the same results without having to add an extra memory leach. The only plus side to adding this new memory leach is that it will do blood pressure...

Doesn't allow you to look at your sleep routine plus doesn't all you to see where you have walked( GPS )

Will not send notifications to watch. The app and watch do communicate to each other except the notifications. I checked everything and all settings are right. Also watch will not pair to my Samsung Galaxy s7 edge phone. And yes, i googled how to fix it and tried everything that was suggested to no avail. - Still not recieving notifications after update ☹

It works but Comparing to other apps, this one provides basic information related to workouts. When you go for a run or do any workout it does not store related information. it only stores the number of steps and consider your workout "walking". i suggest adding a tab for workouts. it overestimate by a lot the calorie count. it consumes a lot of battery.

WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. I would have given this a 0 star, but it wouldnt let me post a review without selecting atleast 1 star! Anyhow, this is a complete waste of time, and phone storage space! Ive had this app for about 3 days now, and have never been able to get the notifications option to sync with my smart watch. Now, after being connected to the app, the third day my watch will no longer connect to this app. Hopefully this app gets a complete revamp!

The watch is beautiful but the connection is terrible. No matter what I do it won't stay connected! Can't recieve calls or message notifications. Tried everything and now I'm just getting irritated. The watch doesn't do what is advertised! I should have read the reviews before purchasing. Very disappointing!

Annoyed this is the only app for the watch. I have 2 constantly go into the app to turn on sms notifications when i NEVER TURNT IT OFF! And it seems to be you can take photos with the watch but you have to go into the app and press camera so what's the point of even having this function. Love my watch but very disappointed and not pleased with the app its connected to

Getting really frustrated with the alarms not working on my smart watch. My multiple alarms hadn't been going off the last few days and last night I turned them all off and made a later alarm so I could sleep in because I got to be later and the earlier alarms all went off even though I changed them to off and refreshed the app twice before going to bed. How do I fix this. Its driving me crazy?

It had 5 stars until it failed to provide notifications after checking and double checking everything. Very disappointing. 9/13/2019 - update to my initial post, still having the same issues. Is anyone else? If you're okay with buying a product and it does 50% of what it claims to do, then this watch is for you. Otherwise, dont expect much. It looks nice but that's about it Product does not work as advertised.

ITS SO DISAPPOINTING!!! I like the watch, but the app doesn't work with the watch. It does not do what it says it should. It is connected through bluetooth, but does not notify me of any calls or texts. I just wish it would work properly.

I would like to give no stars as this app is utterly useless, but it will not allow me to do 1 star it is! I have had the watch for 4 weeks connected to this app but the app automatically updated on 26th Jan and will now not open due to it having a "bug" ! Can't find another app to sync my watch to, so have a watch that is of no use to me .

I just got it and love it! I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and it did not want to connect through the instructions that came with the watch or app, but I connected it through my actual phone's bluetooth pairing and it connected instantly. Hope that helps all of the Galaxy Note people having issues because it is all working for me now. I also switched it to imperial mode because yeah American lol

App not working at all, won't sync. Says there is a bug on app, but can't see any maintenance or updates being shown on the app to rectify this. Without the app my watch doesn't work

If I could give 0 I would. 1. The app wants the total run of my mob, seriously everything - contacts - wants to be able to take vids and pics, my gallery, files n that's just the beginning... 2. When I decline I am informed the app can't work without these ridiculous demands 2. No from me! The watch is going back!

Terrible, but was advertised as a Samsung Galaxy but it's not. Won't even blue tooth to any of my device's. It constantly disconnects to my phone. Takes to long to reconnect. The company does not respond to emails. I have been emailing them for a month with no response. I didn't receive my extra charger or band. Been emailing them for a month and nothing. They are criminals selling horrible products.

I've been using this app for over a year now. It was great at the start and would always sync with the watch. I have been having trouble syncing them for the last number of weeks and now it will not work at all. I've uninstalled the app on numerous occasions and it's still useless and will not work.

Not impressed. This app constantly loses connection to the watch and it's not the Bluetooth because every time I go to repair/ reconnect it specifically tells me to got to app to pair device. It's frustrating to have to constantly check if it's recognizing the device or not
