Will not load and I need this app for school! Fix it. This is part of my tuition costs!

Missing a LOT of items that I got with my books.
Used to enjoy this app. Unfortunately ever since my yearly subscription renewed on February the app no longer works for me. back and forth between Lippincott and Google Play as each says the other is responsible for it not working. So frustrating!!!
The app does not work with the latest Android update, it will not even load, just crashes after displaying a white screen for 30-60 seconds. Would like to use for clinicals and school, but no luck...

Wasnt helpful at all! havent used it.its either u cant click on FEEE version or u might have but before u could even use it, the PURCHASE pop up stops the details. So nonsense. Complete rubbish!
I wanted to try the free version of this to see if I wanted to fully purchase, but clicking the free trial button sends you to a screen asking you to download the content. If I didn't download any content when I installed the app, what the hell did I just download???
I downloaded this because I'm having trouble accessing the paid version on my laptop. The paid version is excellent and essential to my coursework. The free version is basically useless unless you only really want to know about the disease processes behind myocardial infarction, pediatric pneumothorax, and nothing else. And my institution doesn't have its own login so it didn't help anyway. OTL
