Can't view live for more that a minute or 2... I have an advanced wifi network, and it's still too unstable to maintain video connection

I like it, but does it record? Is there a manual because I can't get the video icon to engage. The camera icon does snap pics, mic and TalkBack works but not the video icon, any ideas?
