Very irritating app. Keep changing the layout and rules for getting freebies. On top of that, you are required to install few apps just for 1 same shopping platform. Totally wasting user's time to figure out new changes and switching between apps to do shopping. Bad experience with Qoo!
Keep changing the UI with each update. Need to spend time to relearn how to navigate the app and often the familiar features are gone, cannot be found. Hence, my experience with Q10 is definitely negative. You DON'T get the same frustration with Lazada, Aliexpress, Ezbuy, Shoppee etc when they have app updates. Seasoned users like me will also know Q10 prices getting more expensive over time.👎 Good that there are alternatives out there for SG online shoppers. 👏
Could not select my region. From the moment the app installed, the first page is in another language (I'm guessing Mandarin) and there's no option to change the language. Utterly disappointing.
Horrible experience. Each time there is an update, something disappear. Now I can't even exchange to Qpoints. Feature just disappeared in both Qoo10 and this app. Used to love shopping at Qoo10. If you guys keep changing here there everywhere, sooner or later I will say goodbye.
Worse than before! Nowadays qoo10 became more complicated and discount coupons getting lesser n lesser in value. It's time to move on to other competitors out there for good.
I don't know if it's just my phone (which is a Mi A1) but the Mamemons cannot be found under the MameGo! Radar to complete the Today's Puzzle at all. It has been like that since this year and no amount of updates I do resolve this issue at all. Pm the help desk but they are of zero help and doesn't resolved my issue. What's the point of having the puzzle then?
This app needs a good improvement on its features. Unable to answer queries efficiently. Waited for very long time for it to display the messages and most of the time it hang. Very lousy app.
Keeps defaulting to PHP and messed up my payment. I had to get my bank to refund the money after much argument. Too many push messages sending ads that isn't relevant to me. Installed it because Live10 users used to get 10 dollar coupons monthly, but that is no longer so, so I am installing this.
why are the Qoo10 apps so confusing. So many different apps I just don't get it. And to get rewards is just so complicated and confusing. Qoo10 used to be my most favorite online shopping place now I have never bought anything from here over 6 months.
Suddenly unable to spin the roulette since yesterday. Keep asking me to confirm my mobile number. But the system can't send out the code even the ARS call also seems not working. Plus, I cannot find a relevant department to solve my problem. Please fix it.
Lousy and useless App. Does not sync with Qpost. Thought I have replied to customer but actually my reply didnt go through eventhough i can see my msg posted. Still need laptop to get things done. Installing this just to get notification of msg sent by customer. Other than this, its has no important function. Do not know why Qoo10 is not doing anything eventhough many bad reviews posted by users. Sleeping on the job 😡
Worse app ever. Qoo10 needs to wake up!!!!!!!! Customer asked qns, yet it can't be replied through on the phone via the app. Still made me unable to askwer customer inquiry on tbe app. I have to switch on my computer just to answer the inquiry. There is freaking no app installed on qoo10 itself. Why freaking separate 3 apps.
Messages does not sync properly with desktop qpost app. Old replied conversations that are completed does not show seller replied messages. Unable to filter conversation by date/recent/unreplied. Please add in more info on customer order e.g. cart number, name
All inquiries from different listings shows under one inquiry only and eventhough, when I clicked into it, it doesn't have the inquiry but only past enquiries. After the update, this system become very stupid. Cannot detect email address or telephone number. I have been with Q10 and Qoo10 live for many years and now I am using a tablet to sign in, the system cannot find my details. How to shop????
Cannot connect calls, no connecting ringing tone after punch in number. Not sure if this app only works for certain phone model. Using redmi 3s. Calling function does not work
I cannot click for refund at all. This app is really disappointing. No customer service available on this app as well. Not a user-friendly app, especially for a shopping app.
Is this the only company that wants you to learn it's new interface everytime it has an update? Looks like they don't like users at all and trying very hard to get rid of their users.
App keeps freezing after last update. Unable to use. Still no fix after a long time.
This app is so redundant. I don't get why you have to seperate mamego away from qoo10. Had to download this cos I still had mameballs. Made it harder to gain mameballs too. Gonna uninstall it as soon as I'm done with mameball usage.
Interface keeps changing. Hidding the freebies. If so stingy with freebies, than don't give, and you can also forget about users visiting your site.
Terrible app need to install a chain of apps. If you are a seller, please go for other platforms. This company doesn't care about sellers. Sellers' Interest, suggestion and feedback is not in their consideration at all.
Stop changing the ui of the app! Just getting used to it and you change the interface! So difficult to navigate your app
Buggy! Cannot receive buyer's inquiry at all. Qpost doesn't forward it despite settings all done. Not user friendly for seller. CS cant even solve this issue.
Worst than ver5.12.5 . Updated because cannot convert mmB into mmQ. This latest v5.22.0 also the same. Worst still, can neither gift mmB & mmQ to friends nor post / donate to public . Wrote to Qoo10 to rectify but received a motherhood reply- looking into matter. Almost 2 weejs lapsed, still no solution
Since last night, Live10 keeps crashing back to home screen upon launching. Everyone I know who is using the app have similar experiences. Tried clearing all data and it launches fine for that session, but on subsequent launches it crashes again. Pls fix this ASAP. Thanks.
