Poor app. Clunky, slow, not nice to look at. Seems to cater mainly for people who go to games despite their being fans across the world who'd like to keep up with the team. So many better sports team apps out there. The MLS app is fine but it's much better to have team-specific apps. Needs a complete overhaul. Inter Miami already has a smooth app that caters to people all over the world and OCSC needs something like that. Fixtures, stats, news, player info, fan club info etc.

Galaxy s10+ here and I have not been able to load the app in weeks. Preseason match is in 2 days and we have only been given the digital entrance! Please produce an app fix or partner with front office to send alternative options to people registered for the match. You can't continue to have this fail when we are in the month the season starts.

This app is garbage and hasn't worked for months. Literally won't load past the opening screen. I've tried force closing and re-installing. Doesn't matter, it's still a failure. How are fans supposed to get their digital tickets? Because right now they can't.

I have never had a problem with LionNation app as a Society XXI Member...until this season! I have uninstalled & reinstalled the app twice. App allows me to verify my email and then when I enter my password, it keeps trying to authenticate...I cannot access my tickets and there is a game tomorrow. Very frustrating! Please go back to the previous platform which had no issues and worked with Android S10 platform!!!

When this app works it's great. It doesn't support Android 10 and the developers have made no comments on efforts to update the app. As a long time orlando city fan and society xxi member this is truly disappointing. I've also been missing out on the rewards system points every since the update being that the app doesn't get past the front loading screen.

App doesn't work. Got through sign up but after that it won't let you get back to the sign in screen. Just stays on the main screen with no options. Uninstalling.

Says it works with my Android phone, but it doesn't. The club have been told about the for about a year and the last build for this is 2018, so nobody gives a damn about fixing it. Should be interesting to see how mobile ordering can be done without a mobile. Ridiculous.

The app just doesn't seem to work on Android anymore. It never gets past the initial loading screen. This is an issue that needs to be fixed before the season begins for people who have their tickets for games on the app.

As of 11-04-19, app is still not compatible w/ Android 10. Reported this as early as July during the Android 10 beta period. Assured it will be fixed once out for the public. Android 10's final release was on Sept. : /

Worked until this season....now it wont open no matter how many time I reinstall it.. guess it's a good thing I dont need it for tickets this season, hope it's fixed before we go back to in person games.....suggestions???? Update 10/10/20..now that I NEED IT..... reinstalled, changed pw, now getting message saying cant read property 'push' of null...what the hell does THAT mean? Still cant access tickets for game tomorrow....this app is pathetic...

It used to be a solid app. But, now there's a problem that apparently only effects phones with Android 10. I feel like this needs to be fixed sooner than later and it's already taken months.

I've gotten upcoming Florida Cup tickets and the app Won't load pass the splash screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled it several times and just won't load up. Pixel 3 XL

Won't open in Android 10 on my new phone (Pixel 3a). Deleted and reinstalled app, still won't open. Anybody home? It's actually a perfect metaphor for the team this season but...

Upgraded my phone to Galaxy Note 10 and now the app won't load. What I find most disheartening though is the total lack of respect the developers at FanHero have for the people posting bad reviews. Are they even seeing this? I saw at least 10 comments all saying the same but nobody is acknowledging the issue. Let's hope something happens before the season starts.

App doesn't work for users with Android 10 installed. Have to access tickets through mobile browser. Please fix this. The season starts in less than 2 weeks

Does nothing. Initial loading screen is cool, but zero access to content. Is there any? I won't delete it yet in hopes that somebody starts paying attention some day and fixes this.

This is the only app on my phone that doesn't open. I get notifications for breaking OC news but the app just gives me the opening purple screen. Uninstalling...

Won't even open on Android 10. ☹️ So glad I opted for season ticket cards. This app is kinda terrible and pretty unstable.

Please update your app so Android 10 users can use it. This is completely useless. It's the least you can do for us season ticket holders.

This app is worthless. Never loads past the purple screen. And I've tried it on multiple phones. Total garbage!

App still not working and first game is the 8th. Not happy app won't get past load screen to tickets. Not sure how OCSC is going to handle this debacle.

Doesn't work at all. With the clubs policy of going paperless the inability to maintain a functional app speaks volumes.

Three separate installs/uninstalls on Motorola g7 Power and the app would not authenticate my registration. Possibly a worse app than the terrible MLS app.

I am no longer able to use this app on my phone. My phone is operating on Android 10.

Great App if you can afford it. This fixed-income Senior can't. I'll just have to support the teams of the OCSC in other ways.

Never opens. Glitches everytime. Uninstalled. Force close you name it. Just sits on opening screen

As of today 1/19/20 the app still doesn't work with the latest Android. What's the backup for accessing tickets?
