Little Driver

In these market dynamics, you either wholely depend on normal dispatch of trips or go with the preferred thing but you can't have them both.reason this way,there is only one code of admission equal to all drivers and vehicle,what the hell are you still doing with this preferred nonsense. I have been a driver ever since 5 years and countingbut my observations,of all the online apps in kenya,uber (taxify)bolt ,hava ,maramoja etc little score the lowest in terms of driver earnings dependancy

If you would like to have app that is customer pocket friendly = Little driver. Driver is able to gather his returns and be able to place food on the table.

So far so good.only issue with the app is the request notification sound its annoyingly loud and does increase the volume especially if the phone is connected to the car audio system .nyinyi mnataka kunichomea radio ama rada ni gani..otherwise 5 star.mr ceo pliz we saw you ride a bike to deliver so pli sacrifice tupunguziwe volume.🙃

driver support is very poor. the app is neither user friendly. such a disappointment for local app

Nice app to work with but they need to advertise it to clients so that it can be active 24/7

You guys really need to upgrade the app to a more appealing, easy navigation screen. Once you start a trip you cannot rely on the map as it keeps skipping or loads the route for the longest time. You end up just asking the client to direct you, no need of following it because you cant see anything. The notification tone is also unbearable.

I've worked with little for 2 weeks no, so far it's a good one, though 2 issues needs to be addressed 1. Preferred driver, it's making it hard for other drivers to get clients thus make hard to refer clients to use little. 2. The map and navigation issue. It's not clear and not accurate also, I reach where the rider is and it's telling me that I'm 1 or 2 minutes away, then not clearly telling the driver how to navigate. Otherwise it's a better one, good for the driver and rider. Keep it up guys

The problem with this app is even when not in use it keeps floating its annoying

For an app that's over 2yrs old, minor issues should have been taken care of a long time ago. It's annoying to have to keep switching the app to ONLINE, because soonest you have the app running in the background so you can perform another task with the phone, the app automatically goes offline.

Very friendly 😉. Rates on both the clients n the drivers are well harmonised. Kindly improve accuracy on pick points and destinations. The map keeps rotating😣. Pls make it an immediate reference for drivers to locate their destinations. In case of re-routing pls advance the GPS navigation to show the driver the other possible route to the destination.

Freezing as it fails to count from the start and now the parking limit is also challenging

Its amazing in that a driver can withdraw cash or pay bills and untilities through the app.

Quite good app. Its stable though it takes quite a long time before getting a request. Unlike other online taxi application, Little is the best. Little cares for theur clients and drivers. Offers the best commission rate for drivers. It does not dusappoint. I am happy to be Little driver/partner.

Worst rating system for the driver. A driver can get 10 5 stars and the rating will not increase, but, just one bad rating and it will decline drastically. The app does has so many bugs. For instance, I can receive a request, but it will load for 10 secs then cancel under the claim that I cancelled.

1. When I'm offline the app should: -shut down -remove the quick access icon from my screen 2. Allow me to set my preferred/default navigation app instead of asking me to choose an option each time I tap navigate 3. If possible make it less power intensive. I keep receiving notifications on how it's drawing up much power yet I don't see that with other apps

its so far the best app as far ad online cabs business is concerned.however there are some areas you need to upgrade,its not possible to know where the customer intended to go once tgey cancel the ride,after the ride,my trips don't allow me to have an option where i can call the customer for any info eg forgot your bag on my car etc.i should have more options within the app of reporting various issue eg security issues etc.no option for price review undercharged or overcharged.navigation is poor

Hi, kindly work on the navigation it's really terrible and not reliable. Also check network connection sensitivity and the battery consumption levels, like other apps, let it exit and not run in the background either when offline.

After transporting a client for more than 12 kms the app tells me to collect 110. It was very disappointing experience This was the second time it happened. When I contacted the customer support they just told me it did not count milage and that was it.

By far the most idiotic driver app can't stay online in the background for 1second, the map are way too small you have to have hawk eyes to use it. Sometimes indicates to be offline but you still get a request. You can do better

if only it had an option for customizing the tune and volume for incoming requests. it gets too loud especially if you have your earphones on to the extent that it can damage your ears

The best and most fair driving app we have in Kenya. I love it. Also try to work on your maps the direction line is too narrow and also when you want to see the exact destination, it takes you back to the starting point.
