I have never posted a comment for an app, ever. I just can't have full page video ads pop up in church when I am looking up scriptures. That is absolutely unacceptable! Regular ads are OK, video with music even when my phone is on silent, again 100% unacceptable!
The verse for the day now is not.mentioned which book and chapter it is from. Earlier when we clicked on the verse it used to go into the verse in the bible ..now I'd dosent. Hope you can do it back. Lots.of ads in bible reading in church when we start reading absolutely hilarious ads starts
Added extremely disruptive full-page ads, and constant ads at bottom during reading. Extremely unusable, do not install.
I been using this app for years. Video ads pop up during church services are embarrassing. Guess they dont have control what ads are being presented.. time to switch app
VIDEO ADS AT FULL VOLUME VERY DISRUPTIVE AND EMBARRASSING DURING CHURCH SERVICE. I've used and love this app for years until now. I'm now searching for a new app service.
I love this app, I use it a lot, you can download bibles and use in airplane mode for no adverts, my only problem is I had an advert for hypnotherapy which is not of God and found this offensive
They didn't specify that the app was not free, because you can't download anything unless you upgrade, telling people that they will have free bible for offline use after download is wrong
The ads are unacceptable. Despite do not disturb and silent the ad blares out when I ooen a passage. Where do you think many people use this ap? Totally Unacceptable.

This is by far the best app for picking what BIBLE you want to read. It's easy and I can't find anything better out there that can top this BIBLE app. I've been reading the ratings from other people and noticed things said about ads. The only ad I ever get is right when I open the app. Other than that I never have gotten an ad while reading my version of the Bible. NLV
As of latest update, you'll be reading the Bible, and in the middle of your reading a full screen ad will pop up, most of the time these are video ads. Nothing more disturbing than having your tablet pop up a loud video ad when you're trying to have quiet time with The Word. Apparently these devs are too inept to program the ad when the app first starts. UNINSTALL!!
I have been using this app for years. It's easy to use and I can download different version to use it offline. However, I couldn't find the ESV and Amplified versions under my download options. I tried upgrading (paid $12.88) and the options still remain the same. There is no difference. I'm kind of disappointed.
Great app, but why MUST it run in phone memory? Nearly every other app can be moved to SD card, so why can't this? (It gets bigger with every update).
App started to fail after downloading Android 9. 0. I emailed developer, and he stayed in touch alerting me to a fix for the problems I was having. This is a great app, especially because multiple versions are easily accessible.
Well, I used to like this app but more recently I've been having problems with the NASB. I can't make any notes or highlights. Plus it would be nice to sync my notes across all devi as.
I started a 52 week reading plan twice and it erased it both times after 4 months into the plan. The app acted like I was installing it for the 1st time. Frustrating.
This app is a great app. I've been using it since 2012 and have never had any problem with it.. l just love it.
My app has been updated and it appears that my daily scriptures are just stuck on the same one and has been for weeks now. Also app is glitchy. Used to love it.
Always been a 5 star app, but now won't update daily scriptures stuck on same one for days on end now. And also certain downloaded Bible versions for offline use don't load. Please fix
I just created my new fave study bible in this app. And it's large print, to boot! I use Split Screen to put ISV on top, and the James, Fausset Brown Commentary below. I have a lime green background. Easy on the brain and the eyes. I'm pretty sure there is no other app that lets you create this combo. I also love the Bible In A Year podcast. It's in the ESV and sounds professional.
