Disastrous would be the only word I could associate with this app. Have discontinued using it for over a year in the hope there would be a vast improvement from constantly being locked out of your accounts near enough everytime I'm trying to log in. Also fed up of calling the UK customer service number to no avail and if you do get an answer the attitude is very laid back and you have to keep asking the adviser to repeat the question etc. Not satisfactory at all, and I'm still locked out!!!

If I could give zero ratings I would. This app is just a waste of time. I logged in and answer my security question, then select the object and after that the app goes back to the initial login page. It's the same problem on the website. You guys really need to fix it. The other bank online banking is way better. Less problem

it needs a lot of updating I use an app in the US and it needs to be like that once you enter you can see all your transfer and don't have to put it in it does not even show you your current balance

Since I have started using this app I haven't had a serious issue. Only hitch is that the credit card payment takes too long to reflect on the card account.

you need to invest the money that you are getting from our money and make this of a so call internet banking and improve it so it can be used on whatever device you registered it to. in today's day and age you can't used your phone's to get on this, because it is not mobile friendly. and locking you out, got to keep making long distance calls because the free line you can never get through. if it is internet banking you should be able to access your account from anywhere in the world. pointless.

This is awful i've registred over 10 times and keep getting a deferred email. No matter how many times i call i cannot get anyone to help me through this process including the JN Live Web Team. I know its jamaica and understand they may not be has advanced but at least don't create an app without experienced persons to simply get you registred!!!! Only god knows how it will be like once i try to sign in. Invest Investors Monies!!!😠

I have been trying to register 3 days now without success. told I would get a email within one business day. still waiting. I don't know the problem is jnbs or the app. please do something about it.

Cannot use the app saying IP address denied and all my other apps are working fine. Call customer service they cant help. Smh I dont know what to do now.

This is a very good app, payments are quite easy with this app. They are some bugs that needs to be fixed!

Worst banking app. When you sign up it says you'll get a call in 24 hours to get it activated and nothing!

terrible! absolutely hate it! jn bank should be embarassed, offering such a terrible service to their hard working customers! it's better to not offer a service than to have one that almost never functions properly! do not download!
