So, why not have a simple app you can carry around in your cell phone? Instead of copying the same stuff over and over again, enter the information about your medications once to the app and e-mail the list whenever you need. Easier, right?
You bet it is. Worked for me already. Went to a new dentist recently (the old one kept raising his prices). When his receptionist gave me the medical history form, I powered up my phone and sent him my drug list with just a couple of quick clicks, right there in his office. I was prepared. You will be too, after you install this app. Might even come in handy during emergencies. And it won't even cost you anything – the app is free.

Twice I sent my med list to my own email so that I could print it, and twice it went to a total stranger's email, the same one both times. They were nice enough to let me know. I'm deleting the app immediately!
App worked fine, but then one day I can get to none of my meds. Thought that deleting and reinstalling would help, but same issues. If this is because free use expired then that should have been explained before making my meds list inaccessible - very underhanded move.
Very handy! Has come in quite handy on a few situations. My only complaint is that I wish I could sync between devices, for example my phone, tablet, second phone, etc.
Until now I carried a paper record of my meds and supplements. This is much more efficient and private since with a password no one else can see this list unless I want them to and give access to it. I have been wanting something like this for a long time and i thank the creators for making it available.
2nd med app I have used...is this app just to email someone. I just needed a place to save my meds. Not used to having to input all info...before if u type part of medicine a list would come up and you could choose...much easier that way. Confused about dosage and drs instructions..isn't that the same. And dont know if its saved..nothing came up to save only to email?
Just downloaded this. I see no options for dark mode. (The bright is very hard on my eyes.) Once that option is made available, then I will consider buying the pro. Will update more, as I add my meds.
This app has saved me so much hassle of trying to remember all my meds. and the dosage. I wish there was a place for a brief medical history. I don't want to add another separate app for that. I have a hard time trying to remember everything.
Simple to-the-point definitely gets the job done you don't need a manual. You can even email is very professional-looking list to your caregivers
Just started to use the app. I found one thing that could be added. You need to add a section to put meds that you are allergic to. that way you would have that information for your Doctor also. not.
Very easy to use. Lists your meds in alphabetical order, and you can take the list on your device or print it out for doctors'visits.
i do not see a way to remove a med from the list once it is on. They emailed me immediately telling me how.. was my own fault for not seeing it. Thanks.
Wanted to print a list to have in wallet. EMT’s look for medical Id’s first than wallets. Not softwares on phones, hospitals doo. They have time and people to look for it later.
I love this app it's very useful, my only concern is when I downloaded the app it did not put a widget on my screen I have to go to the play store to open the app
I like the app but it would be nice if you could take a pic of the label and it would do all the entry for you.
I have about 15 Meds plus some OTC stuff like Fish Oil, etc. Do I have to MANUALLY add each med and dosage and freq. (what a chore). Can you add a camera feature like Care Zone to make life easier? I'll use your app if ya do !!

This is excellent for alerting ambulances, firefighters, police, hospitals. I have this. You should too!!
It will ,make it easyer to keep,up,with,medicines i take .it could use a place to put the medicine you are a allergy ? Allso you can put a list doctors in one place.
Vary handy way to save your meds. One good way to keep a Record of what you are on. Better than trying to Rely on your memory especially if you are Old
Would give higher if I could add all the family's under different files. But I can only add my meds and that's all.
Works well except download file not working on my Galaxy S7. When I select download nothing happens.
Easy to use. Covers dose, amount, mgs., even doc prescribed. Great when you get new meds. Can add vitamins too. Love it♡
I like the fact that this app gets straight to the pointtttt!!!!!!. I would have given 5 stars except there isn't a note area on the app. U know, somewhere one can write down a medical question or answer. Somewhere one can write a note about themselves for medical purposes. U Know? Anyway, I do appriciate the app for the simplicity of being able to find a list of my meds so quickly. Right at the tip of my finger. Thank u. 😊 Pls consider adding a note area. Then it would b set. 😉
