Really bad app. The chart and the last prices are not updating as well, and the KYC department is not functioning at all. I've submitted my selfie and ID document just to use their basic permission like buy, sell, trade and wd under $1000. But their customer service required to submit proof of address which I don't need unlimited deposit and withdrawal service. It looks like they are denying what they have stated on their app. Bad first impression. Must be stay away from a company like this

So it's been a week since submitting all documents for verification and it still says documents under review. Ho long does it take to review documents. Why would you also send emails to tell me to resubmit my proof of address when the review is pending. There's no way to even contact customer support for answers. It's very frustrating to use this app.

Unable to turn on biometrics after update - fingerprint correctly recognized, but biometrics remains turned off. Also I'm being signed out too often, then I have to login with password and set pin again, is annoying.

Very slow in verification. It has been more than three days and I have not received any email for verification. My account options is still disabled.. increase your verification team to ease things up🤦

Pathetic!! The app says it takes 24hrs to verify but i have waited 3 weeks. No response from customer care. Its just a useless app and waste of time.

Yes as most negative reviews: Verification process takes weeks. That's a crucial app defect! And a "0" star app for me until the team resolve it.

Please verify my documents and permit my account to start trading. Am wasting money and time. I have waited too long.

Joke of an app. After downloading the app, registration. I'm asked to verify email address and click the link provided. Then link does not work and hence can't verify. If you can't even manage your app registration, how can I even trust to trade with you.

I'm so glad that I can finally access my Liquid account on my mobile phone whilst on the go. Loving the biometric log-in option that lets me sign in with the touch a fingertip and also the overall sleek UI. The charting tools are a great feature to have and surprisingly easy to use. I would like to see Liquid Infinity available on here though. Otherwise, this is a huge improvement from the original mobile web option we had.

It's really bad and scam site, yesterday I've made a purchase through card the transaction was successful but I'm yet to receive the coins. I've contacted the customer care but no ones response to me, it's really bad no one should try

Worst app ever. Identity verification takes lifetime. We've been waiting for our identity to be verified for quite a time. Also had to set pin after every login

had so many problems getting verified. yes, ui is clean and straightdorward and user friendly. but I was not told of the verification process step by step. my active quione account has nothing to do with my liquid and it did not get verified to the same level as liquid so it should be disregarded. and if that has grounds in creating a new account that should been explained clearly in the first place since your verification takes forever to complete and get denied in the end

This app needs to be removed from playstore. I can't login my details, I can't buy using card. The one that I was able to buy, I was debited on card and coin wasn't credited on the app. Scam everywhere

I don't even understand this app at all, I can't even make a deposit, i can't even buy or swap, then what's the app meant for, i even submitted my credentials for update since the beginning of the month and nothing was done till now

worst app experience u can ever hv. i hv jz created my account and received my confirmation email. yet, when i tried to log into my account, the app simply says incorrect email or passwrd. attempt to get help with my account, totally no support. wouldnt even want to deposit a single coin with them.

It keeps flickering on my screen and unable to launch at all even reinstalling multiple times! And now I can't access my account other than using desktop!!
