0 star I should rate.👎👎👎 Worst debit card ever!! So disappointing. They're taking money from client without knowing it. Keep receiving notifications that you've purchased this and that from here and there even if you don't do any transactions. You'll end up with such a big debt without doing any transactions from this debit card. Plus you'll have to pay such big amount for diactivating the account!! What the hell!!? Very bad, very disappointed 😡😡
When using the liv card for purchases and local transfers,the transfer or deductions are not showing on the app, i think it's not getting updated on the application window the same time, so inorder for us to check the deductions we have to pull out the statement and look. This is really bad for a big company like enbd. Same time updations for transactions would be helpful.
I have been using this application since 2020.Unfortunatly the performance is dcreesing day by day. I transferd some amount to my own another account but it took 3 days to credit. It was an urgent transfer. The problem is they deduct the money at the time and hold it for 3 days. We cant do anything. This very bad.If you can change this lag it is better.
This app is terrible. It won't open no matter what and I had to Uninstall and it won't login even if my login details are correct. It won't accept answers of my security questions either. Then beyond that if I reset password it sends me a link and if I click on that , it simply brings me to this play store app page where the app is already installed. It's terrible. I am going to close my account if this persists. It has no contact to reach and the only option is the email id which takes forever.
I received an international transfer and even got a notification that my account had been credited but on checking my balance it shows zero. I need the money urgently and this is just wrong. I checked the bank statement and it says the money is there but my overall balance is zero.
I was charged without purchasing anything. I did not used my card nor purchased anything online neither had a bank transaction on that day they debited an amount from my account. I was deducted without requiring an OTP # or Authorization Code. It only means that it is not secured from online frauds and the like. I don't know if I will be able to get a refund from liv.
From June ownwards, the new guidelines are really pathetic and wish they could keep the things like before. Anyways if you have a good earning or you are a student or have a good cash in hand, this bank is useful. Not like previously those who could be a freelancer can maintain this bank account, with new guide lines, without having a monthly charge. Thankyou for the service
Not recommending this app or this bank. They have no real costumer service other than a chat bot in the app. If your emirates ID will expire, like mine did, you'll no longer access the app, therefore have no costumer care. I've tried contacting them via website which allows you to send 3000 word message, which takes them several days to answer. Also you can't reply back- you have to always start a new conversation, which leaves them totally unaware of what was already discussed.
So the app hasn't let me access it for the past 3 months saying my EID has expired. It is valid and I am getting no help from ANY of your resources. I can't GO ON THE APP and chat with support because I CAN'T LOGIN. THREE MONTHS WITHOUT ACCESS TO THE ACCOUNT. Can anyone really help? *edit - it worked after a long time. We know that the customer support is not good. 3* for the app alone.
I was trying to reset my password. I got OTP. Sec question and they send email for "supposed to be RESET LINK" but all they sent is just the log in page. Like you're back to zero. Its so frustrating. By the way, im trying to reset my password because LIV just suddenly decided that i will not have the international money transfer. I am leaving this card for good. I wasted so much time figuring out what is wrong and for the record they dont have proper support also.
Upgraded to new phone. Installed the app but keeps saying me wrong password. Whereas i used correct password. However asks for resetting my password, tried that took me questions. Did that but now its all wrong answers whereas i am giving correct answers. Pushed me to reset those. Then it pushed to send link through email. Mail received now the link is taking me back to app store and same thing repeats again and again. Done with this non sense moving to other banks
I had given 4 stars before. But I have changed it to 1 for a important reason. There is no one you can contact if there are issues. There is literally no physical address or phone number or email or any means of contact if you have problems. Contact only through chat within the app and there is no response for days!! How can we trust our money with them when we can't even contact them or know where they are? I have been trying to get help regarding some issues in my account for days now no reply

One of the best apps, I am trying to open a new account but liv app is not accepting due to new Emirates ID format and app is accepting only old format.. Kindly inform relevant departments/LIV IT to update the new Emirates ID format so that they will loose customers and revenue. Hopefully I might get some compensation or a gift from LIV for informing them about their loss.
The app is so bad i put everytime the right password but it doesn't want to open it keeps saying looks like you forgot the password The other time after 6 or 7 times trying it opened and now i tried many times but nothing it doesn't want to open at all so frustrating.
I want to close my Credit card. Just because for poor service and very soon I will also colse my other account. Please tell me the process. I received a reply after more than 24 hours. Bad to worst , , , i'm connected to 100 Mbps internet and still gives me error that connect to internet or your internet connection might be very slow.!!!! With every update its going from slow to slower.
Don't transfer the money from this app, it will credit once you died. There is no customer service, once we chat with their app, reply will come after 4 hours , it's better to deactivate this liv. App no more headache , someone transferred me the money and 2 days over still it's not credited, there is no customer care number to contact.
I was happy at first using this app.But later on when I started to encounter some problems in regards with my transaction LIV customer service and help hotline is not that good.I understand that this is digital banking but it's unacceptable that you don't have a hotline or even an active phone number.Customers who needs assistance can only contact you via LIV BOT and LIV chat which is kinda frustrating because it takes a lot of time to recieved a reply.It's really annoying at times.
Horrible customer service support, response time is way longer than they assure it to be, agents don't care about your problem and respond like another robot with no intention to actually help, the app by itself looses connection with a perfect wifi signal, sometimes claiming your credentials don't match after you submitted it with a high vigilance multiple times
we have to wait always more than 24 hours to chat with customer service. my international transaction get rejected due an this app technical issue. its been more than one week still the money didn't come to my account and when i was chat with customer service not responding. taking more than 24 hours to respond. really disappointed about the service
For those who have trouble opening a bank account, Liv is a savior. But apart from that the app is horrible. When you do a transaction, your balance gets updated immediately, but the transaction will show up the next day on your app. For a refund/hold on my account, i haven't seen the transaction in my statement even though it has been weeks. I cannot contact customer service because the wait time is 1-2 hours and the app logs you out after sometime or the chat ends because of inactivity.

Waste of time n money: International transfer made but After somany chat I came to know that rejected by beneficiary bank. N not credited other side. They should reverse my actual amount but they deducted 27.39 dirham n credited. Without giving service or transfer or without any wrong how they can cut my money by saying exchange rate charge. It took me 10 days. Worst service. Not user friendly. Facing so many challenges to get connect them. I want my actual amount back...
Worst banking experience i had is using liv app. There no proper team to reply our question and the bot is also not good in answering, that is happening all the time. Which is making the experience of using ENBD banking services very bad.
The app is crashing everytime I open a chat window with "support" team. The support itself is utter garbage. I have not seen more unqualified support personnel in my life.
I'm using Liv Bank account since last 2 years i really feel secure and comfortable, it's very easy to use , and very easy for international or national transection., Just improve your debit card quality please
Worst debit card ever! This used to be a good app and now it's full of bugs. As a software developer myself, I know how lousy Liv developers must be. Such a bad experience. 👎
I used to get a very good customer service since 2018. But now? Idk. Not all customer service stafd are willing to help and go extramile! Very sad!
It's a great bank, until you need support. Then it's the worst experience of your life. The chatbot is useless. The support agents take forever to reply and are unhelpful. They'll close the chat and ticket without having the issue resolved. The app experience also leaves much to be desired, such as an intuitive layout and fast loading screen. If that's not enough, they require 60 days to have an official bank letter emailed to you. They don't even mail physical letters anymore.
