Im very impressed with this app and the trackers so much so we bought them for our whole fleet. Cheap informative and havent had any issues with it.
Ok till today. When I open the app it just closes. Works on computer but maps seem to be missing some info. Great product easy dashboard when it is working.
If the app works, it's mediocre... Multiple bugs inside but the most frustrating part is how long it takes to open. Sometimes it will open in 15 seconds, other times it will sit on the loading screen for minutes until I give up trying to open it. For how much they charge for the service, it seems like they could build a better app.
Since the update ive installed and uninstalled this app 4 times per day in order for it to work. The issue has neen happening for over a month. i call support and get a different story from every agent that i speak to. The desk top doesnt work either! Update 10/19/19:. This is my 15th time deleting the app and reinstalling since August. It would be more but I stopped using it on a daily basis. Horrible!
The app tells me invalid email or password. I need this issue resolved. Never once had a problem in 2021.
We've been using Linxup devices since 2011 on 4-6 vehicles. Never had a significant problem with the devics or the app. For the few minor issues we've had customer service/ tech support resolved them quickly and professionally. The only change I would like to see is a user group permission that doesn't see all the vehicle data provided by the newer devices. My customers don't need to see our vehicle's mileage, gas gauge, VIN or check engine lights.
superior update? its garbage now. it takes too long to load. the function to change to hybrid or satellite only works on the live view. all you get is a plain vanilla street map where you can't tell where anything is on route replay..also the green arrows are so large that one trip across town and back blocks out almost the whole freaking town on the map and you have to enlarge to street lvl to sort them out then cant see route that close in?!

New app and 4g trackers have ruined this service...... constant app problems. Won't stay logged in when it does work. The old app and trackers worked so well. I will probably be discontinue my use of this if they don't get it back together soon. Very unhappy
Was OK until today, when all I get is a Map and can't see the vehicle anymore. Need the app to work.
Just terrible what ever they change in the system. They should just go back to the old system they were using the new system is just issues all the time. Every time you speak to someone every time there's a different story. Getting really tired of the issues you guys gotta get your act together because you will lose a lot of customers After being a customer for long time I'm think about switching to a different company GPS and Camera Verizon or smart drive
UPDATE - After speaking with a representative from the company on 2/12/19 I updated the app again and it is working on all the phone's with no issues. Thank you Linxup for the fast response! Nothing but crashes since latest update. worthless on my mobile now, which is where I primarily use it. I will be calling.
Well after giving linkup 1 🌟 I have to be fair.. They have at least 1 good person that I know of now in there that kept to his word and handle my issues like a pro..His name is Patrick.. He straighten up my account and so far so good .. I am going to make sure that I speak to him anytime I have an issue in the future... There is some other people that honestly try to help but didn't have the knowledge that Patrick had .. so also thanks to those who tried .. Some were clueless..need training
App closes in about 2 seconds and I've tried everything to try and get ot to work. Shows a message saying "app keeps stopping"
App keeps crashing. Tried reinstalling and it still crashes. Useless app. Lineup please fix this.
like the last version better the new one does not give you as much information the old version you can go satelite and actually see the landmarks of where you are or going that helped better this new one is no help really
Why is it that you can't view the camera from your phone app. Keeps telling me to retry later or says something wrong with the camera or Cellular Tower on phone nothing comes up smfh... This thing doesn't work in the next few weeks I'm canceling my contract.. I need something that actually works due to the fact someone broke my back windshield out in broad daylight. I actually need to review it on my phone and not go on my laptop.
