Very disappointed. When I started the registration process for the warranty, I only got to the barcode part. I typed in the barcode and it said invalid code. I even scanned it with my camera and it still said invalid code date. I couldn't register online because that web page is "unavailable," even though their product page works.

Bought 2 for phone and tablet. Had enough for 2 phones and 2 tables. Not a scratch one any of them. Still like brand new. I will definitely purchase again. And again. Can't argue with the results.

At first site was working properly now it's not at all nor is the web site displayed on the packaging. I can not even register my other devices that have to be done within 30 days. I have emailed the contact developer's information on this app. Now I am waiting to hear back from someone. Will update post when I hear something..

I purchased this product for my wifi tablet. While trying to activate my warranty, they require an IMEI #. It has no cellular capabilities so there is no IMEI number and no option for help of any kind in this app. I'm starting to believe they do this on purpose to avoid any warranty claims actually getting processed.

Product is bogous. Why would I think a liquid screen protector was a great idea? I mean honestly I should have known it would be a fake when I read " vaporizes" and " nano technology". You got $10 Liquipel. I'll stick with the real glass protectors. And another thing, your app takes me back to the first page after entering my IMEI. So I wouldnt have gotten my "warrenty".

I cant get passed the setup. I took a photo of my receipt and then it wants to scan barcode for last 4 digits. It applies numbers that aren't even in the barcode and a bubble says invalid code.

To bad there isn't a thumbs down. You want access to my phones photos, files, camera and microphone just to activatea warranty. I dont think so.

Bought this product to apply on my Fire 7 tablet and now it will not allow me to finish the registration and set up an account. Put the app on my phone to do registration and now it says my phone is the device not my Fire 7. Someone should get this fixed so that people can get their items registered.

Bought 2 products and trying to setup warranty but ofcourse it asks for last 4 of barcode and is saying invalid barcode. The warranty is a joke and I would stay away. Most likely how they get around paying for ur phone if it breaks

This app won't work on my tablet and the liquid screen definitely doesn't work either.

Won't let me activate my protection plan. Says invalid barcode. So I purchased Safeguard's pointless guarantee for $24.88 +tax. Going to return it to Wal-Mart.

Can't sign back in. Which means they don't honor there slogan which is to help obtain a new screen if yours happens to break while in use of this product....

It says "Invalid Barcode" when I try to register. Useless.

Just tried to call for a claim, what the message on the phone, "sorry having technical problems please try again" wow

Does not accept the 4 digit barcode "invalid barcode" error thats as far as i can get

I tried to get set up and it asked for permission to take pictures and video. I said no and it wouldn't let me do anything else.

Product doesn't work and its a nightmare trying to get your warranty.

I have had liquidpel on phone less than a week and it already cracked.

Still doesn't work it even the web based version. Who knows what I'll have to go through for a claim......

App works perfect just make sure you follow what was asked.

Waste of time and money. When you call to make a claim no one ever answers and no one ever calls you back.

The product did not work like the app.

Who wants to put an app on their phone for their screen protector? Come on dude.

This is the best on the market. They stand behind their product.
