Live Chat - Meet new people

As when the video call gets connected , all video call gets disconnected after 2-5 sec even though if we are talking with the front person. Resolve this issue and make it long. Also the coin recharge prices are hike.

It is performing worst these days. I am looking my friend in goddess call list but not getting her and for that there must be a feature to search your friend by their name in goddess call list. Please solve it.

Now a days this app is becoming absolutely worse.... I recharge coins and then start a call but the call automatically ends after 1 min 11 seconds or 2 mins 11 seconds..... this app used to be so good before....but now don't know why you started looting the customers.... totally disappointed.

You give an advertisement of 299 coins for 38 rupees but no such plan is available inside. It's a very bad app. Earlier, 80 coins used to come for free, now they also do not come.

I am unable to login from my facebook account, i try to clear cache, reinstall but still unable to login. I try to make dual app and then try to login but still same problem. It always says app stop working.

Coins are expensive, should add more options so we can choose to swipe girls from same county, verified only, and by price range (80 / 90 / 100 / 120)

My account was deactivated without me knowing and I had 19500 coins , service centre has still not helped me after 5 emails. This is not a good chat platform anymore. I lost alit of money and yet I still cannot go back in. Very poor

Like the app but the running in the background is so annoying I have to uninstall every time after use so now it only letting the call last 11 seconds and takein 120 coins thay have took 500 coins of me today not happy

This app is great place to talk to many different women of various backgrounds. The price per coin isn't expensive and the UI is very easy to maneuver unlike other apps. However I do wish that there was a 1 minute trial period when interacting with a caller before coins are deducted.

I really liked this app and made some great friends on it however since this morning I have not been able to login to the app through my Facebook account, which is what I used to set up my Tumile account profile, as there is an error message that keeps coming up saying "connection error, please try again". Even though I have tried now at least a dozen times and there is nothing wrong with my network connection I keep on getting this message! LiveChat Studio can you help!?

Its good but so much expensive for video call there is a option for normal call but it's shows the concern havenot able to use each. every user and even if female call to me it's some issue of connection but while we call it's connect at same time. need some more free coins and try to remove those IDs which is under age and ask for gift without any conversation.

Annoying. Cool meeting new people but translation ends after 10 messages then you pay. And my match selection resets every day, and costs 9 coins to reset each time. Coins don't come cheap, you have to pay for a full experience. You also can't text anyone unless you've had a video call.

The money was deducted from my account, but I received no coins. On sending a complaint, they wanted me to share the G Pay order no. This is more frustrating, for I received no Google receipt for the transaction. Lost a few bucks in the process. Not a joke, but it seems they have a standard response to your queries. Better avoid using this app. It is a sham.

I think this is a good app and frequently visit the only one problem I have is just recently I had to get a new pre- paid master card and when putting in my details I accidentally put a wrong expiry date and now I cant recharge ive tried contacting customer service but have had no luck it just keeps saying my card is blocked due to authentication issues..which is pretty annoying .what you need is to have real people to be able to assist customers who have problems and not bots that just make it hard to get anything sorted

Horrible, obviously customer service doesn't understand English , or know how to use a translator. I asked the same question 3 or 4 times.... they never acknowledged the question I asked. I wanted to know since the guys get charged for privates would I as the female they pay for make money from what they pay... I get all of our users are authentic people as an answer. I was looking for a yes or no, that's it! Usually if the guys have to pay the model gets paid! UNINSTALLED!!!

Videos start automatically while swiping, and start immediately draining your coins. Then, disconnect automatically after a 10-second streaming to start a new one. No way for choosing videomate. My wallet of 50 coins emptied in less than 1 minute. Cannot understand the real meaning of this app, other than allowing developers to make money through those idiot people who like to pay for watching ugly girls doing nothing. Horrible app, horrible implementation. 1 star because 0 star unavailable

I want to add my old friends from previous account to new account i know their names and country but there is no option to search people by name request so from so many till now it is not considered we are spending such a huge money in this platform but not getting proper response please add the feature to add people my name even it cost coins thankyou

At earlier stage it was awesome but on certain reasons i had to uninstalled it, later on i re-install it and try to login my account , a note pop up showing you have registered in multiple accounts and couldn't logged in. please provide supportive guidance regards the current issue..

This app is garbage. It's a spinning wheel of random people and they can easily report you as another gender if you don't want to talk to them. Then the app automatically changes your gender and you can't change it back. WASTE OF TIME!

worst app..its better you people go for stealing instead of running this app.3 times I have paid.and coins not credited.. once i was lucky enough to contact customer care but not reversed.. customer care is real joke here. there are options for coins not credited. technical errors. but you cannot contact them.. they itself are facing technical errors.. i hope they can atleast rectify that technical error.. at the same time there is an option called suggestions which will work.. dont use this app

I have probably spent well over £120 on this app in the last few weeks trying to meet new friends. Girls will beg you to send gift of say 800 coins which is equivalent to about £9.85 just to chat to them then they just click next leaving with your money and not even a thank you. It's full of scamming girls so be warned. I wouldn't recommend downloading unless you want to get ripped off.

I don't know what to say but I think the app got some issues. Not actually any actual person in actual time is there.
