What's happening with this app,I can't open it to access my services, it keeps closing and this has happen for quite sometimes, thought it was the issue to do with the network but it ain't kindly try fix it as soon as possible because it hurts using other apps to request for a trip whereas your wallet has cash to help on that, it is inconveniencing sometimes because the experience is not what we anticipated at the beginning of it, kindly advice your technical team to fix the problem soonest,,
The drivers don't call once they pick your trip and at times pick your trip then don't show up and when you call they inform you that they won't come anyway. The app shows that the drivers are 2 minutes away even if they're 20 or 40 minutes away which isn't a good thing if you're having an emergency. So inconveniencing
The driver charged more than what the app shows. It's not reliable at all. Even after sending my complaint
Generally good. You need to stop your notification sound increasing the phone's volume to full because in case one has earphones, it's too loud n can cause damage to the ear. No change yet. Please.
The UI needs lots of improvements. It's currently clunky, outdated & uninspired.
This is the best app ever! Their drivers are polite and chilled. I get to have quick deliveries from supermarkets even upto 8pm and they always call to let me know if an item is not there so that I can choose another. What can I say....the movies feature is a plus! I get to know what's showing and book in advance. They have the best customer care people that call right after deliveries to ensure your goods arrived well. They also have a direct line. Thank you Little Cab!🙏❤️
The drivers are great but the app lacks accuracy. Also don't use it with your earphones on, it nearly damaged my ears! Volume went from low to full blast on ordering a ride!
Services bad. Especially for bike rides. Those who keep time just know little cab will always dissapoint you. Had the worse experience with several drivers!
Drivers very Courteous and Professional, However the app tends to hang when ending a trip especially for corporate rides,it takes a bit of time for the end code to be generated. I'd still recommend it though.
Little is made up of two components: the app, and the service. For the app, it's quite innovative, especially with some nifty features like transferring money from one's wallet to another user's wallet. Brilliant! For the service, here it needs work. The pricing is unbelievable! I used it yesterday for the first time, and I don't think I will use it again any time soon. The quoted price range at booking compared to the final price on arrival CAN and WILL shock you. Uninstalled.
This app was previously very good. Very convenient. However, lately I have experienced some issues with this application that have lowered my expectations. I tried contacting your customer support but I still haven't gotten a response. You guys keep telling me to send an email to your customer-support but you don't respond . It's been over a week now. At this rate, the application does nothing besides telling me false timings of a ride that is never available. Really disappointing.
Sometimes the app fails to generate start code, sometimes no end code. And the sad thing is, you can only contact little via email. So don't expect immergency assistance especially as corporate customer.
Why dont u agree on pricing.? U request cab and the price is stated the driver calls to tell you to add some certain amount if not so cancel the trip... uninstalled
Is a pocket friendly app which considers both the driver and the rider.
Probably the worst app you will ever come across,the drivers can't locate you after all that hustle you end up paying tripple the price..the app shows you it's 2 mins away,while in reality it's 1 hour away..use it for your own inconvenience!
I requested the first ride. Rider didn't show up after he confirmed he was on his way. He didn't answer my calls thereafter. Same situation on the second rider.
I have been using this app as a corporate customer with no issues until 2weeks ago when all of a sudden the app started hanging, i un-installed it and re-installed it but it got worse, now i can't even register afresh, when i type my phone number and press next, instead of the verification code being generated, another screen opens up and the app just closes itself, i have cleared cache, data and retried multiple times with no success. I'm moving to your competitor, due to this frustration.
Very professional drivers and clean cars I however struggled with the new look when trying to get a co-oprate ride. On the old interface it waa just there, easy... Today i had to look for it.. Got a bit frustrated but i finally got it.. I wish you could bring back the old interphase.. Its much easier to find everything
App is good but seems heavy for most phones. Hanging when drivers are trying to pick or end rides. Was just wondering if we can have an option of booking a ride in advance. This would help reduce inconvenience of delays by drivers due to traffic & proper planning for clients especially corporate option.

First time using the app today and it did not go well. Zooming in to see where the driver is, zooms you right back out. It took the driver 10 minutes to find where I was. After starting the ride, the driver could not use the app to navigate to my destination and I had to navigate and instruct the driver myself
This app used to work so well but now it's a waste of space. I have been trying to load the map to request a ride but it doesn't even work. I then tried to use the airport transfers option, it said a reminder will be sent to me at the chosen time but I can't even see it after that to edit or delete this. Why would an app not give you a chance to edit a booked ride? Such a disappointment
Good cab service, ifa a little on the high side. The cost seems justified though so not really an issue. My biggest issue with the app is that regardless of whether I have my earphones in or not, the second my driver arrives, it's automatic volume 100%. It's super annoying but otherwise, not a bad cab option.
