Live Alert 19

No watches or warnings of any kind during the last rounds of severe weather. Have spent lots of time uninstalling & reinstalling the app. It wouldn't allow me to customize the alerts I do & don't want to receive. It wouldn't even show the current temperature at the top of my screen. I turned the notifications completely off & used another app for severe weather notifications last week. Have just now uninstalled it again & will reinstall again. It always worked fine before the latest update. :(

i tried this app again and it still doesn't work. i love their weather, but not their app. i came on here to see if your app has changed. From reviews it doesn't look like. are y'all reading these? I'll update if it changes. I have always had problems with the radar, but now with the update I have lost my temperature bar on my main page. It is hard to figure out where the settings are if there are any settings. If the radar works I might over look

I used to love this weather app even had family and friends who don't live in the area use it. I could rely on it everywhere. In the past few months it would shut down all the time. While it was actually running information was inaccurate. I miss the voice alerts as I drive a school bus and need that since I can't read going down the road. Fix the issues and I will come back!

Great format and ability to go from day by day to hour by hour and check out the most recent broadcast forecast by your amazing professional meteorologists. Notifications are great (very close with my paid app). My only slight nuisance with the interactive radar that it stops playing if I move, or zoom +/- and I have to hit play again. [Every. Time.] I watch weather frequently so I watch other apps because I can dive into a storm without 'hitting play' every 3 seconds.

Horrible update! You ruined the app for me. Before the update, it was a clean user experience with the detailed information easily and quickly accessible. Now, it's an overload of images and information. Visually clunky. The last version was so much better. Uninstalling and starting a new search for a weather app.

The only things that seem to work are the temperature and weekly forecast. The radar used to work fine but within the past few weeks I've noticed that it seems to only want to show future forecasts. Having the option to see radar from up to the last few hours is apparently gone and should have been left alone. STOP TRYING TO FIX WHAT ISN'T BROKE!

Downloaded again after a 3 year break and this app is still a huge disappointment. There's still no way to set up notifications for just sever weather like tornadoes so you get alerts every time it's lightning. Seems like the app does just enough to get you to download it so they can get your personal info then sell it.

Complete garbage since the update. Lost voice weather alerts (which was important to me), no temp display to swipe for easy current conditions or forecast, crappy hourly and daily forecast access, doesn't open half of the time......I could go on and on about how crappy this is now. Should have left well enough alone! I uninstalled!

I've used the app for years and have always liked it but here we are in the middle of a severe weather event and NONE of my alerts are coming across. Nothing pops up, nothing sounds. Highly irritated. I've never had a problem before and no settings have been changed.

Nothing's ever accurate. I get it's not easy/possible to completely predict the weather, but you'd think the current temperature would at least be less than 10° off from the real temp.

I absolutely hate that it gives lightning in your area alerts with every flash and no way to turn it off. My phone was going off about once a minute last night when we had storms come through. I uninstalled it just so I could get some sleep!

I had this app for a long time and it was excellent. It would actually have a spoken alert for lightning and rain. That was very useful. Now it doesn't have the spoken alert and it just triggers my default notification sound over and over for no reason.

The weather and forecast on TV station is great, but the app has quit working multiple times. I have updated my phone, the app, and even deleted the app and installed new. This app still fails to alert me of any weather at all. I do not recommend the app at all.

I watch channel 19 weather to stay up to date on what's coming our way. I have downloaded this app at least 6 times, and will delete it after writing this review. The thing that bothers me is not being able to program which alerts I want to get (like you can do with their competitor's apps). If there is a way to do this on 19's app I haven't found it yet. I wish you could do this. If so they would get a better review and be the weather app I use. For now I am staying with a competitor's app.

I typically don't do reviews but this new verison is horrible. Drop down on my status bar is nothing but blank. Have deleted and reinstalled twice. No option for setting changes that I can find? I loved the previous version. Rarley had a issue. Very disappointed as I love the WHNT weather team and will now have to download a different weather app

This update has pros & cons but the past two updates has made me decide to uninstall and go with a national weather app that doesn't consistently stop working & close. Sad because I do like the WHNT Weather Team. They are always up to speed on the local weather. Sorry but your app is not working.

the new version is horrible. The tornado warning we was under the other day didn't even show up on the app. It never sounds the alert anymore. Was a great app before the update can we please go back to the old version.

I was unhappy before the update because at first the app had spoken alerts and that stopped and I updated hoping that I would get that back, I not only did not get that back but now I can't find the settings to change anything! I guess I will have to uninstall this app and find another one!

I get alerts, but don't know where they are or what they are. It used to let me know about the alert as soon as I tapped on it in the pull down bar at top with temperature. Now nothing. Helps to know where to locate it. Hopefully a small fix.

this new app is extremely confusing and difficult to load. i can't trust the 7 day forcast. there are too many alternatives i can't tell what is the true forcast. also, the radar is so slow to load and tell what kind of weather we have coming towards us.

I used to love this app...Now, If it is raining or a storm do not count on the radar to be accurate. It will show it dry for hours longer while a storm is all around you. If it's not accurate it don't help. It also does not have the correct feels like temp....that ALWAYS stays at the exact temp it is at that time. It never says something different. The feels like temp does not always feel exactly the current temp.

I hate this sob, it gives an alert every 10 seconds as to what the temperature is. And there's no way to shut it off or shut off the temperature widget. In fact, there's no useful settings at all!
