The app was running perfectly for the first month....then I couldn't access my library anymore, if for some reason I forget the title of a book I'm reading that's it.... A week after this I was totally locked out of the app. Will click on it and it'll stop and take me back to the phone's home screen immediately. Its really frustrating.
I've tried this action several times and each time I choose forgot password, it does not forward an email for reset. How do we resolve this? What is going on with this app? All of a sudden it keeps giving error messages preventing access to content. I have an unlimited data plan and it keeps saying no internet connection. Impossible!
Pretty good overall, not crazy how some books are over-priced compared to others, and I sooo wish in "my library" they would keep all the same books together. I.E. if theres 4 books in a series I wish they would keep all 4 together instead of having 1 up at the top of the list and 1 in the middle, etc. They also should be alphabatized. I'm still waiting for my free coins that I was told you were going to give to android users who were having problems with the app with the one update download.
Doesn't work. I'm not sure when it stopped working. What I do know is it's doesn't let you reset your password or even setup a new account. Very upset because I still has coins in my account. The developer/owners don't care. I sent an email weeks ago and never got a response. Not to mention I sent an email back in 2019 that shows I never received a response. After all of the drama surrounding the owners I'm not sure if they care now that their back on Kindle😒
I have had this app for a few years, however this new version is not that great. I've had a LOT of books in my library, now it's empty, I have purchased SEVERAL books (gone), there is no way to contact anyone to fix this problem.
Apple no longer supports this app so I downloaded it on an android device. Now I'm unable to retrieve my account to login and read my purchased books or use the credits I purchased. I tried emailing customer service and no such luck. I received an email error message stating that the email was undeliverable. This is not the first time having an issue like this. I purchased a book and I only received the free portion which on gave a sneak peek. I had to email to author to get things resolved
App was working great. Now I can't read anything. Its saying internet error, can't connect. I have an unlimited plan. All my other devices connect with no problem.
The good thing is the app has some good books.The downside is the platform. I would strongly recommend getting features as the kindle * Highlighting / bookmarking * At minimum. Also for the last month I have not been able to open books it has a loading circle which never fills in return I can't access the book I've uninstalled and updated the app still no chanheI still cannot access the books
Hmmm this app needs work. This really needs an unlimited version for 9.99 or so a month similar to Amazon. It's sad, because a lot of my favorite authors moved their content here. I understand why but I'm going to have to delete and discover some new talent until an unlimited monthly option becomes available.
I think that this app needs some more books and better editors because there is quite a few grammar problems. I also think that there is absolutely fantastic stories and it has a very nice set up! My favorite story is The Grey House, I recommend that you read it and download this app.
App won't load even after update, it keeps saying no internet, internal error. This is still an ongoing issue and now the developer contact isn't working. I have contacted the google play store.
Not user friendly. I purchased a book tonight and each time I click on it it says read sample or purchase. I tried to purchase again and it said I had already purchased it. It's no where to be found. There is no library for me to view purchased books and no way to contact customer service. I would not recommend this app. I'm sticking solely to amazon now. I really wanted to give this app a try. I'm very frustrated and disappointed
I tried to look for some of my favorite authors I find them I went to get the books and it said read a sample so I read the sample then it said purchase I tried to do that and couldn't download my books. Dont know where the whole book at all I get is sample. This app needs a lot of work. It has nothing on kindle and it took a lot of my favorite authors I used to buy books from on kindle for my collections. I cant see what's new anymore.
This app is great. I am about to start reading my 8th book in less than 2 weeks. Revision. The books on this app are great. However I recently purchased a book and it will not load in my library to finish. This is ruining my LIT APP reading e experience.
It's crazy that the books you published was taken off Amazon and now have to be read through this app. I only used this app as backup because of how small it is on the phone. I never said that. You need to read what I said. I said that the app is to small to read books in an entire on. This is the only way to read books by authors we love. Sorry if I offended you but just stating facts
Will not load book. I am unsure if this App no longer work or what. I purchased a book hit load book nothing happens. I am over ut will stick with Amazon unlimited. I hate some if my favorite authors have moved to this App and I can't purchase their work.
I have had the lit app for awhile since it first became available. I read so much and i love being able to download so many books. Some of my favorite authors are on this app. Looking forward to what leo sullivan has in store for us readers.
I used to love using this app as an alternative to be able to read books but now the app keeps forcing close as soon as I get ready to read a book. I'm not sure if the app has a glitch but it needs to be resolved as soon as possible.
This app provides a lot of urban author books you may not be able to locate anywhere else. Also a lot of free books are offered to read. So far I like the app.
Love that coins can be earned and books can be bought with coins. Great app concept for new and independent writers to get exposure.
I tried making a account by my Facebook but that didn't work then I tried to make a account with my email but both times it had a error. I'm deleting the app, I don't know what to do. Please fix this app.
I wish I could Rate this 0 stars. Alot of my favorite authors have come here. I just refuse to go from $11/ month to having to pay for every book I read. Deleting and going back to kindle. I read too many books. Bye
I uninstalled it heard about it on Atlanta radio station and was excited. The ad made it seem like there was more genres available. Disappointed
The cover art is exceptional, but not really feeling like there are any stories that I will be able to get into, so I'm uninstalling.
Since Leo Sullivan first started to promote the app ive had it From the beginning there were many glitches Books that I paid for that I still cannot read because it only has 14 pages Ive sent emails even contacted him through Facebook I have yet to receive a response or refund Not only that several of my favorite authors More then10 that has helped him become who he is has been complaining about unfair treatment and not being paid Most of these women are mothers Check out these Author Facebooks
App worked fine for one day now it keeps saying no internet connection and internal error whatever that means i evem deleted app and downloaded it again no such luck!
Not a reader for books you already have- makes you create an account and further reveals it's only usable for books you buy through this app.
Love the LIT App i can read my books while on break at work or where ever I am. Being using it since the day it came out.
This is a really good reading app. Good books from some of my favorite authors. My only issue is you can't rotate your phone bc if you do your current read will rotate and start over at the begin of chapter. The other issue is you can't switch from one device to another (phone to tablet) if you do, you will have to start over... other than that it's definitely a good app with great books!
