Unfortunately, this app is very glitchy. I'm unable to even log into my account because the app forces my onscreen keyboard to constantly change back to lowercase mode if switched to uppercase mode, making it almost impossible to place special characters in a strong password. I have very few apps on this phone and it's a new phone. Never had this happen in any other app. It may be better on the iPhone, but I suggest you stay away if on Android. Just drive to the bank.

Update: I fixed the app. Under Settings > Developer Options > Turn off "Don't Keep Activities" After the latest update, I can no longer deposit my check by taking a picture of it on my Android phone. Plus the app has become very glitchy... the back arrow never works. I hope they get it fixed soon!!!!

App worked great until a few months ago, now it seems every other time I try to use it, the screen comes up blank. Then I have to uninstall and reinstall to get it working, and yes, my phone is updated and yes I have turned it off and then back on, still an issue. So annoying

Mobile banking, mobile deposits all work unlike some of my other accounts at other CUs and Banks. Only thing is my phone says it crashes so often it continually asks if I want to uninstall. And the foreign accounts don't sync correctly. But what works works great. So with a bit of work this could be an excellent"banking" CU app.

Good except for the camera app they use for mobile deposit, it focuses on everything BUT the check and so it all comes out blurry. I'd say ditch the auto focus and let the customer do the focusing. ALSO every time I write ANYTHING on this review Google Play teleports my view to the top of the page so if anything is mispelled, blame Google Play because I'm writing this review without seeing what I'm writing.

THIS APP IS GARBAGE. Really considering going back to bank independent because I never had issues checking my account and transactions. this app is a pain. constantly force closes, server errors and have to change my password like 5 days a week. so over it. I just want to be able to log into my account. s10 on verizon.. it's not me or my phone. through every gen of Samsung galaxy phones since the s6 this app has been horrible. please hire someone else.

I love the app when it works... There at times it just wont load. Have to uninstall reinstall to get it fixed but it seems temporary before something else happens... Its a wonderful app... Just alot if random issues of loading and load time.

Used to be good but now I'd you don't properly log out and not just close the app, it won't work next time you try to load again. You have to uninstall and reinstall every time. If that gets fixed, it's a pretty solid app IMO and very convenient.

The mobile deposit does not allow me to use phone's flash, fails to focus. Listerhill will allow you to submit a deposit using blurry images and won't tell you until after you've already submitted the deposit that it's been rejected by the bank. Pretty ridiculous. The app constantly throws errors that don't make sense, stating "session timeout" as it loads pages anyway. Very disappointing, Listerhill.

The app is awful now. It's been a week or so since it's update, and they still haven't fixed it so it can work on Android phones. I deleted the app, but it still makes my phone glitch. I'm very disappointed, and I will most definitely have to switch banks after all this.

I love this app! It's easy to use for a busy lifestyle on the run! I don't always have time to call and talk to a live representative, so I use this easy app to review all my transactions! It's better and easier than any other banking resource I've had!

App is buggy and now no matter the device or OS...the app can't seem to handle a saved Login & Password...very inconvenient...eapecoally of you opt foe long passwords. You all need to rethink how you're handling the login credentials.

I loved this app until the new update, now it refuses to open whenever I try, even after I installed it again two more times. Now I always have to get online and log into my account whenever I need to check it. Pretty bummed. :/

Love my listerhill app! So convenient! I dont have to worry about getting to the bank before it closes. Love that i can check my balance without calling the 24hr phone number because sometimes its out of order. Love this app!

The app is easy to use and available anytime. Check balances, transfer money between accounts, pay Bill's, even accepts check deposits.

Quick and easy to navigate for my purposes. Security features are good. This app makes viewing my account activity super easy.

Constant crashes and re-installing of this app. This app use to work great now it is just horrible. Fix your app.

App is great when it works. But this is the third time I am having to reinstall the app. It goes to an almost all white help page and that's all it will do.

So far the app is working great. I have only used it a few times to deposit a check and to transfer money from one account to another but it has been a clean and easy experience.

Patch messed up more than it fixed. Opens up a blank page Everytime I try to use it. If this is fixed it's definitely a 5 star app

Needs to be able click and see the password entered just in case there may have been a mistake in entering since too many wrong passwords freezes the account!😤

The app only works half the time. It freezes my phone and I have to restart and open it from the play store.

I really enjoy banking at Listerhill Credit Union, because the employees in my local branch are very nice and helpful. I have been banking there for a few months now, and it's like they have known me all of my life. I definitely give the Haleyville branch a 5 star rating...

Been with Listerhill since I was very young and they the best!!! Great app. it works really well and is very useful.
