For a well polished one, check out Terminal shell launcher. It has a super high rating, i use it as my main launcher :)

Installed it, no user guide, no shortcut, nowhere to be found, other review said it runs direct from homescreen like a widget maybe, but my device just wont find this app. Will try once more then im uninstalling

I love the idea of a CLI launcher as a home screen. My only problem is that the launcher would forget and not list programs installed on my phone. I would have to restart the phone for them to show up, or open the program from the Google Play Store.
