Little Alchemist

Loved this game when I was younger. Got back into it and loving it with a fresh save. Edit: Hey I know it's an older game, but I'm noticing a weird bug with the arena. I tried reinstalling/clearing cache and it's still persisting. The arena menu doesnt always load in. It takes like 10-20 seconds to find an opponent, and when the battle is finished it takes 10 seconds before the "X" crosses out the loser and gives me the rewards from the battle. If I could get some insight on this issue please!

An old time favorite of mine. I reinstalled to feel the nostalgia of merging cards and taking care of all the bosses. One thing I never really enjoyed is the price of card packs and the lack of availibility towards certain options. Although the events really help in earning higher level cards.

The game is pretty decent. Played since I was 7 years younger (weird grammar). I like the music and the luck-based gameplay. I just wish that there were more easier and more ways to get gems. I don't know if it's the case with other devices but on my android, the game's cutscene (at the very beginning of the game where the apprentice was sweeping and she accidentally releases all the enemies from the bottle) is missing on my game. Otherwise I've had fun and plan to keep playing.

Please update this game. Everytime I go from the game to another app, the game crashes and I have to restart it. Probably because the game tells me that it was made for older devices. The game itself is pretty fun, but the lack of energy, alchemy waiting times and inaccessibility to new cards is a bit ridiculous. It takes a while to upgrade a single card to level 2, even bronze cards. The league is also really unbalanced. I like the premise of this game, but it really needs fixing.

Cleverly designed game! Simple but deep. SO MANY COMBINATIONS! Music and sound are nice and comfortable. It starts kinda slow, but it works with the learning curve. I had to use the help through Kongregate to get a better understanding of some aspects of the game, but man, I like this game. I wish it didn't have Action Points or whatever so i can keep playing, but y'know.

The game is wonderful, yet there is that problem I experience, not met only by myself - getting paired up with the top of the arena ranks! It's extremely frustrating and even if I don't complain about the energy system, this last bit gets me very annoyed. Having to play versus the strongest of the strongest when you just started the game isn't fun at all. Please fix this little bug and the game will be perfect, at least for me

The game is great but if you are on a newer version of android the game will not work as well. The game will not take up your whole screen. Devs you should try to fix the resolution scaling issue. Another issue is that the game crashes when you push certain buttons mainly the google play games button. This is what I experienced with the game on a Google pixel 2. The game itself is really good and would be better if you have an older device.

A fun little time waster. The card combinations are often goofy and fun, the gameplay requires just enough strategy that you can't autopilot through it, but not so much that it ever gets complicated. Basically Little Alchemist doesn't take itself seriously and neither should you. It's not deep, it's just here to give you a chuckle about using a bear in a wizard robe to beat up a king of the seas who can't swim, and the game is very good at doing exactly that.

The game is a blast at first, but it becomes painfully obvious you have to pay to play the game. Ive played this game twice in the span of 4 years and not a damn thing has changed other than the damn "heroic trials" they added which is also rigged. The game starts out great and easy, but then the computer will counter your cards and bosses become undefeatable. There is no grind, only pay to play. Especially when it comes to diamond cards. You must pay to get ONE CARD that will make ONE DIAMOND.

Honestly, this is a pretty fun game. The only few flaws I would say is that the research takes a little too long, the base max energy needs to be a little higher, and finally the gem gains are a little too low since they are used for everything it be nice if we could gain just a little more when we level up. Other than those few flaws the game is rather very entertaining.

I have played this game for a while, and was excited to play it more until I realised the things wrong with it. This game has one unique mechanic that works very well- combos. Other than that, research time is too long. Something like this would work better: you gain points when battling and use those points to research. Furthermore, energy is too limited and it feels more and more pay to win.

The game in itself is great, while indeed it has a steep increase in difficulty, it is enjoyable regardless. However, purchase at your own risk or don't even bother buying anything at all. I bought a gem pack, paid the price, but I haven't received anything. Playstore won't let me refund, devs are unresponsive (I contacted twice).

It is very strategic and fun. The graphics are very cute.... The first time. It eventually becomes irritating to play over and over again for a badge. The game is repetitive and takes little to no skill to complete. All on top of an irritating system where you need to wait for potions... ....And did I mention that you don't need to access half of the game's features to win?

It's a fun little game that I have had for a while, I'm replaying it and logged in to my old profile and it's just as good as I remember. I uninstalled because the events stopped showing up and there is a problem in the arena, I have 0 stars but I keep getting 3000 star opponents that I have no chance against and it isn't resetting to my level and I don't know why, if there's any way to fix this please help. Otherwise, great game

The game is very fun, but needs some basic work. It's built for a very old version of Android, so the app can't even run if you multitask apps or even lock and unlock your phone, and lots of features are just unable to function in the game. Gameplay could also use fine tuning. And, there is no PvP like in the Apple version which is disappointing. Could be great, but it's just decent now.

Decent game plenty of cards and combos in order to customize your deck however research times are a bit excessive. First island and portal events are faily balanced but heroic trials seemed to only be for higher level players. Additionally after the first island the difficulty scale is ramped to the point that if you dont have a perfect game everytime it's nearly impossible without spending money or weeks grinding to level up cards. Overall it's sad to see so much potential wasted for p2p.

Honestly a fantastic game, there is so many possible combos and deck set ups that you get to create. Not to mention the actual gameplay is very fun. They also made it in a way where you can get very good cards even if you don't pay money. I would love to see a second version come out with even more combos and cards.

Game I played so many years ago when I was kid and was amazing to go back and play it again. However since the game is old you shouldnt be suprised if there is bugs. For me, I can't gain progress in heroic events or the arena. If you download the game and don't have this issue then it's great.

Fun game but painfully slow unless you spend money. Bosses drop cards but rarely do they ever drop anything, and the more you fight them the higher the cost for fighting them is and eventually youre all out energy after fighting them twice. Cards barely drop for you to make dust out of them to then upgrade your other cards. This game makes its profit from its RIDICULOUSLY slow pacing in which i dont intend to support.

Moderately fun gameplay that gets boring eventually. Annoying energy system--you can only play as much at a time as they let you, then you have to wait or pay to keep playing. Also, it seems like they have some subtle environmentalist agenda? Redeeming qualities are creativity and a great sense of humor. The voice over is very annoying, as well.

This game is well built and lots of fun. The timed research paces the game and doesn't feel too restrictive. I'd say it's definitely worth downloading. with the addition of goblins and free gem offers the paywall has dropped, however there are a ton of combo cards that aren't readily available and prevents players from accessing the full library of the creative cards in the game. The search function is unreliable and seems tossed in, and whenever I click on the google games Icon it crashes.

I originally got this game for the pastafarian in Run 3 (another game by Kongregate) and this game instantly is incredibly slow-paced. The enemies will counter your cards so soon and it's just not great. I wouldn't get this game for the pastafarian just pay for power cells. It really isn't worth it. I haven't even played the entire game yet, or even a lot of it.

Fun game, just wish there wasn't "energy" which prevents you from playing the game against comps... Plants vs zombies heroes has no such penalty for playing the game as an example. As such, it's fun, but not what it could be. I'd like to see the silly stamina removed so we could play more than 1 or 2 matches against the comps, even if they reduce the benefit from playing against the computers, similar to league of legends. Small gripe, yes, but it actually affects game play, like a punishment...

Pros: Appeals to analysts, strategists, and collectors. I appreciate the clean graphics - so many games are too detailed to be fully appreciated. Cons: Players with iPhones can play locally with each other but players with Android can't. 🙁 Map needs to be expanded. Gems need to be awarded more generously. Gems are ridiculously expensive in the Shoppe. Recycle and Upgrade are easily confused!! The Card Archive needs to include the name of the combo.

Dont get me wrong, the game is fun. Trying to upgrade your cards is a hassel. Getting the dust is a chore. And what you get is hardley anywhere near enough to do anything with. And the match making going against other player cards is greatly outmatched. Need a better system to level it out the playing field. It is fun when your going through and beating the bosses and collecting cards but thats about it. The game just needs to be tweeked abit.

Gets a 2 star because after you get to a certain point it becomes pay to win. In the main story line, bosses keep drawing diamond cards with stats that far surpass your cards. They supposedly have an infinite deck draw, but I've only seen the same half a dozen cards when I get to a point after beating a boss x amount of times (I think about 9 times?). Additionally, in the arena (pvp) definitely pay to win. While they do have opportunities to earn in game currency, it's not as simple as adwatch.

I enjoy the game quite a bit. But my main issue is that I am unable to properly participate in the arena, as whenever I go in, my only options are to fight people around 35k-45k stars. It is annoying because it restricts me access of one of the main features of gameplay. I would rate this game higher if this were fixed, as I really do enjoy the game.
