Does not allow to buy the cheapest 'short' ticket which is valid for 4 stops. Also requires an account which obviously is not required for analog tickets bought from their ticket automatons.

account creation was a nightmare. deleted the app even though app ticket buying would helpful, it wasnt worth the headache!

Super convenient and easy to use.
Terrible experience. My account payment method was not synced, even though I changed my payment account in my linz plus account. This resulted in buying 2 single trip tickets (4.8e) with the wrong account, for which I got no error or feedback. I later got spam mails (that turned out to be real, but I didn't get them due to spam filters) from a money recovering company that I enver heard of before asking me to pay around 100e, which I had to do, because there was no understanding.
