The app is useful while it's working but for a few days now it's been down and says "internet connection is required" when I try to log in. I'm not sure why because I have internet connection already. Tried WiFi and mobile data. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and the issue remains
Not sure if this app is worth the download. It takes 5-6 minutes to load every time I open it, rendering it almost useless. I can bring up my pt list in <1 min on my browser. I tried to bring this up to customer service and he told me that this is normal and based on how many patients are at our hospital. He also told me to talk to the "influencers" at my organization. Not a helpful app, rep, OR response.
App was working very well for 2 months and since yesterday been giving our group problems. The app keeps asking for an internet connection and refuses to open. Re-installed app, still not working.
I have bugs intermittently and havnt been able to use in a week for no reason, keeps saying internet connection required when there is nothing wrong with my internet, frustrating since needs to be reliable all the time for patient data and it's not
Amazing app..the right app for a resident working as team..I have some suggestions for improvement . 1.show date of admission 2. To delete entries in patients as well as discharged. 3.show serial number 4.show profile details. 5.show team members 6.make invite more simpler.diffult to remember first name, last name since profile is not shown. 7.show doctor /consultant name
It very good and suitable app esp. For Physicians, but the only problem in this app that sometimes need time to load the patients/page, so if they can solve this problem it will be very helpful.
I have installed and re installed many times this, putted my email address but it's not connecting, I changed email address, still facing same issue. Try to solve this issue. Thank you
Can't upload picture. When using iPhone the screenshot works. I'm using redmi note 9 pro MIUI 12. Overall a very helpful apps. Please fix the bugs
My account was terminated ? Due to inactivity. I can not creat a new account because my email is in use. What is going on? Either allow me to log in or allow me to use my email.

This app looks like it will be very useful in my day-to-day practice. Before I use it, I would just like to get confirmation that it is compliant with the South African POPI act regarding privacy of patient information. Can anyone help me with this information?
Useful but takes too long to load
I am having the same problem as the other reviewer - cannot login.
Always failed to login saying an internet connection is needed to login. I have my internet and it works fine. Web browser is working. The app sucks. Reinstalling doesnt help. Restarted my phone and launch the app still failed to login. Luckily didnt pay for the paid version.
