Before you changed everything I never had a problem. Now? Now I can NEVER use this App to look at my account! Every single time I try to open the App it crashes. I've made sure everything was up to date and installed properly on my end. This has been going on for over a month, I'm about to switch banks!
App used to be good randomly crashes especially when you're viewing checks virtually makes me verify with text to sign in everytime now only shows one month history of transactions 2 stars 11/13/19..... 6/12/21 UPDATE Doesn't make me verify my account with text every time anymore button to view more than one month history of transactions now works finally but when you search keywords even if you open more transactions it won't show more than a month for example I searched IRS
downloaded the new app. re enrolled etc... its still telling me incorrect user id and password. long hold times for customer service and still no resolution. been about a week now
App is really buggy. For mobile deposit to work for me on pixel 3 I have to change screen orientation in the app to landscape.
Hate it. Why can't you just leave it alone.

App will not load. Uninstalled and installed app several times and still doesn't load.

When you open the app for an overview of accounts, the 'balance' isnt really your account balance. You have to open each account for it to refresh. The link for Visa credit account will not show any transactions so DO NOT use this card when you travel. You can transfer funds to make a payment but that's all. This app is of little use in managing all your accounts.
My financial wingman is more reliable than my actual one!
Cannot connect to account using this app because my user I'd starts with a zero. I reported this a year ago, but still no fix.
This app is decent at most. Has minor bugs with the options such being the login and actually usage
I got this for the mobile check deposit and the image upload doesn't work. So, useless app.
great except the update removed my shortcut to it. Can only find it in the play store now to open it.
The account screen always shows the wrong balance on the accounts. You have to drill into each account to see what is available. When doing a transfer, the old app/web site would show you the balance for each account. Now you have click into each account first to get the balances. Then go do the transfer hoping you remember what was available to transfer.
App is only okay but it constantly forgets my password even after being fingerprinted. Issue is my password is massively complex...makes it insecure to make it simpler.
Seems to be slow in updating balance. I have to go into the account and look below the last transaction to see an accurate current balance.
LACU hit all the basics: viewing account transactions, transfers, bill pay, and check deposit. They're still slow to add new features and the overall app is clunky by current standards.
I only use this app to view my bank accounts quickly and efficiently. Never had any problems with it!
Good app, long time coming. What it really needs to be complete is a mobile check deposit feature.
Limited functionality compared to Mint. No budget options. Can't break down purchases into separate categories I don't see the point.

The new update is a little busy, it's harder to read. I do like that I can make notes on transfers between accounts. Pending transactions should be black (or anything but green or red); I've mistaken many pending transactions that are green for deposits when they are actually payments.
