Guys I can't access my account, I have changed the password successfully, it still says "an error occurred" whenever I try to sign in. I have LISK in my account that I want to access but can't because of the error, please help!!

I can't access my account, through Free Wallet or Lisk Wallet!! Let me know if it's just a sham because I have my money inside of that Wallet!!

Please assist Facebook doesn't allow to have email addresses changed that the Facebook account was opened with and need to withdraw Lisk and now find myself at an impass please advice any other possible options

This wallet is not secure! I had my tokens stolen and they told me it was my fault even though I had a 4 digit code as additional security on my wallet! They also said my tokens were still on the system or whatever but in order for me to get em back I had to prove where I purchased them, which is pretty hard considering I use a lot of exchanges and I believe this one was done on a not so common one, cause I checked all the main ones! If I were you I would stay away from this one!!!

I opened a support ticket over a month ago and they still have not given me access to my money. They are slow to reply, offer no timeframe, and give me no assurance my LSK will be returned to me. I have waited for over a month. a76003ba. I will update my review if my problem is ever resolved. Update: FreeWallet did send me my funds. It took a few months. I am grateful, and I sympathize with them being busy, but also acknowledge it took a pretty long time. I think they'd do well to hire more support staff, but overall the team is willing to help.

I want to make a payment out of the wallet but they are doing maintenance?!?!? What's that all about?!?!? Every time the price goes up we can't do any trades??! It's the same for the nem wallet! Honestly i'm fed up of all this nonsense! I would like to make trades. Very frustrating!!!

It is so nice wallet secured and fast..even you can transfer to other cryptocurrency wallet if want with minimum exchange rate.

What I like is it's ease of use and the support you get from it's developers.

Been about a month since I sold of to ltc and transaction failed and can't get them to tell me when I do get my coins not being help. Updating my stuff do to this post o was frustrated it took 3 weeks but they finely got to coins fixed just so know one hates on this app they were probably overloaded on the situation. Bit thank you free wallet for doinf me right.!!

Custodial app-hence they would require a banking licence which they probably don't have which makes this app in high likelihood *illegal* in most jurisdictions (where digital currencies have been declared legal tender). Be *very* careful with this app: you enable them to run away with your money, since they take control of your digital currency!

Seems good so far. Just got it a bit ago though but I'll update in about a week or so. Let ya guys know this, it's simple.

Fairly new to this but easy to use. Simple but safe security features. Nice interface.

Most flexible app I have come across. The freewallet team provide suite of apps are just complimentary to the current cryptocurrency space. Just hope that the exchange rates are reasonable too! Thanks, much appreciated as I couldn't find another reputable brand that offers a user friendly lisk wallet!

Very cool that you can send another coin to this wallet and is turned into lsk. I downloaded other free wallets for other coins to do the same.
