The first time the app is launched it may take up to one minute to launch.
Users with passwords over 32 characters will not be able to log into the mobile app.

It crashes every time I log in. On the rare occasion it doesn't, it usually crashes after trying to navigate the menus. Just go online, it's more reliable.
Needs to stop crashing. I check my grades or my schedule, then when I want to do something else, it crashes. Fix is needed, the PC version of LionPath is bad enough.
The app won't load. I installed it on my OnePlus 6t on Android 9 and it won't get past the login screen. the app just crashes after I enter my username and password. I uninstalled and downloaded it again, but still no luck.
I have used Lion Path for years on my phone but now each time I log in it instantly crashes. This really needs fixed before the start of the new semester.
App crashes on my Pixel 3 whenever I attempt to log in to view my grades. Worse than the web version of LionPath, which was itself a waste of our tuition. Just let your own computer science students design a replacement for LionPath! It'll be much better.
so trash. haven't been able to log into lionpath on my phone for months now because the app crashes instantly when I sign in. when it used to open it was still trash. why haven't they fixed it?I mean why would they fix an app that make them no money
Utterly useless and rediculous. The app is now discontinued for Android phones with Android 8 and 9 (essentially any new phone that isn't ancient).
Won't load past "Processing...", crashes application. Needs attention, mobile web variant of LionPath isn't intuitive.
glitches and logs out. stone age format for navigation and doesnt give options to sign financial aid documents or accept awards through the app after viewing bursar and awards. good for dropping a class and viewing final grades when u can access it
forces you to type your password every single time, and then it just crashes. a great representation of penn state
After I login the app crashes unless I type my password wrong. I have tried reinstalling no change. Clearly this app is not a priority.
So it crashes right after you log in, making the rest of the app unusable. Pretty self explanatory.
terrible app... always has issues... now I can't even log in.... kicks me to installation page when i log in. thought it would be fixed over time. i thought wrong.
Crashes instantly upon login, probably because the app hasn't been updated since 2016.
Used to work on my Galaxy S6. Now on a Galaxy S10, I have the same issue as others have reported, it just closes after login.
it worked well on my LG V20 but crashes every time I open it on my Galaxy 10+. worst app ever.
Aboout as good as a wet paper towel. Crashes every five seconds.
So instead of bothering to update the app to work on newer versions of android the developers just outright gave up and told us to shove it.
Please update the app for Android 8 and 9 soon. Why aren't the developers keen to fix the problem?

Absolute rubbish Hasn't worked in months, the app crashes as soon as I sign in. When I could sign in the UI was straight out of the middle ages and about as easy to use as a quantum computer
