I downloaded the app again because I was having a problem with my tablet about 3 days ago. When I try opening the app , I am asked for the name to use and my email. When I attempt to sign up or sign in l keep getting this message "HandshakeException: Handshake error in client" any help !!!!!!!!!!!. It's really getting frustrating. I can't even open the app

I have been using this app flawlessly but mistakely formatted my phone. All apps have been reinstalled and working fine but not Live TV mobile. I reinstalled it but when I try to sign in or sign up, it keeps telling me certificate error. I need assist as other apps are working perfectly.

I love this app. Been using this app for about 2 years. I prefer watching LW programs here than anywhere else. The reason I gave 4 rather than 5 stars is because I haven't been able to cast programs from here to my TV, making me use other options.

I'm having issues signing in. It keeps saying "certificate verify failed, certificate expired". Please respond to my complaint asap, thank you.

Good day, good people. I thank God for this Ministry App. I gave it five stars because it actually shares good news and saving news to everyone around the world and plays a role in changing our world. I have experienced 1 technical glitch several times. When I play a TV station through the platform, it simply stops play all of a sudden after some time, 30mins, 45mins or even an hour. So it's not a continuous stream for me. I'll have to be on standby to restart application or load a new channel.

Hello, the Live TV app is great. My only concern is that it consumes a lot of mobile data which results to infrequent usage of the app. Kindly add some improvements such as viewing in different resolution mode, e.g, 1080p, 920p, 720p, 480p, 360p, 240p and 144p modes. I tried using the app in PICTURE-IN-PICTURE mode, there's no draw over other apps features. I want to be able to minimize the app, working on other apps and still be able to watch any video

The app is great and it has gone on improving with time. However, it fails to cast the screen on my smart TV. It has the option for casting to TV but it keeps telling me to select a device and no options at all to select from (it's just empty). While on you tube, I can cast very well but not while am using the App. WHY? IS IT COPATIBLE FOR SOME BRANDS AND NOT FOR TOHERS?

Excellent app, dear app developers can you optimise this app for other devices like ; 1. Amazon Fire TV stick 2. Roku 3. Smart TV 4. For laptops apart from using the Web to connect. This will help a lot to minimise the use of mobile devices to stream & connect with cables to big screens and TVs, instead the app is already installed in the big screens and TVs for streaming. Please can we have an option where picture quality can be selected in other to have a better viewing experience. With the default HD if you don't have good network, there will be an issue with the streaming. But overall the app is the best and I love it l.

Pls I am finding it difficult to log in to the app...it says certificate expired and when I try to signup anew it says handshake failed...pls what do I do to restore the app to my phone cos I need it like I need air to live? Pls help asap! * Still experiencing same issue after deleting the app and redownloading it,still can't log in n enjoy the app...even to sign up afresh still pops up same error.

Amazing app with life-transforming programs. I kindly implore the developers to also include a feature of being able to select different video quality so one can still experience seamless stream irrespective of the strength of WiFi signal, data/bandwidth plan.

Hello. I find it difficult authenticating my email on the live tv app and hence I can't use it. It gave me a notification to update and I did, after which I downloaded the recent version of it but access the app is a challenge. Failed authenticating every time I input my e-mail in the section for it. Kindly help please. Thanks. 🙏

Greetings in the name of Jesus Please I want to complain about that the app doesn't stream well on my device It hangs constantly. I close and open again and after a few seconds or minute. Please do work on the app, because I want to be able to enjoy the use of the app to connect with Pastor on your Loveworld. I am tired of streaming via Facebook and YouTube when the ministry app is ours to enjoy. Thank you.

It's easy to use but I want to know how to stream with less data consumption. Kindly assist as I have explored but didn't see any option to stream at a less quality. Thanks

Excellent app. I like the user experience. just wished that it had the option to choose the quality you want to stream videos at so as to suit your data budget.

I just downloaded the recent update. My Live TV page is blank. No station is appearing. Home page keeps buffering and then says 'no video' even with my strong network. The only page that shows content is CATCH UP. Please fix

The app is excellent, Pastor preaching and teaching the word to all the world. That can only be a strategy from the Holy Spirit.

App is awesome. However, may you please add the option to change quality. I run a 500kbps internet connection, which is best at 360p.

The stream from this app is smooth and of good quality. I love that I don't have to type but simply dictate my voice and it types what I said. This is a time saver!!!! Grateful to the developers of this app

There's been a recent upgrade that's now stopped this beautiful App from being as good as it was; when Pstr. Chris first encouraged us to download the App. It's unfair to be asked to grant access to ALL your Contacts, or else, you can NO LONGER use the App.

Wow... This is the best version yet from glory to glory. I love the update and it's features. Easy swtching between channels and fast reponse...less buffring unlike the former. This is GREAT!! Five Star Rating.

After the updating the app 3 days ago, it can't sign me in on my smart tv, it takes longer and never stops however it works well on my mobile. Please do something about this . Thanks

God lives here, since i found out about it i have shared the good news with everyone i know to downlaod it to their gadgets and they have ended up sharing it with their own contact and one amazing thing about it is that its free to air!
