Suddenly only works over WiFi, not mobile data, so it's pretty useless now! Dev not answering emails, so no idea what the solution is. Edit: check your phone's ivp settings if you're having this issue. Change from ivp6 to ivp5 or vice versa.

I'm fed up with this app asking me to log in every time I get a notification from the camera. I'll have to buy new camera to get rid if this annoying app. Absolutely rubish!!!

The quality of the picture is good. The notification sound isn't working, you can't enlarge the screen unless you screen shot it, the Wi-Fi "reach" connect is poor, I don't know the distance between WiFi connection you have to be. I don't think THIS camera is secured. I keep seeing numbers increasing & deceasing. I had a hard time impairing this camera, I ask the place where I brought it from to replace it but managed to get it to working. Still trying things out at this point.

I don't know what everyone's issue is but it works perfectly for me. Make sure you go into the settings and update the firmware for your doorbell. This may be the cause of all the issues reported. I have motion sensor notifications to the point I had to put it at the lowest sensitivity since cars passing by would trip it. I works great. Night view is clear and daytime is immaculate. I am really happy with this all around. Being able to download the videos is perfect. I have no complaints.

a decent video doorbell for the money. Although the application lacks in responsiveness. The doorbell is located in an area where it has very good signal strength to Wi-Fi and the network, alerts to the phone tend to be delayed 75% of the time. I would recommend it as a good visual deterrent, but would not rely on instantaneous notices of events

I can't believe how terrible this product is. First doorbell crashed during a firmware update never to work again. Now this one all of a sudden stopped notifying the phone despite all the correct notification settings turned on. It logs everything as a missed call and rings with sound approximately 30 mins later. I think monkeys developed this. 50% of the time doesn't work. Have to check up on the app every 15 mins to see if it's still connected. I'm a computer technician so this isn't on me.

I have put the motion detection on high, the distance between my fence and front door is less than 10 meter, but the app/cam activate too slow. the possible person already out of sight before cam activate. Would like to have an option to set different sound on mobile when app warning for detection, so i know when i get a notification when its this app.

It's impossible to receive live images or videos on my phone when the doorbell is rang. Only a 15 to 20 seconds recorded video of the visitor(s) is seen more than three minutes after the doorbell was rang. Usually the visitor would be gone. I don't have any problems with my wifi. It needs urgent fixing. I'm using the latest version of the app. Secondly, providing a variety of nice caller tunes for the app in addition to the ding-dong will be cool.

After the last firmware update, the doorbell randomly says "Wifi connection failed" very loud but when I go to the app sometimes it's working and some times not. I have not changed my router or where it is and had this doorbell for 1 year and have a strong WiFi Signal (55db). Please look into it. Also it would be great if we the LED light on the doorbell could have been disabled through the APP.

I've had a year now. Firstly was happy to have found a doorbell alert that was reasonable in price. Now my device is constantly offline, I miss my callers, app alerts you to late, my ringer volume returns to 0% on its own, even though my shared user gets their call alerts each time, changed the batteries because they just stopped working. I bought new ones that need recharging when device has run down, doesn't work with the USB. Good camera. Getting new device, this has too many faults.

Can you tell me why i cant access my livehome any more without transferring to something called aiwit? I've read reviews for it and some aren't great but it wont let me access my device without downloading it? Tia

I truly love this app. It should be against the law to have another app crossed over the livehome app making it impossible to access my livehome app video

I UPDATED ON APRIL 6, 2022 DO NOT UPDATE. UPDATING WILL MESS YOUR APP UP AND CAMERA WONT WORK PROPERLY ANYMORE

I purchased this to replace another video doorbell i had that would not update the app to my new phone. This doorbell works ok but there is ALWAYS a delay in the visual. For example i could be home and someone come in my home and i look at the notification on my phone and all i see is the storm door closing. I have tried to reset some things on it but there STILL is a approximate delay of 5 seconds or more. Other than that i am pleased with the visual. Just not the delay in "real time" which for me is REALLY ANNOYING!

Had this now for about 2 years never had a problem, works as it should, battery life does go down quite quick if settings are on high alert but lower the motion settings and it's ok,, very easily installed, no wiring

I love this app... I have had it for little over 2 weeks and it alerts me, and my son on my phone, my ipad, and my computer and on my son phone, it rings on the phones, and ipad when the door bell rings. You can see the person that rings the door bell and you can also talk to them, even when we are not at home it still alerts and rings on our phones etc. This is a great app... I think the other people that have a problem with this app may not have installed it correctly on their phones or items that they are using. This app is awesome. Please continue the great work on this app. People please exit and reinstall this app cause it works great. I do recommend that you get this app it is very awesome!

When the doorbell rings, the app takes FOREVER to connect. It churns and churns, by now whoever was at my door has left! Also, there are not enough options in the "settings" category. I'd also like a "select all" feature for deleting multiple alerts
