UPDATE: The last update removed the Lunch special from the menu. Can still order the special in store, but that makes this app less useful. (Lost 1 star because of this.) This is best ordering app I have. The app remembers favorite orders and credit cards info, lets me place orders quickly before head out to pick up. Very happy with Little Caesar's setup and wish other restaurants would follow their example.

If you place an order, and need to change it, so your order is cancelled and you try to place a new order, it won't let you because of "card irregularities" the bank said they are declining it or flagging it so it's just the app, and then if you call the store you can't place it over the phone unless it's pickup... only through the app can you do delivery... which now won't accept the order.... Guess we're eating somewhere else tonight

I haven't received a correct order from these restaurants in so long that I doubt I'll ever use the app again. There's no way to contact customer support for mediation or a refund. I'm absolutely frustrated and disappointed with how they choose to ignore customers who have had issue with their product.

They are prompted. The quality of the the pizza's very. Usually are good, but store lacks consistency. One Day you get something that looks like the person cares about what they have going out, and next time they don't. Staffs are friendly and underpaid. But what do you expect when you have a line wrapped around the building inside has 4 or 5 people waiting to order, and 3 people there all together(and that's counting the person at the register that's working their buts off as well.

App works well. It's easy to order even when the store is closed for pickup later. Love being able to use the portal to pick up my pizza. My only complaint is.. why in the world don't they have their Supreme listed on the app?? You have to go to the store to order it!

It would be nice to have some consistency with the preparation of your pizzas. I order often and I usually get cheese pizza. sometimes, the pizza has a fair amount of cheese,and is well baked. Other times, the pizza has the bare minimum of cheese and the pizza is burnt. I feel cheated. There should not be so big of a discrepancy in the quality of your pizza(s), especially when I order the same thing every time.

Needs a lot improvement because everytime I try to like a pizza it says remove from the order which is so annoying. All and all very easy to use. But fix your pricing! So different from the website than the app.

Sneakily puts thin crust at the top of the list, hides the thin crust part, and doesn't show it until the order goes through. Then no option to cancel an order, even in the first minute after ordering. If you call the store and they say they can cancel it, they are lying so you'll double order! There is a real dishonest streak going on here for a business that can just sell pizzas based on their good product.

So, really like the app. It's simple, straight forward, no issues with my order. However, the selection doesn't seem to reflect Little Cesar's as a whole. Jalapeños are not available in the app but the store I go to definitely has them. Aside from that, the app is fine. Not much to improve on.

Usually, the pizza and breadsticks and customer service are great. The last two times, however, none of it has been great. This time, I also ordered the stuffed breadsticks and ended up with over cooked regular breadsticks. It was an online order, so there was no mistake in communication.

I have been a long time customer but I absolutely had enough of 50% of my orders never arriving or missing half of what I placed in. When I try to call customer support from the order detail screen, THEY NEVER ANSWER! Why on earth should I have to waist so much time trying to get a refund?! 30min-2hr of waiting! If you call the store they say to take it up with doordash with the same calling issue. DO NOT expect your orders to be complete or arrive often because it's a gamble with your money.

Delivery fee AND a service fee? Service fee? Excuse me but I downloaded your app. What service am I paying for? ridiculous that I'm paying $4.50 in FEES for a 12.99 order. Ridiculous. Literally spending a third more in fees, and that's before I tip the driver (which I have no problem with).

it's cheap, that's the draw. but the guys in chatterton, ohio are absolutely terrible. mess most deliveries up by forgetting some some of your order. carry out isn't much better. if they run out of crazy sauce or something similar, they won't pro-rate the order that they can't fulfill. just tell ya to deal with it. They're alright if you order in person, just be prepared to be disappointed if you order online. There's always something wrong. but hey, now I have a reason to eat healthier. thanks

Placed an order through the app and it went through and had the right store on the confirmation screen. Waited 30 minutes beyond estimated time for a push notification, never came. Went into the store and they had to make it from scratch. The store had no record of its existence. Overall this app wasted enough of my time to pay for 12 of these orders. The UX is really good, however.

Still can't modify your order to get (for instance) a Quattro with extra cheese and extra sauce or an ICB with extra seasoning. As such, the app is absolutely useless to anyone who wants decent pizza from LC's. Please let us modify each item.

Works well. I use it often. The only reason for the 4 star rating is I often wish there were photos to see what I'm ordering. It would make things faster as well as encourage experimentation with unfamiliar products.

App makes it convenient to order pizza. But the unecessary animations really seemed to slow everything down, forcing me to close and reopen the app 3 times. My phone is no slouch and struggles with this

I have only placed an order successfully one time. The employees screwed it up by ignoring me when I picked up my order. I had to scream at them to get my crazy sauce. The cashier stepped around the corner, still on her phone, unapologetic for having ignored my repeated pleas for her attention. The food is ok. The staff is lazy. The app provides no place to complain or have any more attention than the store provides. The app upsells.

If it's not broke don't fix it. New app doesn't let me do pick up order for today. Forces you to pick schedule pickup. Can't order individual crazy sauce. New app completely useless. Would be nice if you had sign in with Google option. Will see if I can find an old APK that hopefully works.

Can't customize specialty pizzas! E.g. I can't add black olives to an Ultimate Supreme Pizza...No, you have to do "build your own" in which case you're adding ALL the toppings and then you get charged for each. Sorry but $17+ is NOT worth it for ONE pizza. Tweak your app so we can add/remove toppings from the specialty items. RIDICULOUS.

It's very easy to use and send very user friendly. Not many menus to have to sort through, it just gets straight to the point. While Little Caesars might have pretty bland pizza, you get what you pay. The app itself is great. I'll give the food a 3/5 and the app a 5/5.

I 1sr tried the app 3 nights ago and wasn't able to place order. my assumption was it was to close to their closing time but when I went inside to hope it wasnt to late to get our food placed. The person said no the tablet has been having issues. when it comes to their crew here, always fast and thorough. accurately answers questions. I love seeing hard workers. and of course always yummy to tummy

wish it had a dark mode. other than that it's not hard to navigate. in my area it uses door dash so sometimes they tend to forget things or don't follow instructions. still it's decent priced and convenient.
